Objective:To investigate the mosquito-borne viruses carried by mosquito specimens collected from Huachuan county and Huanan county in Heilongjiang province. Methods:Mosquito samples were collected locally in 2023 and processed in the laboratory. Homogenates of the mosquitoes were inoculated into cells for virus isolation, followed by molecular and bioinformatics analyses of the viral isolates. Results:In 2023, ten viral isolates were obtained from Anopheles sinensis specimens collected in Heilongjiang province, China. Among these isolates, one was identified as Culex flavivirus (CxFV), one as Menghai rhabdovirus (MRV), and eight as Nam Dinh virus (NDiV). The phylogenetic analysis showed that CxFV belongs to genotype I and is clustered with the strains isolated from Liaoning province in 2011 and Ningxia Hui autonomous Region in 2019 in the same evolutionary branch, with amino acid similarity ranging from 98.2% to 99.2% and nucleotide similarity ranging from 98.8% to 99.2%. The MRV strain belongs to the same evolutionary subclade as the strain detected in Guangdong, with both nucleotide and amino acid similarity of 98.0%. Eight NDiV isolates clustered with the South Korean isolates on the same evolutionary branch, forming an independent evolutionary sub-branch. The nucleotide similarity among these eight isolates ranged from 98.5% to 99.7%, while the amino acid similarity ranged from 98.1% to 99.7%. In comparison, when matched with other NDiV isolates from China, the nucleotide similarity of these eight isolates ranged from 94.1% to 97.8%, and the amino acid similarity ranged from 93.5% to 97.7%.Conclusions:This study represents the first isolation of CxFV, MRV, and NDiV in Heilongjiang province, China, and the findings provide fundamental data for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne viral diseases in this region.

Point-of-care testing (POCT) provides key support for clinical decision-making through rapid detection. This article introduces the development background of POCT in the field of pre-hospital emergency, as well as the development status of POCT in Hangzhou City, and analyzes the problems of quality management. Pre-hospital emergency medical institutions in Hangzhou City have been equipped with POCT equipment, and the test items include blood glucose, cardiac troponin, etc. The implementation rates of internal quality control, comparison test, and proficiency testing were 58.2%, 50.3% and 42.6%, respectively. POCT quality management has problems such as unclear responsibility subjects, insufficient professional personnel, and a lack of standardization of the process. It is proposed to build a hierarchical collaborative management system, strengthen the double access mechanism of personnel and equipment, implement the whole process quality control, and build a digital management platform, so as to provide the reference for the high-quality development of POCT in pre-hospital medical emergency institutions.

Objective The aim of this study was to reveal the association characteristics between cancer and depression u-sing the data from community-based multi-morbidity study in rural China(COMMON),and provide a scientific basis for early pre-vention and intervention of depression in cancer patients. Methods We collected questionnaire responses, physical examination re-cords,health insurance data, and electronic medical records from both cancer and non-cancer participants.Using propensity score matching at a 1∶4 ratio,we balanced baseline characteristics between the cancer and control groups. We then compared the preva-lence of depression between these groups,as well as across subgroups stratified by age, sex, income, and other factors. The association between cancer and depression risk was assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Finally,we conducted sensitivity analyses by restricting the regression models to participants with mild-to-severe depression. Results After matching the baseline characteristics,a total of 206 cancer patients and 824 controls were included in the study, and all baseline characteristics between the two groups.Among all individuals, women, participants under 60 years old and those from low-income families(10,000-34,999 Yuan per year),the cancer group had a higher prevalence of depression than the non-cancer group(P<0.05),no difference was found in other subgroup(P>0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that cancer was an independent risk factor for depression, and the risk of depression in cancer patients was 2.38 times that of participants without cancer(95%CI:1.44-3.89,P<0.001).The analysis results of different gender, age, and family income subgroups showed that the effect of cancer on the risk of de-pression was different among subgroups(P<0.05).Conclusions Cancer is an independent risk factor for depression. Therefore, the assessment and intervention of mental health should be paid attention during the treatment of cancer patients. It is of great significance to screen for depression in cancer patients and intervene in them to improve the life quality of patients. In addition, paying attention to high-risk groups can help to implement targeted prevention and intervention and improve their mental health.

Objective This study aimed to explore the potential targets of Yishenqingli Formula in treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)using a combination of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)analysis and network pharmacology. Methods The active ingredients of the Yishen Qingli Formula were identified through the BATMAN-TCM database and LC-MS qualitative analysis. The biological processes and mechanism pathways of the Yishen Qingli Formula in treating IMN were predicted using network pharmacology, and molecular docking and in vitro, experiments were conducted to verify the selected core targets. The core targets were selected and validated through molecular docking and in vitro experiments. Results A total of 15 active ingredients were selected from the Yishen Qingli Formula, and 72 core genes were obtained by intersecting its target with the IMN disease target.GO enrichment analysis results showed that the regulation of apoptosis signaling pathway, white cell migration, peptide tyrosine phosphorylation, and so on were involved; The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results showed that the treatment of IMN with Yishen Qingli Formula involves apoptosis-related signaling pathways such as TNF,PI3K/AKT,MAPK,etc.In vitro, experiments have shown that Yishen Qingli Formula can reduce podocyte apoptosis by regulating the PI3K/AKT pathway. Conclusion Yishen Qingli Formula is a treatment for idiopathic membranous nephropathy through multiple targets and pathways. It has an anti-apoptotic effect on the C5b-9 induced podocyte sub-lysis model, and its mechanism of action may be related to the TNF,PI3K/AKT,MAPK signaling pathways.
9.Continuous monitoring of fine particulate matter in school classrooms and assessment of students exposure level
Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(9):1306-1310
Objective:
To explore the status of PM 2.5 pollution in school classrooms and the student exposure level, and to provide basic data to safeguard the health of students.
Methods:
This study continuously monitored the PM 2.5 levels of 16 naturally ventilated classrooms in eight primary and secondary schools in Jiamusi for one academic year using an online environmental monitoring instrument. At the same time, outdoor PM 2.5 data was captured for comparative research, and student exposure to PM 2.5 during school hours was evaluated.
Results:
The average concentration of PM 2.5 in the classroom in the spring and autumn semesters was (26.93±24.7) and (31.85±30.37)μg/m 3, respectively, and the indoor/outdoor ratio ( I/O ) was 0.92 and 0.95, respectively, which indicated a strong correlation between them. The daily average concentration of all classrooms during both semesters was ( 28.93 ±26.85)μg/m 3, which was slightly higher than the average concentration of (27.53±26.53)μg/m 3 during the daytime when students were in school. In addition, the concentration on workdays was higher than that observed on weekends, and this was termed the "weekend effect". The indoor PM 2.5 concentration was lower on higher floors. The comprehensive exposure concentration of students during school was 28.48 μg/m 3 in spring semester and 31.87 μg/m 3 in autumn semester.
Conclusion
PM 2.5 levels in the classrooms varied according to time, the horizontal space, and the vertical space, and the level of indoor PM 2.5 pollution largely depended on outdoor pollution sources. Differences in PM 2.5 exposure were observed between.
