Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiography in assessing cardiac function and disease severity in patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 205 patients with hypertensive heart disease who were categorized into 3 groups based on the New York Heart Association(NYHA)criteria:class Ⅱ(n=62),class Ⅲ(n=89)and class Ⅳ(n=54).The demographic characteristics(including gender and age)and the results of color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiography were extracted from the hospital's medical record system for analyzing the relationships of the diagnostic findings from color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiography with cardiac function and disease severity. Results Electrocardiography revealed statistically significant intergroup differences in QTc interval,QRS voltage, and QRS duration across 3 groups(P<0.05).Among 3 groups, class Ⅳ group exhibited the most pronounced abnormalities with prolonged QTc interval and QRS duration, along with reduced QRS voltage(P<0.05).Compared with class Ⅱ group, class Ⅲ group had longer QTc interval and QRS duration, alongside lower QRS voltage(P<0.05).Color Doppler echocardiography showed that left ventricular systolic diameter, left ventricular diastolic diameter, left atrial diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular ejection fraction, and E/A ratio differed significantly across 3 groups(P<0.05).Class Ⅳ group exhibited the largest left ventricular systolic diameter, left ventricular diastolic diameter and left atrial diameter, the thickest left ventricular posterior wall and interventricular septum, and the lowest left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A ratio(P<0.05).Compared with class Ⅱ group, class Ⅲ group had enlarged left ventricular systolic diameter, left ventricular diastolic diameter and left atrial diameter, thicker left ventricular posterior wall and interventricular septum, and reduced left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A ratio(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis found that QTc interval,QRS duration, left ventricular systolic diameter, left ventricular diastolic diameter, left atrial diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, and interventricular septum thickness were positively correlated with cardiac functional impairments in patients with hypertensive heart disease, while QRS voltage, left ventricular ejection fraction, and E/A ratio were negatively correlated with cardiac functional impairments in patients with hypertensive heart disease(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis identified QTc interval,QRS duration, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left atrial diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, ventricular septum thickness,QRS voltage, left ventricular ejection fraction, and E/A ratio as critical factors for assessment of cardiac function(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiography demonstrate significant clinical utility in evaluating cardiac function and disease severity in patients with hypertensive heart disease.

Objective:To explore the research trends, research advances and future orientations in the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), so as to inform future researches. Methods:Web of Science database was searched from 2000 to 2021. CiteSpace software was used for visual and quantitative analysis. Results:A total of 3 582 articles were included. Publications on nutrition science in IBD showed a rising trend. The United States ranked first according to number of publications by country, the University of Toronto ranked first by institution, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases ranked first by journal and Li J from Nanjing University was the very author with the highest number of relevant publications. Research hotspots mainly focused on risk, gut microbiota and pediatric population. Research fronts mainly focused on the gut microbiota. Conclusion:Visual analysis shows the research trend in the field of nutrition in IBD, with gut microbiota as the research hotspots in the future.

Objective:To understand the research hotspots and development directions of the core competence of nursing students in China by reviewing the published literature so as to provide a reference for follow-up research. Methods:Using "nursing students" and "core competence" as search terms, we retrieved documents collected by the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) , WanFang Database and China Biology Medicine from database establishment to March 2020, and carried out bibliometric analysis. Results:A total of 233 documents met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of published articles increased slowly over time. There were 122 articles supported by the fund. The first authors were distributed in 30 regions, and articles were cited 1 170 times. Among the type of literature studies, intervention studies were the most with 88 articles in total; qualitative studies were the least with only 3 articles. Conclusions:The core competence literature of nursing students in China is on the rise. Fund investment should be increased, cooperation in multiple regions should be strengthened, and the scope of research types and research content should be expanded so as to promote the development of the discipline.

Objective To determine the relationship among structural empowerment, occupational benefit and job embeddedness of nurses, and to analysis the role of occupational benefit in structural empowerment and job embeddedness. Methods A total of 422 nurses recruited from five tertiary hospitals in Tianjin. They were investigated with General Information Questionnaire, Condition of the Work Effectiveness Condition Questionnaire, Nurses' Occupational Benefit Scale and the Work Embedded Scale. Results The mean scores of nurses' work efficiency condition questionnaire, occupational benefit, and job embeddedness were (3.14 ± 0.88), (4.27 ± 0.53), (3.64 ± 0.677) points respectively. Structural empowerment, occupational benefit and job embeddedness were positively correlated (r=0.646, 0.536, 0.521, P<0.01);The nurses structural empowerment had significant prediction effect on work engagement (β=0.646, P<0.01),occupational benefit was a partial intermediary between structural empowerment and job embedding. Conclusion Through reasonable authorization, nursing managers actively guide nurses' sense of benefit, improve the close integration of nurses and organizations, then improve the level of nurses' work embedding.

Objective To understand the current situation of pediatric nurses' perceived stress, coping style and professional burnout, analyze the influence of pediatric nurses' perceived stress and coping styles on professional burnout, and to provide references for reducing pediatric nurses' professional burnout. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 415 pediatric nurses from 9 tertiary level A hospitals in Tianjin using general information questionnaires,Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ),and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Results Pediatric nurses'MBI scores were divided into emotional exhaustion score (25.19 ± 9.98) points, depersonalization total score (10.70 ± 4.65) points, personal achievement sense (29.72 ± 9.62) points, and higher degree of burnout.Correlation analysis showed that the perceived stress was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions, and negatively correlated with the dimension of personal accomplishment (r =0.398,0.236,-0.388,P <0.01);positive coping dimensions were negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions, and positively correlated with the dimension of personal accomplishment(r =-0.544,-0.205,0.608,P<0.01);negative coping dimensions and emotional depletion and depersonalization dimensions were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with individual achievement dimension (r =0.559,0.298,-0.652,P <0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that perceived stress and negative coping style had influence on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and individual achievement dimension.Positive coping style had influence on emotional exhaustion and personal achievement dimension (R2=0.105-0.501,P<0.01).Conclusions Pediatric nurses have higher professional burnout.Perceived stress and coping styles have an impact on professional burnout.Pediatric nurses should take more active measures to relieve perceived stress and reduce burnout.
