Objective: To compare the consistency between bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) and dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DXA) in measuring body composition among Tibetan children and adolescents and to explore the applicability of BIA in plateau region, so as to provide scientific and convenient body composition measurement support among children and adolescents. Methods: From May to June, 2022, a total of 344 Tibetan children and adolescents aged 6-17 years were selected from Golmud Municipal National Middle School and Changjiangyuan Nationality Primary School in Qinghai Province by cluster sampling method, and their fat mass, fat mass percentage and lean mass were measured by DXA and BIA. The consistency and correlation between the two methods were assessed by using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test, Spearman correlation analysis, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), and Bland-Altman analysis. Results: DXA measured fat mass and fat mass percentage were significantly higher than those obtained by BIA (6-12 years old: Z =9.91, 11.28; 13-17 years old: Z =9.02, 10.21), while lean mass and lean mass percentage were significantly lower than BIA results (6-12 years old: Z =-11.60, -11.30; 13-17 years old: Z =-10.77, -10.36) (all P < 0.05 ). The two methods showed strong correlations in fat mass and lean mass (all r >0.80, all ICC >0.90), but exhibited poor agreement in fat mass percentage and lean mass percentage (6-12 years old: Lin s CCC =0.64, 0.41; 13-17 years old: Lin s CCC = 0.79 , 0.35). Bland-Altman analysis showed that the difference between the two methods was negatively correlated with the average value in FM%(6-12 years old: r =-0.75, 13-17 years old: r =-0.79, both P <0.01). Conclusion BIA and DXA show high consistency in measuring body fat mass and lean body mass in Tibetan children and adolescents, although some bias is still present in certain individuals.

Autologous ozonized blood transfusion(AOBT) is a therapy of re-transfusion of 100-200 mL of autologous blood after shaking and agitation with appropriate amount of oxygen-ozone in vitro. The oxidation of blood through the strong oxidation of ozone can enhance the non-specific immune response of the body, regulate the internal environment and promote health. This therapy has been increasingly applied in clinical practice, while no unified standard for the operation process in terms of ozone concentration, treatment frequency and treatment course had been established. This operation process of AOBT is primarily explored in order to standardize the operation process and ensure its safety and efficacy.

Captopril can have nephrotoxic effects, which are largely attributed to accumulated renin and "escaped" angiotensin II (Ang II). Here we test whether angiotensin converting enzyme-1 (ACE1) inhibition damages kidneys via alteration of renal afferent arteriolar responses to Ang II and inflammatory signaling. C57Bl/6 mice were given vehicle or captopril (60 mg/kg per day) for four weeks. Hypertension was obtained by minipump supplying Ang II (400 ng/kg per min) during the second 2 weeks. We assessed kidney histology by periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) and Masson staining, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) by FITC-labeled inulin clearance, and responses to Ang II assessed in afferent arterioles in vitro. Moreover, arteriolar H₂O₂ and catalase, plasma renin were assayed by commercial kits, and mRNAs of renin receptor, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in the renal cortex, mRNAs of angiotensin receptor-1 (AT₁R) and AT₂R in the preglomerular arterioles were detected by RT-qPCR. The results showed that, compared to vehicle, mice given captopril showed lowered blood pressure, reduced GFR, increased plasma renin, renal interstitial fibrosis and tubular epithelial vacuolar degeneration, increased expression of mRNAs of renal TGF-β and COX-2, decreased production of H₂O₂ and increased catalase activity in preglomerular arterioles and enhanced afferent arteriolar Ang II contractions. The latter were blunted by incubation with H₂O₂. The mRNAs of renal microvascular AT₁R and AT₂R remained unaffected by captopril. Ang II-infused mice showed increased blood pressure and reduced afferent arteriolar Ang II responses. Administration of captopril to the Ang II-infused mice normalized blood pressure, but not arteriolar Ang II responses. We conclude that inhibition of ACE1 enhances renal microvascular reactivity to Ang II and may enhance important inflammatory pathways.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Multiloc nailing and Philos locking plate for treating proximal humerus fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 surgery treated proximal humeral fractures patients in Department of Orthopedics,Beijing Haidian Hospital and Department of Orthopedics,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2015 to June 2016,in which 3 cases of high-energy injury and multiple fractures andonecase of humerus head replacement and onecase of non-surgical treatment were excluded.Finally,29 patients were included and clinical followed up to 12 months after surgery.The 29 paients were divided into the locking plate group (n =13) and intramedullary nail group (n =16),The operative time,volume of intraoperative blood loss,preoperative to postoperative 24 patients were compared between the locking plate group and intramedullary nail group underwent open reduction and internal fixation with philos locking plate hemoglobin changes,24 h postoperative visual analogue scale and 3,6,12 months postoperative Constant-Murley shoulder function score.SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Measurement data were expressed as ((x) ± s).Comparison of groups used independent samples t test,repeated measurement data used repeated measures analysis of variance.Results The age of the locking plate group was (65.7 ± 9.3) years,and the age of the intramedullary nailing group was (65.6 ± 11.1) years.In the locking plate group,the operation time was (150 ± 17) minutes,the intraoperative blood volume was (300 ± 53) ml,the change of blood pigment between before surgery to 24 hours after surgery was (26 ± 8) mg/L,and the vision algetic standard of 24 hours after surgery was (3.4 ± 0.8) scores.In intramedullary nailing group,the operation time was (119 ± 13) minutes,the intraoperative blood volume was (130 ± 25) ml,and the change of blood pigment between before surgery to 24 hours after surgery was (11 ± 5) g/L,the vision algetic standard of 24 hours after surgery was (2.3 ± 0.5) scores.No serious postoperative complications occurred in either group,including infection,internal fixationfailure,and humeral head necrosis.In locking plate group,for the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score,3 months after surgery was (76.0 ± 11.6) scores,6 months was (78.0 ± 13.4) scores,12 months was (88.0 ± 12.1) score.In intramedullary nailing group 3 months was (85.0 ± 9.7) scores,6 months was (87.0 ± 8.9) scores,12 months was (89.0 ± 10.3) scores.There were no statistical difference between the two groups at incidence of serious complications after surgery,postoperative 12 months Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score.Muhiloc intramedullary nailing group was better than Philos locking plate group in the operation time,the intraoperative blood volume,etc.Conclusion Multiloc intramedullary nail is an effective method for treating proximal humerus fracture,and it has the advantages of less surgical injury and early postoperativesatisfactory than the locking plate.

