Objective To analyze thestatus quo of comprehensive management services for community prevention and treatment of patients with severe mental impairment (SMI). Methods The clinical data of 630 patients with SMI in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The types of disease, demographic characteristics, assistance to registered patients, management and treatment of patients were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Chi-square test and chi-square segmentation were used for statistical inference. Results Among the 630 SMI patients, the ratio of male to female was 1:1.23, and patients were mainly distributed in 18-65 years old, more patients were with education level of primary school and junior high school, they were mainly farmers (21.90%) and laid-off or unemployed people (32.38%). Patients without family history accounted for 72.38% (456/630) and non-poor patients accounted for70.48% (444/630).The main types of SMI were schizophrenia (65.71%) and bipolar disorder (18.10%).The guardianship subsidy subjects accounted for89.52%,nearly 40.95% of the patients received the mental disability certificate, 82.86% of the patients were served by the care and assistance group, and 49.52% of the patients participated in community rehabilitation. The management rates of SMI patients in 2021, 2022, and 2023 were 97.14%, 99.05%, and 98.10% respectively. The standardized management rates were 96.19%, 96.19% and 97.14%, and the medication rates were 86.67%, 88.57% and 85.71%, and the regular medication rates were 79.05%, 81.90% and 80.95% respectively. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of schizophrenia-based serious mental illness has become an important task in this district. The overall management status of SMI is good, with a stable rate of management and standardized management of patients, but there is still a need to strengthen the management of the medication rate and the regularity of the medication rate of patients with serious mental illness, and at the same time, there is a need to intensify the publicity efforts on mental health and to increase the awareness of the prevention of the disease.

【Objective】 To explore the expression and clinical significance of prostate cancer tissue-specific lncRNAs. 【Methods】 The gene differences of 492 prostate cancer tissues and 152 adjacent tissues in TCGA and GEO genomic databases were analyzed with bioinformatics methods. A total of 5 lncRNAs were screened out, and their specificity in prostate tissues and impact on the prognosis of patients were analyzed. 【Results】 The 5 lncRNAs included PCAT14, PCA3, CTBP1-AS, DRAIC, and GPC5-AS1. PCAT14 and PCA3 were specifically expressed in prostate cancer tissues, and elevated expression was related to the prognosis. Moreover, they were well correlated with prostate cancer-specific antigens such as KLK3, AMACR, SLC45A3, and so on. GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that the differential expression of PCA3 was closely related to phagocytosis, cell recognition, defense response to bacteria, immunoglobulin complex, Golgi apparatus, antigen binding, chemokine receptor binding, white matter digestion and absorption, renin-angiotensin system and other signaling pathways, while the differential expression of PCAT14 was closely related to the activity of Golgi apparatus and ion channels, renin secretion, cAMP signaling pathway, and gonadotropin secretion-related signaling pathway. 【Conclusion】 PCA3 and PCAT14 are specifically expressed in prostate cancer tissues, not in normal tissues, which can be used as potential indicators for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.

Methods: The effectiveness of strategic management protocols, including herd closure, medication programs, monitoring of processing fluids (pig testicular fluid), and collection of production data, were analyzed. The prevalent strain in the pig farm was identified as a NADC30-like strain of the PRRSV through genetic sequencing comparison analysis. Results: The quantitative real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction results showed that the PRRSV cycle threshold (Ct) values of the processing fluid samples were relatively low from September to early October 2021. After implementing the intervention measures (October 2021), the Ct value increased gradually and reached a negative in March 2022, lasting six months. In addition, the average survival rate of the pigs before the intervention was 84.1%, while the average survival rate after the intervention was 93.1%. Conclusions and Relevance: The use of 12-month intervals for pig herd closure, drug planning, and other strategic management agreements (multi-point production and active monitoring of production data, McREBEL) helped stabilize the subsequent pig farm production, providing a basis for clinical disease prevention and control.

