Objective To understand the driver gene mutation status in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Xi'an City, and to analyze the association with environmental exposure factors. Methods A total of 305 NSCLC patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from January 2019 to December 2023 were included. The driver gene mutation status was observed, and the relationship with environmental exposure factors was analyzed. Results The driver gene mutation rate of 305 patients was 46.89%, with EGFR gene mutation accounting for the highest proportion, and 4 cases of gene co-mutations were detected. There was a difference in gender among patients with different single drive gene mutations (P<0.05), and the proportion of EGFR in women was significantly higher (P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in family history, smoking history, long-term cooking history, and fried smoked food intake between patients with driver gene mutation and patients without driver gene mutation (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis suggested that long-term cooking history (OR=2.392), and fried smoked food intake (OR=2.849) were the environmental exposure factors affecting EGFR gene mutation (P<0.05), and smoking history (OR=1.377) was an environmental exposure factor of KRAS gene mutation (P<0.05). Conclusion EGFR gene mutation accounts for the highest proportion of NSCLC patients in Xi'an City, and is mainly female. Long-term cooking history, and fried smoked food intake are related to EGFR gene mutation. There is a certain association between smoking history and KRAS gene mutation.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(7):1036-1039
Objective:
To analyze the impact of parental sports concept and behavior on physical activity in preschool children, so as to provide a foundation for future guidance on fostering childrens physical activity within the family context.
Methods:
From November to December 2020, a clustered convenience sampling method was employed to conduct surveys, and a total of 283 children were selectal from one kindergarten each in Beijing, Shenyang, and Xian. Participating children wore ActiGraph GT9X accelerometers continuously for one week to collect data on different intensity levels of physical activity. Physical Activity afterschool Questionnaire for Preschooler (P-PAQ) was utilized to assess parental sports concept and behavior. The gender differences in physical activity level and physical activity compliance rate were analyzed by using ttest, Mann-Whitney U test, and Chisquare test; and the relationship between parental exercise concepts and behaviors and physical activity of preschool children was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
Results:
Parental sports concept was significantly positively correlated with average daily moderatetovigorous physical activity (MVPA) and total physical activity (TPA) in children (r=0.12-0.16, P<0.05). Parental sports behavior was significantly positively correlated with childrens average daily TPA (r=0.25, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression revealed that parental sports concept was positively correlated with average daily MVPA and TPA in both boys and girls (B=0.65-0.83), while parental sports behavior only was positively correlated with boys average daily MVPA and TPA (B=0.24-0.25)(P<0.05).
Conclusions
Parental sports concept and behavior can impact physical activity levels in preschool children, exhibiting gender differences. Future guidance on physical activity in family upbringing should consider both parental sports concept and behavior, and pay attention to the influence of childrens gender.

Objective:To re-evaluate the effectiveness of exercise interventions in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) by conducting a systematic review and provide insights for the implementation and continuous improvement of exercise intervention strategies. Methods:A comprehensive search was conducted across databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CINAHL, Campbell Collaboration, and the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database. The search covered literature from the inception of the databases until December 19, 2023. Two researchers trained in evidence-based nursing independently screened the literature. The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed using the AMSTAR 2 tool, and the quality of evidence was graded using the GRADE system. Results:Eight systematic reviews were included. The AMSTAR 2 evaluation revealed one review of moderate quality, six of low quality, and one of very low quality. GRADE assessment of 33 outcome indicators showed that one piece of evidence was of moderate quality, 24 were of low quality, and eight were of very low quality. Conclusions:Exercise interventions may improve overall functional outcomes in ALS patients without exacerbating fatigue. However, due to the limitations in the quantity and quality of the included studies, further large-scale, high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to verify the effects of exercise interventions in ALS patients.

Objective To analyze the dynamic changes of CD4+T lymphocytes (hereinafter referred to as CD4 cells) in different populations after of HIV infected/AIDS patients antiviral treatment, aiming to understand the characteristics of CD4 cell changes in different populations after antiviral treatment and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted on HIV infected/AIDS patients who received treatment in a hospital in Yunnan Province from 2018 to 2019. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 605 eligible patients were included as research subjects. Analyze the baseline of antiviral therapy and CD4 cell count levels at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months, with the baseline blood collection time of HIV infected/AIDS patients as the starting point and the last follow-up time as the endpoint. Results Among the 605 patients, patients aged ≤30 years had higher CD4 cell levels after antiviral therapy than patients aged >30 years; unmarried patients had higher CD4 cells than married and divorced patients; patients who acquired HIV through homosexual transmission had higher CD4 cell levels than those with heterosexual transmission; patients with mother-to-child transmission had higher CD4 cells at some follow-up points than those with heterosexual transmission and intravenous drug users; patients using regimen groups A, C, and E had higher CD4 cells than those using regimen groups B and D. The CD4 cell count increased rapidly within the first 6 months of ART initiation. Patients with a baseline CD4 cell count of ≤200 cells/μL did not reach normal levels after 2 years of treatment, while patients with a baseline CD4 cell count of >200 cells/μL maintained relatively higher CD4 cell levels throughout ART and reached normal levels after 2 years of treatment. Conclusions The early stage of ART is the rapid growth period of CD4 cells. The earlier the initiation of ART, the quicker the CD4 cell levels recover, leading to better immune function restoration in HIV infected/AIDS patients. Therefore, intensifying monitoring and detection efforts to identify infections earlier can facilitate easier immune function rebuilding, improve treatment effects, reduce the risk of death, and extend patients' lifespans.
