Objective:To systematically evaluate of the efficacy and safety of Tip-flexible suction ureteral access sheath and ordinary ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy to treat upper urinary tract stones. Methods:The databases CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, Web of Science, MEDLINE and Google Scholar were searched from their inception to May 31, 2024 for related studies about Tip-flexible suction ureteral access sheath compared with ordinary ureteral sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy to treat upper urinary tract stones. Literature screening and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers, the quality assessment of randomized controlled trials was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment scale, the Newcastle-Ottawa risk of bias assessment scale was used to assess the quality of retrospective studies, and finally Meta-analysis of data was conducted using Review Manager 5.3 software. Results:A total of 14 literatures involving 1947 patients with upper urinary tract stones (1017 in the Tip-flexible suction sheath group and 930 in the ordinary sheath group) were included. Meta-analysis showed that the stone free rate of the Tip-flexible suction sheath group was higher than that of the ordinary sheath group (immediate postoperative stone free rate 80.7% vs. 60.0%, OR = 3.04, 95% CI 2.30-4.03, P<0.05; 1 month after surgery stone free rate 94.4% vs. 79.4%, OR=4.39, 95% CI 3.12-6.19, P<0.05). The total complication rate of the Tip-flexible suction sheath group was lower than that of the ordinary sheath group (5.4% vs. 17.3%, OR=0.29, 95% CI 0.21~0.40, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the decrease of hemoglobin level between the Tip-flexible suction sheath group and the ordinary sheath group at 1 day after surgery( MD=-0.30, 95% CI -2.61-2.02, P>0.05). The postoperative fever in the Tip-flexible suction sheath group was less than that in the ordinary sheath group (1.9% vs. 7.5%, OR=0.28, 95% CI 0.15-0.54, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in operation time between the Tip-flexible suction sheath group and the ordinary sheath group( MD=-4.93, 95% CI -11.48-1.62, P>0.05). The postoperative hospital stay in the Tip-flexible suction sheath group was shorter than that in the ordinary sheath group ( MD=-0.20, 95% CI -0.25--0.16, P <0.05). Conclusions:Compared with ordinary ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope to treat upper urinary tract stones, Tip-flexible suction ureteral access sheath has a higher stone free rate, less postoperative fever, low total complication rate, shorter postoperative hospital stay, which is conducive to postoperative recovery and is safer and more effective.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for simultaneous determination of pim-O-glucosylcimifugin, liquiritin, 5-0-methylvisammioside and amonium glycyrrhizinate in Xinyi byan pills.METHODS: HPLC-switching wavelength method was used for content determination of 52 batches of Xinyi byan pills sample from enterprises A, B, C. The determination was performed on Kromasil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The detection wavelengths were set at 220 nm (pim-O-glucosylcimifugin, liquiritin, 5-O-methylvisammioside) and 250 nm (amonium glycyrrhizinate). The column temperature was 30℃, and sample size was 10 μ L. RESULTS: The linear ranges of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin, liquiritin, 5-O-methylvisammioside and amonium glycyrrhizinate were 6. 138-122. 77 μg/mL (r=0. 999 9), 2. 502-50. 03 μg/mL (r=0. 999 9), 5. 988-119. 75 μg/mL (r=0. 999 9) and 12. 788-255. 76 μg/mL (r=0. 999 9), respectively. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2. 0% (n=6). The recovery rate were 100. 32% (RSD=0. 58%, n=6), 100. 24% (RSD=0. 56%, n=6), 101. 28% (RSD=0. 91%, n=6) and 101. 48% (RSD=0. 79%, n=6), respectively. Total contents of 4 components in enterprise A were generally higher than enterprises B, C, among which the difference of liquiritin was significant; the content of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin in enterprise B was higher than enterprises A, C, while the content of 5-O-methylvisammioside was lower than enterprises A, C. The content of liquiritin in enterprise B was outlier. CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple, reproducible and can provide reference for quality control of Xinyi biyan pills.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for rosmarinic acid in Herba Rabdosiae Serrae. METHODS:HPLC method was performed on the column of Inertsil ODS-SP C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and injection volume 10 μl. RE-SULTS:The linear range of rosmarinic acid was 5.039-100.776 μg/ml(r=0.999 6),RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;recovery was 99.53-104.38%(RSD=2.06%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple with good reproducibility and high accuracy, and can be used for the content determination of rosmarinic acid in Herba Rabdosiae Serrae.

AIM:To determine the effect of rhBMP2 on the migration of human breast cancer cells MCF-7. METHODS:MCF-7 was induced by rhBMP2 (30 ?g/L) for 24 h. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to observe the changes in cell morphology. Cell migration and invasion abilities were assayed by scratch healing and transwell experiments. RESULTS:The formation of lamellipodia and cell polarity together with increased cell length were observed in the cells treated with rhBMP2,whereas lamellipodia of cells in control group were not obvious and the majority of cells tended to be rounder with shorter cell diameter. Compared to control group, scratch healing and transwell experiments showed that the migration and invasion capacity of rhBMP2-induced MCF-7 cells was markedly enhanced. CONCLUSION:rhBMP2 induces human breast cancer cell MCF-7 to present the phenotype of migration and enhances the invasion capacity.
