Objective To review clinical trial registration status of TCM treatment for coronary microvascular disease; To analyze the effectiveness and safety of TCM in treating coronary microvascular disease. Methods The clinical trials of TCM in the treatment of coronary artery microvascular disease included in the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry and the US Clinical Trials Registry from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024 were retrieved, and the general characteristics(time, region, funding source),design type, intervention regimen and outcome indicators of the included clinical trials were extracted and analyzed using Excel 2019 software. Results A total of 17 clinical trials were included, including 16 pre-registrations.The registered units were distributed in 5 provinces across the country, involving 17 registration institutions. The two regions with the most distribution were Shanghai(6 studies,35.29%)and Beijing(5 studies,29.41%).The types of studies were mainly interventional studies, and most of the study designs were randomized parallel controlled studies(16 studies,94.12%).A total of 8 interventions were reported, including Chinese patent medicine,TCM decoction,TCM intravenous preparation, and acupuncture and moxibustion.A total of 143 outcome indicators were designed, including 10 first-level indicators, including coronary artery microcirculation, clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs,TCM syndromes, quality of life, exercise tolerance, cardiac function, physical and chemical testing, safety, and pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Conclusion The registration of clinical trials by TCM in the treatment of coronary microvascular diseases has been gradually receiving attention from researchers, but the overall number is still small. At present, the study needs to be optimized in terms of study design and index selection.

Proton arc therapy (PAT), as an emerging radiation therapy technique, has attracted increasing widespread attention in the field of cancer radiotherapy in recent years. In this review, technological developments, clinical application potential, biological effects, dosimetric optimization, and current challenges of PAT were comprehensively summarized. A systematic analysis of recent studies indicates that PAT offers significant advantages in improving target coverage and sparing normal tissues, particularly in mitigating organ motion-induced uncertainties. However, PAT remains in the clinical validation stage and still faces challenges related to technical optimization and cost control. Further clinical studies are required to confirm its long-term efficacy and safety.

Air Force Medical University has constructed an integrated clinical diagnosis curriculum system for undergraduate students based on military medical service and established the teaching methods of diagnostic evidence orientation, diagnostic method guidance, and diagnosed case practice. In the context of the new epidemic situation, we have also formed the blended teaching model of "triad training" and "four methods", optimized the teaching process of theory and practice, incorporated the contents of military medicine, determined the teaching objectives of this curriculum system at the three levels of knowledge, ability, and quality, completed the construction of the core curriculum, and applied it to the teaching practice. This curriculum system has achieved significant improvements in the degree of satisfaction among teachers and students and the excellent rate of military medical skill examination, which better meets the practical needs of medical service personnel training in air force.

Seventy-three patients with spinal nerve sheath tumor who were surgically treated in our hospital during the years 2004-2010 were retrospectively reviewed with respect to recovery of neurological function, recurrence of the tumor and occurrence of kyphotic deformities. Preoperative clinical manifestations, imaging data, surgical records and follow-up results were comprehensively analyzed. The follow-up duration was 12-60 months with an average of 32.0 months. Out of the 73 cases enrolled, 69 had gradual recovery of sensation, motor and sphincter functions 1 week to 3 months after operation. Forty-six cases had incomplete paralysis, whose American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) grades, however, were gradually increased during the follow-up period, 4 cases had no significant improvement of the clinical symptoms and no change in ASIA grades during the follow-up period. Two cases had postoperative recurrence of the tumor. There were no deaths, no spinal instability, and no kyphotic malformations found in any cases. Our study indicated that complete removal of the tumor is important for good recovery, and an ideal surgical method may reduce the recurrence of the tumor or the occurrence of complications.

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of dental operating microscope ( DOM) and ul-trasonic root canal technique in removing fractured root canal instruments .Methods Eight cases with frac-tured instruments located in different parts of root canals were treated with ultrasonic technique under DOM and the results were analyzed .The fractured instruments were divided into stainless steel file , Ni-Ti file and post according to material type .Results Twenty-seven fractured instruments were removed and the total success rate was71.1%.Among them, the success rate of stainless steel file was 71.4%,of Ni-Ti file was 37.5%and of post was 100%.No root canal perforation occurred .According to the place fractured instru-ments located , the success rate of stainless steel file located at upper 1/3 root canals was 100%,at middle 1/3 was 81.8%and at apex 1/3 was 33.3%;the success rate of Ni-Ti file located at middle 1/3 was 60%and at apex 1/3 was 0.In bent root canals , the success rate of stainless steel file located at bent part crown square was 86.7%and at bent part apex square was 20%;the success rate of Ni-Ti file located at bent part crown square was 60%and at bent part apex square was 0.Conclusion DOM combined with ultrasonic root canal technique in removing fractured instruments is effective , but the success rate is relatively low for Ni-Ti files and the cases fractured instruments located at root canal apex 1/3 or bent part apex square .
