Objective To explore adhering to 24-hour movement guidelines of disabled athletes, and its correlation to psychological resilience and subjective well-being.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to survey 192 disabled athletes from 17 provinces in China,to collect their demo-graphic information, compliance with 24-hour movement guidelines, psychological resilience and subjec-tive well-being.Ultimately,180 valid samples were obtained.Generalized linear models were used to analyze the relationship of meeting 24-hour movement guidelines to psychological resilience and subjec-tive well-being,and the roles of gender and type of disability were explored. Results On the average, disabled athletes spent 3.68 h on physical activities every week, but 4.89 h and 8 h on sedentary be-havior and sleep every day.The proportions of meeting 3 guidelines,2,and 1 were 26.1%,47.8%and 22.2%,respectively.Moreover,there was a dose-response relationship of the number of guide-lines met to psychological resilience(B=5.184,P<0.001)and subjective well-being(B=2.806,P<0.01).In other words, disabled athletes meeting more guidelines exhibited higher levels of psychological resil-ience(B=8.407,P<0.001)and subjective well-being(B=6.122,P<0.001).Conclusion Meeting 24-hour movement guidelines is of positive relation to psychological resilience and subjective well-being.There-fore,it is recommended to promote adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines among disabled ath-letes to promote their psychological health.

Objective:This study aims to summarize the experience of building a research data platform at Peking University First Hospital and propose pathways for constructing healthcare big data platforms in medical institutions to provide insights for the further expansion of the application of the health care big data platform and construction of smart healthcare. Methods:Hospital multi-domain data was collected through a systematic process. After data classification and cleaning, international medical standards and NLP technology were utilized to achieve data standardization and structuring. At the same time, the eCRF form, data source judgment, and mathematical calculations were optimized to ensure the data quality and application value of the scientific research data platform. Results:By carrying out the construction of a scientific research data platform, Peking University First Hospital achieved the transformation of clinical data into research data, completed data collection, pushing, integration, cleaning, and governance, and conducted health care big data research. Conclusions:It is recommended to subsequently expand the data scope, promote the transformation of clinical data into research data, enhance clinical experts' participation in prospective design and data collection, use an integrated data platform for automatic data pushing and calling, explore the application of large language models and conduct technical exploration and reserves.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(22):2783-2787
Objective? To evaluate the measurement index of the Chinese version of the eHealth Literacy Scale (eHEALS). Methods? By convenience sampling, 160 inpatients in Department of Respiratory in a Class III Grade A hospital of Beijing were selected from April to May of 2018 and surveyed by self-designed questionnaire and eHEALS. The feasibility, reliability and validity of the scale was evaluated. Results? Totally 155 valid questionnaires from eHEALS were collected with an effective recovery rate of 97%. Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.963 and retest reliability coefficient r was 0.984 (P<0.001). One common factor was extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 76.675%. Confirmative factor analysis showed that the fitting indexes of theoretical models of 1 latent variable and 8 items were satisfactory (GFI=0.808, CFI=0.911, RMSEA=0.202). Conclusions? The Chinese version of eHEALS has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure the eHealth literacy of patients.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of coping styles on the relationship between social support and self-management among young patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 169 young patients with newly-diagnosed T2DM at China-Japan Friendship Hospital were investigated with the Medical Coping Mmodes Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale and the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities. Results Among young patients with newly-diagnosed T2DM,there was a positive correlation between social support and confronce coping style(r =0.250,P<0.01).The confronce coping style was positively correlated with self-management(r=0.367,P<0.01).Confronce coping style could explain 15.3%variance of self-management(P<0.01).Confronce coping style had a mediating effect on the relationship between social support and self-management.Conclusions Confronce coping style has a predictive role on self-management among young patients with newly-diagnosed T2DM,and confronce coping style has a mediating effect between social support and self-management.
