Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of fibro-adipose vascular anomaly (FAVA).Methods:Clinical data of FAVA patients who underwent endoscopic treatment admitted to Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital from October 1, 2019 to April 1, 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, including gender, age of onset, age of diagnosis, lesion location, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stays, incision complications, etc. Before endoscopy, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound were routinely used to locate the lesion range, and the surgical position and Trocar location were selected according to different lesion sites.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26.0.Results:40 cases of FAVA patients were admitted during the period, all of whom underwent endoscopic radical resection, including 15 males and 25 females. The age of onset was 8 (6, 12.5) years. The age of diagnosis was 11 (8, 22.5) years. There were 31 patients with stage Ⅰ and 9 patients with stage Ⅱ. 31 cases involved the calf, of which 21 involved the calf triceps (gastrocnemius, soleus) and 9 involved the thigh, of which 1 patient had lesions originating from the fascia around the sciatic neurovascular bundle. 11 cases (27.5%) were converted to open surgery. The operative time was 192.5 (107, 292.5) min. The intraoperative blood loss was 35 (10, 87.5) ml. The length of hospital stay for endoscopic surgery was 9 (7, 11) d. The postoperative follow-up time was 11.5 (3.5, 13.5) months. Of the 40 patients, 39 were cured completely without residual pain or joint movement disorder after operation. Postoperative dorsiflexion function of the ankle joint was mildly limited in one patient classified as stage Ⅱ. There was no incision complication and recurrence.Conclusion:For patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ FAVA, endoscopic surgery has concealed incisions, indistinct scars, definite therapeutic effects and high safety.

Objective:To construct an evaluation indicator system for the health management effects in high-risk stroke population.Methods:From March to May 2020, based on health ecology theory, social cognitive theory and knowledge, attitude/belief, practice theory, the first draft of the evaluation index system for health management effects of high-risk stroke groups was drawn up by literature review and group discussion. Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, the evaluation index system of health management effects of high-risk stroke groups was established, and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). A total of 22 experts were invited to participate in expert consultation. Twenty-two questionnaires were sent out in the first round, and 20 questionnaires were recovered, of which 20 were valid (90.9%). In the second round of correspondence, 20 questionnaires were sent out and 19 questionnaires were recovered, of which 19 were valid (95.0%).Results:The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation (Cr) was 0.933 and 0.937, respectively. The Kendall coordination coefficients W of importance in the second round was significantly higher than that in the first round (0.299 vs 0.172) ( P<0.001). The mean of importance score (Mj) of each index was 4.10-5.00, coefficient of variation (CV) was 0-0.235, and full mark ratio (Kj) was 0.26-1.00. Finally, an evaluation index system of the health management effects for high-risk stroke population was constructed, which included 3 first-level indicators (individual characteristics, behavior style, environmental support), 12 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The evaluation index system of the health management effects for high-risk stroke population is established in this study, which provides scientific quantitative indicators and evaluation tools. The enthusiasm, authority and coordination of consultation experts are strong, which indicates that the indicator system is feasible.

Objective: To construct and confirm a predictive model for the risks of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) with metabolic syndrome (MS) and its factors in Xinjiang Kazakh population. Methods: A total of 2 286 Kazakh individuals were followed for 5 years from 2010 to 2012 as baseline survey. They were recruited in Xinyuan county, Yili city, Xinjiang. CVD cases were identified via medical records of the local hospitals in 2013, 2016 and 2017, respectively. Factor analysis was performed on 706 MS patients at baseline, and main factors, age, and sex were extracted from 18 medical examination indexs to construct a predictive model of CVD risk. After excluding the subjects with CVD at baseline and incomplete data, 2007 were used as internal validation, and 219 Kazakhs in Halabra Township were used as external validation. Logistic regression discriminations were used for internal validation and external validation, as well as to calculate the probability of CVD for each participant and receiver operating characteristic curves. Results: The prevalence of MS in Kazakh was 30.88%. Seven main factors were extracted from the Kazakh MS population, namely obesity factor, blood lipid and blood glucose factor, liver function factor, blood lipid factor, renal metabolic factor, blood pressure factor, and liver enzyme factor. The area under the curve (AUC) for predicting CVD in the internal validation was 0.773 (95%CI 0.754-0.792). In the external validation, the AUC for predicting CVD was 0.858 (95%CI 0.805-0.901). Conclusions The CVD risk prediction model constructed by 7 main factors extracted from Kazakh MS patients has high validation efficiency and can be used for risk assessment of CVD in Xinjiang Kazakh population.

