Petroleum hydrocarbon pollution has become one of the global environmental problems, posing a serious threat to the environment and human health. Microbial remediation plays an important role in the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated environment. Nevertheless, the stress factors present in the environment polluted by petroleum hydrocarbons limit the effectiveness of microbial remediation. This paper reviews the common stress factors in petroleum hydrocarbon-polluted environment and the response mechanisms of microorganisms to these factors. Furthermore, we introduce the methods to improve microbial tolerance, such as irrational modification, rational modification based on systems biology tools or tolerance mechanisms, and the construction of microbial consortia. The application of these methods is expected to improve the viability and remediation efficiency of microorganisms in petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated environment and provide new perspectives and technical support for environmental remediation.

Getah virus(GETV)is an arbovirus capable of infecting humans and vertebrates such as horses and pigs via blood-sucking mosquitoes, which is extremely harmful to the livestock indus-try.Current monitoring methods are time-consuming,costly,and dependent on specialized instru-ments.These characteristics hinder rapid detection in clinical samples. Therefore, the development of a simple, rapid, specific, and sensitive method for detecting GETV antigen is crucial for the pre-vention and control of GETV.In this study,a GETV E1 monoclonal antibody strain SD17/09-E1-mAb was prepared by a prokaryotic expression system for GETV E1 protein expression, and a col-loidal gold double-antibody sandwich assay encapsulating two strains of GETV E1 monoclonal an-tibody wasestablished. The results showed that the prepared colloidal gold test strips had good sen-sitivity and did not cross-react with other common porcine virus-positive tissue samples;the test strips had a high compliance rate with the IFA assay for GETV,and could be stored at 37 ℃ for one month and at room temperature for at least three months. In this study,a colloidal gold anti-surveillance test strip for rapid detection of GETV was successfully prepared, which provides a powerful tool for GETV detection.

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis, treatment, clinical characteristics and potential high-risk factors of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) during the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with pegaspargase. Methods:The medical history, diagnosis and treatment process, laboratory examination and imaging examination results of 3 ALL patients with CVST during pegaspargase treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University in March and November 2021 and September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results:Three patients were all female, with the aged between 15 and 35 years old, including 2 cases of B-ALL and 1 case of T-ALL. All patients developed nervous system symptoms after pegaspargase chemotherapy, and were diagnosed as CVST by imaging examination. During the pegaspargase treatment, 2 patients took norethisterone, and 1 patient underwent induced labor and curettage. The levels of sexual hormones in the 3 patients had non-physiological changes. The main CVST lesions were located in the superior sagittal sinus, transverse sinus and sigmoid sinus. One patient had cerebral hemorrhage at the same time. When thrombus occurred, the fibrinogen (Fib), antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ) activity, protein C activity and protein S activity of the patients were significantly lower than those before, D-dimer was significantly higher, and lupus anticoagulant and anticardiolipin antibody were negative. The thrombosis treatment was mainly anticoagulation, and 1 patient underwent thrombolysis. Two patients had no sequelae of nervous system, and 1 patient had the sequelae of muscle weakness. Conclusions:Patients with ALL should be alert to the occurrence of CVST when they have nervous system symptoms during pegaspargase chemotherapy. The diagnosis of CVST mainly depends on cranial imaging. Anticoagulation is the main thrombosis treatment, thrombolysis and interventional thrombectomy are feasible for some patients, with few neurological sequelae. The use of second-generation progesterone drugs and the non-physiological fluctuation of sex hormones may be the potential risk factors of CVST.

Objective:To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement under subarachnoid block. Methods:Fifty patients of both sexes, aged 65-89 yr, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ, with body mass index 20-30 kg/m 2, undergoing unilateral hip arthroplasty, were divided into 2 groups ( n=25 each) by a random number table method: PENG group and fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB) group. In PENG group, 0.4% ropivacaine hydrochloride 20 ml was injected around the nerve innervating the hip joint capsule under ultrasound guidance. In FICB group, 0.4% ropivacaine 30 ml was injected around the nerve innervating the fascia iliaca compartment under ultrasound guidance.Subarachnoid block was performed in both groups.Visual analog scale scores and scores for satisfaction with analgesia at rest and during activity were recorded before blockade (T 0), at 10, 20 and 30 min after blockade (T 1-3) and when placed in the position for spinal anesthesia (T 4). The cumulative consumption of sufentanil, effective pressing times of analgesic pump, and development of related complications were recorded at 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after operation (T 5-8). Results:Compared with FICB group, the VAS scores at rest and during activity were significantly decreased at T 1-4, and scores for satisfaction with analgesia during activity were increased in PENG group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the cumulative consumption of sufentanil and effective pressing times of analgesic pump ( P>0.05). One patient developed postoperative delirium in group FICB, and no patients developed puncture site infection and nerve damage after operation in two groups. Conclusion:PENG block produces better analgesic efficacy than FICB when used for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement under subarachnoid block.

Objective: To observe the material basis and mechanism of action of Kai-Xin-San (KXS) in regulating antidepression of neurotrophic factors. Methods: KXS eluted by ethanol on macroporous resin was prepared. The antidepressive effect of different components was compared by tailing suspension test and forced swimming test of mice. The levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hippocampus were determined by ELISA. The rat astrocyte glioma C6 cell line and the rat adrenal pheochromocytoma PC12 cell line were used to evaluate the effects of different ethanol elution sites on the expression of NGF and BDNF and the differentiation of PC12 cells. Results: All of the ethanol elution components from KXS exerted anti-depressive effects by shorting the immobile time of tailing suspension and forced swimming of mice and 70% ethanol elution components exerted best efficacy. This site also could increase expressions of NGF and BDNF on C6 glioma cell line. The 10% ethanol elution site had the strongest ability to promote PC12 cell differentiation. Ginsenosides were the main effectuve ingredients for promoting the expression of neurotrophic factors. Conclusion: Regulation of neurotrophic factors might be the prominent action mechanism of KXS exerting anti-depressive effects.
