Atopic dermatitis （AD） is an atopic disease with a complex etiology and pathogenesis resulting from the interaction of multiple factors. The NOD-like receptor pyrin domain-containing 3 （NLRP3） inflammasome is an important component of innate immunity and is involved in the onset and progression of AD， encompassing multiple processes such as inflammation， pyroptosis， and autophagy. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has shown significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of AD and also offers advantages including flexible compatibility， multi-target effects， and low drug resistance. A large number of studies have shown that single Chinese medicinal components and compound prescriptions can treat atopic diseases by modulating the NLRP3 inflammasome. This article elaborates on the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and its influence on the pathogenesis and progression of AD， and summarizes recent studies on the mechanisms by which active constituents， extracts， and compound formulations of Chinese medicine treat AD through regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and related signaling pathways， with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical treatment of AD and the development of TCM.

ObjectiveTo establish a high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） for the quantitative analysis of multiple components in Gegen Qinlian tablets， and to comprehensively evaluate the quality of samples from different manufacturers by integrating chemical pattern recognition and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution（TOPSIS）， in order to provide a reference basis for quality evaluation and control of Gegen Qinlian tablets. MethodsHPLC was employed to determine the contents of 10 components in 28 batches of Gegen Qinlian tablets collected from 6 manufacturers， and taking the detection results as variables， SIMCA 14.1 and SPSS 26.0 were employed for cluster analysis（CA）， principal component analysis（PCA）， and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA） to identify key components affecting the quality. Then， TOPSIS analysis was employed to rank the quality of Gegen Qinlian tablets from the 6 manufacturers and establish a comprehensive quality evaluation method. ResultsA quantitative method for Gegen Qinlian tablets was established. After methodological validation， the method was found to be stable and reliable， and could be used for the quantitative analysis of this preparation. The contents of 3′-hydroxy puerarin， puerarin， 3′-methoxy puerarin， daidzein， coptisine hydrochloride， epiberberine， jatrorrhizine hydrochloride， berberine hydrochloride， palmatine hydrochloride and baicalin in 28 batches of samples were 3.58-7.35， 24.88-42.32， 4.20-9.36， 4.33-7.60， 2.52-6.44， 0.93-4.10， 0.58-3.05， 10.68-22.92， 0.82-4.82， 11.73-60.16 mg·g^-1， respectively. Among them， puerarin， berberine hydrochloride and baicalin all met the limit requirements for this preparation specified in the 2025 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. CA and PCA clustered the 28 batches of samples into 5 categories， PCA extracted 2 principal components with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 90.588%， and OPLS-DA screened out 4 differential markers with variable importance in the projection（VIP） values>1.0， namely baicalin， 3′-hydroxy puerarin， coptisine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride， which might be the main components affecting the quality of Gegen Qinlian tablets. TOPSIS analysis showed that the comprehensive score of each evaluation index（C_i） values of different manufacturers were different. Among them， the C_i of manufacturer B was ranked higher， indicating potentially superior quality， while the C_i of manufacturer A was ranked lower， suggesting potentially inferior quality. ConclusionThis study establishes a quantitative method for Gegen Qinlian tablets， and the content uniformity of the same manufacturer is good， while there are differences in the contents of active components among different manufacturers. Through the chemical pattern recognition analysis， it is found that the content differences of Gegen Qinlian tablets may be related to baicalin， 3′-hydroxy puerarin， coptisine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride.

OBJECTIVE To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） fingerprint and a multi-component content determination method for Ziziphus jujuba stir-fried with Coptis chinensis juice， a characteristic processed product of Longsha Medical School， and to provide a basis for the inheritance and clinical application of this distinctive variety. METHODS HPLC method was employed to establish the fingerprints of 12 batches of Z. jujuba stir-fried with C. chinensis juice. Similarity evaluation and common peak identification were subsequently carried out. Quantitative determination was performed on coclaurine， magnoflorine， coptisine hydrochloride， epiberberine， jatrorrhizine hydrochloride， spinosin， berberine hydrochloride， palmatine hydrochloride， 6"'-feruloylspinosin， and jujuboside A of samples. RESULTS The fingerprint similarities of all 12 batches of samples were higher than 0.960. A total of 17 common peaks were calibrated， among which 9 peaks were identified as coclaurine， magnoflorine， coptisine hydrochloride， epiberberine， jatrorrhizine hydrochloride， spinosin， berberine hydrochloride， palmatine hydrochloride， and 6"'-feruloylspinosin， respectively. The quantitative results showed that the mass fractions of coclaurine， magnoflorine， coptisine hydrochloride， epiberberine， jatrorrhizine hydrochloride， spinosin， berberine hydrochloride， palmatine hydrochloride， 6"'-feruloylspinosin， and jujuboside A in the 12 batches of samples were 0.044-0.091， 0.908-1.698， 0.325-0.549， 0.163-0.287， 0.103-0.172， 0.712-0.952， 1.185-1.843， 0.341-0.598， 0.228-0.405， and 0.050-0.091 mg/g， respectively. CONCLUSIONS The established HPLC fingerprint and multi-component determination method is stable and reliable， and can provide a basis for the quality standard formulation and clinical application of Z. jujuba stir-fried with C. chinensis juice.