Objective: To investigate the accuracy of parents′ self-assessment of dental caries status of their children and to explore the relevant factors affecting accuracy. Methods: A total of 329 children in kindergarten of Science and Technology Research Institute of China Petroleum Corporation and their parents were recruited by convenience sampling method. The parents assessed their children's dental caries status and completed a questionnaire, and then children were examined by the dentists. The difference between parents and dentists′ the assessment of children's dental caries status and relevant influencing factors were analyzed. Results: 51.06%(168/329) of the parents did not agree with the doctor's diagnosis in the assessment of children's caries. The rate of parents' missed diagnosis was 94.12%. Logistic regression analysis showed that 'children brush teeth everyday' (OR value was 2.919), 'parents can help children brush their teeth' (OR value was 2.670), 'parents can check results after children brushing their teeth '(OR value was 4.508), and 'children received the treatment of dental caries' (OR value was 1.768) were significant influencing factors of parents' assessment accuracy (P<0.01). Conclusions The accuracy of parents' assessment of children′s dental caries status is low, and it is related to many factors. Attention should be paid to the implementation of oral heath behavior during oral health education, and parents' capacity of assessing children caries should be improved.

Objective To search and summarize the best evidence about the management of dysphagia in stroke domestic and abroad. Methods Computer retrieval of American guide network, BMJ best clinical practice, Scottish inter college guide network, Canadian clinical practice guide database, JBI evidence-based health care center of Australia, Ontario Registered Nurses Association of Canada, medical pulse guide network, PubMed, Ovid, EMBASE, web of science, CNKI and Wanfang database, etc, with the retrieval time limit from January 2010 to June 2019. Search for guidelines and systematic reviews related to dysphagia after stroke, evaluate and summarize the best evidence. Results A total of 11 clinical practice guidelines and 39 systematic evaluations were selected. After evidence extraction and summary, 6 categories and 32 best evidences related to dysphagia disorders of stroke were extracted, including screening, evaluation, treatment, complication prevention (oral care and nutrition risk screening), health education and training. Conclusions In order to ensure the quality of medical care and the safety of patients, medical staff should use the evidence related to dysphagia disorders of stroke according to the relevant level of evidence-based medical evidence.

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycles on the normal limb position of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods The stroke patients with hemiplegia (128 cases) were selected as study subjects. Patients(62 cases)during January to September 2014 were set as the control group,and received routine nursing care. Patients(66 cases)during October 2014 to July 2015 were set as the experimental group,and used PDCA cycles management on the normal limb position additionally. The application effect of PDCA cycles on the normal limb position was evaluated through comparing two groups with qualification rates of normal limb position and incidence of complications. Results The qualification rates of normal limb position in the control group was 38.71%(24/62), which was higher than that of the control group, which was 75.76% (50/66) (χ2=16.504, P<0.01). The complications occurred in the control group were strephenopodia (11 cases), foot drop (16 cases), dislocation of shoulder (9 cases), omodynia (27 cases) and myospasm (34 cases), and they were 3 cases, 7 cases, 2 cases, 15 cases and 18 cases in the experimental group respectively. The incidence of complications was lower than those of the control group (χ2=4.001-8.961, P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant between two groups. Conclusions PDCA cycles management could improve the qualification rates of normal limb position and reduce the incidence of complications, which was beneficial to the recovery of limb function.

Objective To introduce clinical application of retrograde medial pedicled skin flap of the leg to repair the plantar cutaneous deficiency. Methods From January 2002 to May 2008, in our hospital we adopted retrograde medial pedicled skin flap to renovate 12 cases of plantar cutaneous deficiency. The size of the skin flaps ranged from 10 cm× 7 cm to 13 cm × 12 cm. Results Ten cases of retrograde medial pedicled skin flap were survived, the rest had partial necrosis because of distal blood flow obstacle. One was cured by changing dressings; the other was repaired by secondary operation. Morphology and function of soft tissue defects were renovated well with 6-18 months follow-up. Conclusion This operation is an effective and reliable technique for plantar cutaneous deficiency.

Objective To observe the degree of joint flexion and extension of elbow and knee joints of moderate skeletal fluorosis patients before and after treatment and to assess the effects of Gun's MaQian decoction in treating moderate skeletal fluorosis. Methods 54 moderate skeletal fluorosis patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Gun's MaQian decoction initially, and changed to be treated with GuKangNing capsule after 8 weeks' treatment. The control group was treated with placebo at first, and also changed to be treated with GuKangNing capsule after 8 weeks. Results Joint flexion and extension of elbow was improved greatly in both groups after the treatment, while the treatment group showing better effects than the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of joint flexion and extension of knee had not showed a statistical significance after the treatment. A 24 weeks follow-up to the joint flexion and extension of both elbow and knee revealed obvious improvement and the difference between the two groups were significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Gun's MaQian decoction can improve the flexion and extension of elbow and knee in moderate skeletal fluorosis patients.
