Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of endovascular therapy (EVT) for early neurological deterioration (END) in patients with minor stroke due to acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion. Methods:Consecutive patients with mild stroke due to acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from October 2015 to October 2023 were included retrospectively. Minor stroke was defined as a baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score <6. END was defined as an increase of ≥4 in NIHSS score compared to baseline within 12 hours of onset. According to whether EVT was performed or not, they were divided into EVT group and standard medical treatment (SMT) group. At 90 days after onset, the modified Rankin Scale was used to evaluate the outcome. 0-1 was defined as excellent outcome (primary outcome measure) and 0-2 was defined as good outcome (secondary outcome measure). The safety endpoints included symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) within 72 hours after EVT and all-cause mortality within 90 days. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the correlation between EVT and clinical outcome. Results:A total of 164 patients with minor stroke due to acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion were included. Eighty-four patients (51.2%) developed END, of which 52 (61.9%) underwent EVT and 32 (38.1%) received SMT; 60 patients (71.4%) had excellent outcome, and 64 (76.2%) had good outcome. There was no significant difference in demographic and baseline clinical data between the EVT group and the SMT group. The excellent outcome rate of the EVT group at 90 days after onset showed a trend higher than that of SMT group (78.8% vs. 59.4%; χ2=3.680, P=0.055), but there was no significant difference in the good outcome rate and safety endpoints between the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors, EVT was significantly and independently associated with excellent outcome at 90 days (odds ratio 4.955, 95% confidence interval 1.331-22.284; P=0.024). Conclusion:For patients with minor stroke due to anterior circulation large vessel occlusion who experience END, EVT may improve their functional outcome without increasing the risk of sICH and mortality.

Sleep disorders,a common concern in modern society, seriously affect people's physical and mental health.Reported findings suggest that both acute exercise intervention and long-term regular exercise intervention can improve the disrupted sleep structure and normalize the duration and proportion of the different phases of sleep. Moreover, exercise intervention has a positive effect on the endocrine functions, the metabolic functions, the immune response, the autonomic nervous system, and cardiac functions during sleep. It is a non-medicative therapeutic strategy for improving sleep disorders. The specific type of exercise intervention(aerobic exercise, resistance exercise,or meditative movement)adopted is one of the moderating variables of exercise intervention programs.Different types of exercise improve sleep disorders by way of different mechanisms.Exercise volume and intensity are another moderating variable of exercise intervention programs. The optimal amount and intensity of exercise for different individuals to improve sleep disorders may vary.Exercise interventions implemented at the different times throughout a day can also have varying degrees of impact on sleep disorders and there is no consensus on the optimal exercise time for improving sleep quality at present.Herein,we summarized the mechanisms by which exercise intervention improves sleep disorders from four perspectives, including epigenetics, hyperarousal, human circadian rhythm, and body temperature regulation. In addition,we discussed the current gaps and prospects of research in this field, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of exercise prescriptions for sleep disorders.

Objective:
To explore the improvement influence of three combined exercise programs on sleep quality among college students with sleep disorders, so as to provide reference for the construction of exercise intervention programs for sleep disorder.
Methods:
A total of 35 college students with sleep disorders were randomly divided into AR group ( n =10), AM group ( n =8), RM group ( n =9) and CG group ( n =8). The three exercise groups were provided with exercise intervention for 8 weeks, 3 times/week , 60 min/time, and the CG group maintained previous lifestyle. Before and after the intervention, evaluation of subjective sleep quality and reduction rate of sleep disorder by PSQI, and Actigraph GT3X+ was used to monitor the changes in the objective sleep quality.
Results:
After the intervention, the total score of PSQI ( t =3.49, 2.31, 2.73), sleep quality score ( t =2.71, 3.00 , 5.29),sleep duration of AR group ( t =2.74), daytime dysfunction of AM group ( t =2.64) and sleep duration of RM group ( t = 2.29) significantly decreased ( P <0.05); The scores of sleep duration in AM group were significantly lower than those in AR group, and the scores of PSQI,sleep quality and daytime dysfunction in AM group were significantly lower than those in CG group (P<0.05). After intervention,TST ( t =-4.41, -8.37, -6.79) and SE ( t =-4.40, -5.86, -4.91) of AR group, AM group and RM group significantly increased( P <0.05), SOL ( t =4.18, 9.93), WASO ( t =2.91, 3.46) and NA ( t =4.80, 3.37) of AM group and RM group significantly decreased ( P <0.05). The changes of TST,SE and WASO in RM group were significantly higher than those in CG group, and SOL was significantly lower than those in CG group ( P <0.05).
Conclusion
The three kinds of combined exercise programs can improve the subjective and objective sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders, and reduce the incidence of sleep disorders; different combined exercise programs have different influence on the improvement of sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders, aerobic combined meditative movement exercise program has a prominent influence on the improvement of subjective sleep quality, and resistance combined meditative movement exercise program has a prominent influence on the improvement of objective sleep quality.

Objective To systematically investigate the molecular epidemiological profiles of human papillomavirus (HPV) in patients with condyloma acuminata(CA). Methods Two hundred and one samples of HPV DNA isolated from CA were PCR amplified by the PGMY09/11 primer system. The PCR products were simultaneously hybridized to 37 specific HPV probes immobilized on a nylon strip and then genotyped. All DNA templates were further PCR amplified using HPV 6 and 11 type specific primers for verification. Results All samples were HPV DNA positive consisting of totally 31 genotypes, the types of which were type 11(53.7%, 108/201), 6(43.8%, 88/201), 16(6.5%, 13/201), 52(6.0%, 12/201), 33(5.5%, 11/201), cp6108 (5.5%, 11/201) and 42 (5.0%, 10/201). The samples infected with a single and mixed types of HPV accounted for 60.2% (121/201) and 39.8% (80/201) respectively. Consistent results were found with the detection of HPV6 and 11 between hybridization assay and type-specific PCR. Conclusions At least 31 HPV genotypes are associated with CA. HPV 11 predominates while 68, 40, 54, 67, 73, 82, 35, 64 and 83 are rare in CA. Type cp6108 is detected in CA for the first time with a high prevalence. HPV26, 69, 70, 71,72 and IS39 might be not associated with CA. CA infected with a single and mixed HPV types accounts for 60.2% and 39.8%, respectively.