Objective To investigate the brain voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity(VMHC)alterations in patients with ves-tibular migraine(VM)by using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods The rs-fMRI data of 30 VM patients(VM group)and 30 healthy volunteers(control group)were prospectively collected.The brain VMHC values in all subjects were calculated and the differences between the two groups were compared.The correlations between VMHC values of significant brain regions and clinical scale scores were analyzed in the VM group.Results Compared with the control group,the VMHC values of the cerebellum region 6,orbital inferior frontal gyrus,insula,superior temporal gyrus and postcentral gyrus in the VM group were all decreased[cluster-level family wise error(FWE)corrected,Pvoxel-level<0.001,Pcluster-level<0.05].In the VM group,the VMHC values of the postcentral gyrus were negatively correlated with dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score(r=-0.383,P=0.037).Additionally,the VMHC values of the insula were negatively correlated with headache impact test-6(HIT-6)score(r=-0.430,P=0.018).Conclusion VM patients have altered VMHC in certain brain regions,indicating related dysfunctions in vestibule,pain,hearing and emotion.

Objective:To explore the relationship between AIDS discrimination,attachment patterns,death anxietyand empathy among college students.Method:Totally 5 375 college students aged 18-25 years were recrui-ted.The Zelaya AIDS Discrimination Scale(ZADS),Relationship Questionnaire(RQ),Death Anxiety Scale(CT-DAS)and Interpersonal Response Index Scale(IRI)were used to evaluate AIDS discrimination,attachment type(including secure,dismissing,preoccupied and fearful),death anxiety and empathy level,respectively.Results:Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that male students[OR(95％CI):2.64(1.62-4.30)],fearful score[OR(95％CI):1.16(1.01-1.34)],CT-DAS score[OR(95％CI):1.04(1.01-1.06)]were risk factors for AIDS dis-crimination,and empathy score was a protective factor for AIDS discrimination[OR(95％CI):0.94(0.90-0.97)].Conclusion:Male college students,and those with higher fear attachment score,high death anxiety and low empathy ability have a higher risk of AIDS discrimination.

Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA)on sleep electroencephalogram(EEG)and event-related potential(ERP)in patients with somatoform disorders(SFD). Methods:Seventy-five SFD patients were recruited as an EA group to receive EA at Shenting(GV24)and Baihui(GV20)once daily,30 min each time,with 6 straight days as a treatment course,and 4 courses were conducted at 1-day intervals.Before treatment,patients underwent a survey using a physical symptom checklist on their primary symptoms.Before and after treatment,their sleep EEG was monitored using Quisi,and the ERP mismatch negativity(MMN)and P300 were detected.The Quisi sleep EEG and ERP were also examined among 40 normal volunteers as the normal group data. Results:During the trial,13 cases were removed from the EA group due to incomplete data,and 62 cases were finally included for statistical analyses.Of the 62 SFD patients,the main disturbing symptoms were cognitive impairments,sleep disorders,respiratory symptoms,digestive symptoms,five-sense organ problems,and cardiovascular symptoms in order.Before treatment,the EA group had increased MMN and P300 latencies and decreased amplitudes compared with the normal control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);according to Quisi,the EA group also had reduced total sleep time(TST),shorter rapid eye movement sleep(REM)latency(RL)and REM time(RT),smaller number of REM period(NRP),extended sleep latency(SL),longer awaking time(AT),lower sleep efficiency(SE),larger percent of non-rapid eye movement sleep(NREM)stage 1(S1)and smaller percent of NREM stage 2(S2),and the percent of slow wave sleep(SWS),i.e.NREM stage 3(S3)plus stage 4(S4),also went down,all presenting significant differences between groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the MMN and P300 latencies were reduced,and their amplitudes became larger in the EA group compared with the baseline(P<0.05);they had insignificant differences compared with the normal control group(P>0.05).Quisi showed that the TST and RL increased,and the SL and AT decreased in the EA group,and the predominant change in sleep architecture was reduced S1 percent,increased S2,and improved SE,all showing significant intra-group differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05);however,the intra-group difference in the NRP was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Except the TST,RT,S1 percent,and SWS,there was no statistical significance in comparing the other Quisi parameters(including RL,NRP,SL,AT,SE,and S2 percent)between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:SFD patients have a variety of clinical symptoms,and most of them show abnormal sleep EEG and ERP;EA can correct abnormal sleep EEG parameters and the MMN and P300 of ERP in SFD patients.