Objective : To investigate the effect of adeno⁃associated virus ( AAV) delivery of short hairpin RNA ( shRNA) against the Ptger3 gene in the lateral parabrachial nucleus (LPB) on the fever induced by microinjection of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2 ) into the LPB and the intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) . Methods: AAV2⁃shRNA⁃Ptger3(EP3) ⅣEGFP ( shRNA⁃EP3) and AAV2⁃ CMV⁃ EGFP ( shRNA⁃control) viruses were constructed and transfected the rat LPB by stereotaxic injection. Four weeks later, the transfection efficiency of AAV viruses was observed by fluorescence microscopy , and the knockdown efficiency was determined by real⁃time PCR of EP3 receptor mRNA on the LPB. The effects of microinjection of saline or PGE2 in the LPB or intraperitoneal injection of LPS on body temperature (Tcore ) and energy expenditure (EE) of shRNA⁃control group and shRNA⁃EP3 group were monitored using an animal monitoring system with temperature telemetry. Results : AAV virus transfecnificant difference in basal body temperature between shRNA⁃control group and shRNA⁃EP3 group. Tcore and EE were briefly and slightly increased after microinjection of saline in the LPB , but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the shRNA⁃control group , the febrile response induced by LPB PGE2 was attenuated in the shRNA⁃EP3 group (P < 0. 05) . Furthermore , the knockdown of EP3 receptor of LPB also attenuated the LPS⁃induced fever, and the Tcore 5. 5 h post⁃LPS in the shRNA⁃EP3 rats increased compared with the baseline (P < 0. 05) , which was lower than that in the shRNA⁃control rats ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion EP3 receptor knockdown in LPB attenuates the febrile response induced by microinjection of PGE2 in the LPB and intraperitoneal injection of LPS , suggesting that EP3 receptors of LPB mediate the pyrogenic action of LPB PGE2 and partly participate in LPS⁃induced fever.

Recently, monkeypox has become a global concern amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Monkeypox is an acute rash zoonosis caused by the monkeypox virus, which was previously concentrated in Africa. The re-emergence of this pathogen seems unusual on account of outbreaks in multiple nonendemic countries and the incline to spread from person to person. We need to revisit this virus to prevent the epidemic from getting worse. In this review, we comprehensively summarize studies on monkeypox, including its epidemiology, biological characteristics, pathogenesis, and clinical characteristics, as well as therapeutics and vaccines, highlighting its unusual outbreak attributed to the transformation of transmission. We also analyze the present situation and put forward countermeasures from both clinical and scientific research to address it.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and summarize the best evidence for peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) related thrombosis in children.Methods:Guideline websites, relevant society websites, and databases at China and abroad were searched for guidelines, evidence summaries, expert consensuses, and systematic reviews related to thrombosis before and after PICC catheterization in children published up to June 30, 2021 based on evidence-based nursing. The quality of the literature was independently evaluated by 2 researchers with reference to Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation InstrumentⅡ and the criteria of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) in Australia (2016) . Data were extracted from the literatures that met the standards through expert demonstration, and the evidence was graded and recommended according to the JBI evidence pre-grading system (2014 edition) .Results:A total of 11 articles were included, including 4 guidelines, 1 systematic review, 1 expert consensus, and 5 evidence summaries. 27 pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects: organizational management, catheter selection, blood vessel selection and puncture, location of catheter tip, physical prevention, drug prevention, and evaluation.Conclusions:This paper summarizes and analyzes the best evidence for PICC-related thrombosis in children and provides an evidence-based reference for the clinical application and practice of PICC-related thrombosis in children.

Objective: To prepare monoclonal antibodies against pneumonia serotype 33F polysaccharides (Pn33Fps) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface proteins (HBs) by using the conjugate of Pn33Fps and HBs as antigen. Methods: The conjugate of Pn33Fps and HBs was used as antigen to immunize mice with different immune doses, different immune procedures and different immune sites. Mouse spleen cells with higher antibody level after immunization were isolated and fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells. The hybridoma cells were screened specifically with Pn33Fps or HBs to prepare corresponding monoclonal antibodies. Results: Serum antibodies against Pn33Fps and HBs were induced by immunizing mice with the conjugate. Monoclonal cell lines capable of continuously expressing antibodies against Pn33Fps or HBs were obtained. It has been proved that the recovery rates of samples of Pn33Fps and HBs prepared in three batches tested with ascites monoclonal antibodies prepared by these two monoclonal cell lines were between 95% and 105%. Conclusions Monoclonal antibodies against Pn33Fps and HBs could be prepared simultaneously by immunizing mice with the conjugate of Pn33Fps and HBs and used for the quantitative detection of Pn33Fps and HBs.
