Objective To review clinical trial registration status of TCM treatment for coronary microvascular disease; To analyze the effectiveness and safety of TCM in treating coronary microvascular disease. Methods The clinical trials of TCM in the treatment of coronary artery microvascular disease included in the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry and the US Clinical Trials Registry from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024 were retrieved, and the general characteristics(time, region, funding source),design type, intervention regimen and outcome indicators of the included clinical trials were extracted and analyzed using Excel 2019 software. Results A total of 17 clinical trials were included, including 16 pre-registrations.The registered units were distributed in 5 provinces across the country, involving 17 registration institutions. The two regions with the most distribution were Shanghai(6 studies,35.29%)and Beijing(5 studies,29.41%).The types of studies were mainly interventional studies, and most of the study designs were randomized parallel controlled studies(16 studies,94.12%).A total of 8 interventions were reported, including Chinese patent medicine,TCM decoction,TCM intravenous preparation, and acupuncture and moxibustion.A total of 143 outcome indicators were designed, including 10 first-level indicators, including coronary artery microcirculation, clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs,TCM syndromes, quality of life, exercise tolerance, cardiac function, physical and chemical testing, safety, and pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Conclusion The registration of clinical trials by TCM in the treatment of coronary microvascular diseases has been gradually receiving attention from researchers, but the overall number is still small. At present, the study needs to be optimized in terms of study design and index selection.

3.Association between preschoolers physical activity levels and parental sports concept and behavior
Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(7):1036-1039
Objective:
To analyze the impact of parental sports concept and behavior on physical activity in preschool children, so as to provide a foundation for future guidance on fostering childrens physical activity within the family context.
Methods:
From November to December 2020, a clustered convenience sampling method was employed to conduct surveys, and a total of 283 children were selectal from one kindergarten each in Beijing, Shenyang, and Xian. Participating children wore ActiGraph GT9X accelerometers continuously for one week to collect data on different intensity levels of physical activity. Physical Activity afterschool Questionnaire for Preschooler (P-PAQ) was utilized to assess parental sports concept and behavior. The gender differences in physical activity level and physical activity compliance rate were analyzed by using ttest, Mann-Whitney U test, and Chisquare test; and the relationship between parental exercise concepts and behaviors and physical activity of preschool children was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
Results:
Parental sports concept was significantly positively correlated with average daily moderatetovigorous physical activity (MVPA) and total physical activity (TPA) in children (r=0.12-0.16, P<0.05). Parental sports behavior was significantly positively correlated with childrens average daily TPA (r=0.25, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression revealed that parental sports concept was positively correlated with average daily MVPA and TPA in both boys and girls (B=0.65-0.83), while parental sports behavior only was positively correlated with boys average daily MVPA and TPA (B=0.24-0.25)(P<0.05).
Conclusions
Parental sports concept and behavior can impact physical activity levels in preschool children, exhibiting gender differences. Future guidance on physical activity in family upbringing should consider both parental sports concept and behavior, and pay attention to the influence of childrens gender.

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion and their regulatory effects of levels of peripheral blood Th17 cells and Treg cells. Methods Computer retrieval of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,SinoMed,FMRS,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of science and other databases were carried out.RCTS related to the regulation of Th17 and Treg cells by TCM in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion, published from the establishment of the database to June 2023 were screened. Two reviewers evaluated the quality of the literature according to the Cochrane handbook.RevMan5.4 software was used for Meta-Analysis.Results A total of 10 studies that involved 1 052 patients were included. The Meta-Analysis results showed that compared to the control group, the effective rate[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.11,1.30),P<0.000 01],live birth rate[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.16,1.50),P<0.000 01]and the reduction of adverse drug reactions[RR=0.34,95%CI(0.14,0.83),P=0.02]were significantly improved by the intervention of TCM.After treatment with TCM,the expression of Th17 cells was decreased[MD=-0.71,95%CI(-1.01,-0.41),P<0.000 01],and the expression of Treg cells was increased[SMD=1.21,95%CI(0.80,1.62),P<0.000 01].The ratio of Th17/Treg cells was decreased[SMD=-2.62,95%CI(-4.09,-1.14),P=0.000 5].Conclusion TCM used for post-pregnancy or before and after pregnancy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and live birth rate of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, wihch showed high safety. Moreover,TCM can reduce the expression of Th17 cells,up-regulate the expression of Treg cells and regulate the immune balance of Th17/Treg cells, which is conducive to embryonic development after pregnancy.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2022;30(4):303-307
Inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence, development and outcome of ischemic stroke. As one of the most sensitive indicators of inflammation, interleukin (IL)-6 is associated with the risk of ischemic stroke and plays a dual role in ischemic stroke. In-depth study on the changes and role of IL-6 level in patients with ischemic stroke may help to develop new methods to predict the outcome of ischemic stroke and promote the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
