Single disease quality management is an important starting point for hospitals to improve the level of medical quality management.In response to the fact that a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital in Fujian Province is facing problems,such as outdated evaluation methods,traditional outcome-based quality management,lack of process quality management,insufficient degree of clinical diagnosis and treatment standardization,and low level of information technology.Based on Donabedian's theory of structure-process-outcome three dimensions,explores the construction of a hospital single disease quality management system and achieves initial management results.It also considers the issues that need to be addressed during the construction process and provides suggestions for reference.
