Objective To investigate the effects of digital platform construction in departmental Party branches on the or-ganizational stronghold role of primary-level Party organizations. Methods Under the leadership of the hospital Party committee, the Radiology Department Party Branch launched the development of a"Party building+Services"digital platform in July 2021,facilitating a comprehensive integration of political and operational activities. This study retrospectively compared the differences in the indicators of party-building and the disciplinary development, mainly including Party-building effectiveness, team cohe-sion,management efficiency, clinical services, scientific research outputs, and educational performances between three-years pre-and post-implementation.Additionally,it also summed up the impact of an electronic platform development on the role of primary-level Party organizations as a combat bastion. Results Post-implementation metrics demonstrated statistically significant improvements in such indicators of Party organization building and disciplinary development as primary-level Party building effec-tiveness,team cohesion, management efficiency, scientific research outputs, and educational performances(all P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of an electronic platform within the department fosters deep integration and intelligent empower-ment of Party building and operational activities, enhances the quality of Party building, and promotes the advancement of disci-plines,thereby reinforcing the role of primary-level Party organizations as effective combat bastions.

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of traditional swab sampling method on etiological surveillance of in-fectious diseases for large-scale object surfaces in hospitals and validate the samples processing method based on pre-wet anti-static fabric and modified polyethylene glycol(PEG)precipitation enrichment technology so as to im-prove the capability of early warning of infectious diseases and optimize the environmental surveillance program in the hospitals.METHODS The on-site surveillance was carried out for 8 times in 3 public hospitals(Shenzhen Longgang People's Hospital, the Second People's Hospital of Longgang and Longgang Maternal and Child Health Hospital)from May 2024 to Mar.2025.Totally 23 types of respiratory tract pathogens(18 types of viruses,5 type of pathogenic bacteria)and 6 types of gastrointestinal tract pathogens were simultaneously detected by means of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR);the actual isolation rates, etiological spectrum and cycle threshold(Ct)value were compared. The acrylic plate added with standards of different loads of H1NI influ-enza viruses was used as model for laboratory evaluation. The minimum detection limit, sensitivity and repeatabili-ty were observed and compared between the methods.RESULTS The minimum detection limit of both methods was 6.0 × 104 copies/ml,however,the positive rate of nucleic acid testing of the pre-wet fabric method was 100.00%(3/3),higher than 33.33%(1/3)of the swab method;when the low viral load was 6.0× 105 copies/ml,the average concentration of viral nucleic acid of the pre-wet fabric method(X-Ct=36.59)was higher, with the re-peatability(CV=0.99%,<3.14%)better.The results of the on-site surveillances showed that the total isolation rates of pathogens of the pre-wet fabric method ranged between 42.84%and 64.27%,higher than between 10.71%and 21.43%of the swab method, with the isolated pathogens more abundant, the Ct value lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pre-wet fabric sampling enrichment method integrated with anti-static fabric sampling and PEG enrichment technology shows higher sensitivity and stability in the etiological surveillance of large-scale object surfaces, raising the isolation rate.

Cyclodipeptide (CDP) composed of two amino acids is the simplest cyclic peptide. These two amino acids form a typical diketopiperazine (DKP) ring by linking each other with peptide bonds. This characteristic stable ring skeleton is the foundation of CDP to display extensive and excellent bioactivities, which is beneficial for CDPs' pharmaceutical research and development. The natural CDP products are well isolated from actinomycetes. These bacteria can synthesize DKP backbones with nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) or cyclodipeptide synthase (CDPS). Moreover, actinomycetes could produce a variety of CDPs through different enzymatic modification. The presence of these abundant and diversified catalysis indicates that actinomycetes are promising microbial resource for exploring CDPs. This review summarized the pathways for DKP backbones biosynthesis and their post-modification mechanism in actinomycetes. The aim of this review was to accelerate the genome mining of CDPs and their isolation, purification and structure identification, and to facilitate revealing the biosynthesis mechanism of novel CDPs as well as their synthetic biology design.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic capabilities of T2 WI features in peripheral zone prostate cancer. Methods The characteristics of T2 WI in 56 cases of peripheral zone prostate cancer,75 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 7 cases of prostatitis confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Eight indexes were initially screened byχ2 test, then indexes with significant difference were entered into multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results The indexes showing statistical differences between prostate cancer and benign prostatic disorders were as following:lesion shape, signal intensity, signal uniformity, boundary of peripheral zone and transition zone, the volume of peripheral zone and prostatic capsule on T2 WI (P<0.05).Margin of lesion and capsule between two groups were not statistical differences (P>0.05).By multivariate Logistic analysis, the statistically significant difference were found in lesion shape, the volume of peripheral zone, prostatic capsule and boundary of peripheral zone and transition zone. Conclusion The lesion shape, volume of peripheral zone and prostatic capsule on T2 WI are independent risk factors for peripheral zone prostate cancer.

Objective To evaluate MRI in judging the therapeutic effect of argon-helium cryoablation therapy for prostate cancer. Methods The clinical data and imaging materials of 16 patients with prostate cancer , who had received ultrasound-guided argon-helium knife cryogenic treatment at authors ’ hospital during the period from March 2012 to Oct. 2014, were retrospectively and comprehensively analyzed. The preoperative and postoperative laboratory test results were compared with MRI findings, and the ablation effect was assessed, focusing on the surgical residue, metastasis, etc. Results One months after the surgery, MRI demonstrated that satisfactory ablation extent was obtained in all patients, the ablated tumor tissue was characterized by long-T2 signal and no obvious recurrence could be found on DWI and DCE-MRI. A slight decrease of PSA level was observed. Six months after the surgery, MRI revealed that the prostate size was significantly reduced, PSA level was markedly decreased and no obvious evidence of recurrence was observed. No severe postoperative complications, such as urethral necrosis, urethral stricture or urethro-rectal fistula, occurred. During the 6-month following-up time, one patient died from other causes. Conclusion MRI has excellent clinical application value in estimating the ablation extent and in judging postoperative recurrence or metastasis of prostate cancer after argon-helium cryoablation treatment.