Objective To observe after the NIBP (NIK and IKK beta binding protein) gene transfected into colon cancer cell lines HT29, the migration of cells and expression of p65, MMP2, MMP9 mRNA and proteins. Methods The experimental group: divided into without transfection HT29 cell (HT29 group) and transfection no-load HT29 cell (HT29-NC group) and transfection NIBP HT29 cell (HT29-NIBP steady group). Using the Transwell test to detect cell migration ability. Q-PCR method to detect the mRNA expressions of NIBP , p65, MMP2, MMP9. Western Blot method to detect the expressions of NIBP, p65, phosphorylation p65 (p-p65) proteins. The method of ELISA was used to detect the secretion of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9. Results The high expression of NIBP may enhance the migration ability of colon cancer cell lines HT29 , increasing the expression of p-p65, MMP2, MMP9 mRNA and proteins (P < 0.05). Conclusion NIBP potently enhances colon cancer HT29 cell migration and invasion. Activation of NF-κB signaling pathways resulted in up-regulation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 maybe one of its molecular mechanisms.

Two sample pretreatment methods of pesticide residues in Panax notoginseng of Chinese traditional medicine were developed. For Method I, the residues were extracted from homogenized tissue with n-hexane-dichloromethane (6:4) by means of ultrasonication, the crude extract was purified by an Envi-carb/NH2 solid-phase extraction (SPE) column. For Method II, matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) technique was used for extracting and cleaning up. The eluates were concentrated by rotary evaporation, and then were redissolved in dichloromethane prior to GC-MS determination. The determination was performed in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode with the external calibration for quantitative analysis. Under the optimal conditions, the results indicated that the methods are easier and faster, the recoveries of method I for the spiked standards at concentration of 0.01, 0.5, and 2.0 mg x kg(-1) were 81.90%-102.10% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.60%-7.10%. The recoveries of method II were 96.26%-104.20% with the RSDs of 3.52%-7.94%. The detection limits (S/N) for residues of pesticides were in the range of 0.48-1.34 ng x g(-1). The results indicated that these multiresidue analysis methods can meet the requirements for determination of residue pesticides and can be appropriate for trace analysis of residue pesticides in Panax notoginseng.

Objective To investigate the expression of DRAM in breast cancer cell line MCF-7 in radiation-induced autophagy. Methods GFP-LC3 transfection method was used to observe autophagy bubble.Real time-PCR was used to detect DRAM and MAPLC3 from transcriptional and translational level,respectively. The silencing vector from gene engineering was introduced by calcium phosphate transfection.Results Compared with the control group,GFP-LC3 increased significantly after 8 Gy irradiation by immunofluorescent assay,and the level of MAP-LC3 expression was higher than control group after 8 Gy irradiation by Western blot ( F =5.38,8.72,10.63,15.23,20.78 and 55.23,P ＜ 0.05 ).DRAM protein expression increased significantly at 2 h in the 8 Gy time-dose study,up to maximum at the 32 h( F =116.34,P ＜ 0.05 ).In DRAM model,the expression of LC3 and DRAM decreased significantly (F =20.36 and 40.35,P ＜ 0.05 ) and DRAM expression increased 8 Gy post-irradiation,but still lower than that in 8 Gy irradiation wild-type group.The LC3 expression also decreasaed 8 Gy post-irradiation(F =50.34,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions DRAM plays an important role in irradiation-induced autophagy in breast cancer cell.DRAM might participate in the process and serve as a theoretical target for clinical treatment of breast cancer.
