With the vigorous development of the nuclear power industry and the increasing regional conflicts, the demand for nuclear emergency drugs is very urgent.Radionuclides enter the body via oral ingestion, lung inhalation, skin infiltration, and others, and deposit in tissues, exhibiting strong chemical toxicity and long-term radioactivity.Chelation therapy is currently the most effective method for treating internal contamination of radioactive isotopes.By introducing excretory agents into the body through oral and injection methods, stable complexes are formed between excretory agents and radioactive isotopes, which are then excreted into the body through the metabolic system. At present, research on decorporation agents mainly focuses on the effect on promoting the excretion of nuclides. However,a successful drug still needs to clarify the dynamic changes in drug disposal by the body, that is,pharmacokinetics. In the process of innovative drug development, pharmacokinetics research is equally important as pharmacodynamics research and toxicology research, and has become an important component of preclinical and clinical drug research. We will review the pharmacokinetic research progress of the above-mentioned decorporation agents in this article,in order to provide new ideas for optimizing the structure of decorporation agents for drug properties and developing new types of decorporation agents.

Objective To investigate the status of feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation and analyze its influencing factors,to provide a reference for formulating a reasonable enteral nutrition plan and improving patients'nutritional status. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to retrospectively collect the clinical data of 115 patients who received enteral nutrition support after lung transplantation and were hospitalized in the ICU of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province from August 2022 to November 2023.According to the occurrence of feeding intolerance during ICU hospitalization, the patients were divided into a feeding tolerance group and a feeding intolerance group.Univariate and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of feeding intolerance patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation. Results Within 7 days of initiating enteral nutrition,a total of 63 patients developed feeding intolerance, with an incidence of 54.78%.Among them, the incidence of feeding intolerance was relatively high within 1 to 3 days after initiating enteral feeding. The clinical manifestations of feeding intolerance were diarrhea, bloating, gastric retention,vomiting/regurgitation,among which the diarrhea was the highest incidence(87.30%).Logi-stic regression analysis showed that intraoperative net balance volume(OR=0.999),intraoperative blood transfusion(OR=1.001)volume and diabetes history(OR=0.170)were independent influencing factors for feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a high incidence of feed-ing intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation.Patients undergoing lung transplantation who have a high net intraoperative fluid balance, receive a low volume of intraoperative blood transfusions, and have a history of diabetes are at a lower risk of developing feeding intolerance when receiving postoperative enteral nutrition. When starting enteral nutrition, medical staff should dynamically evaluate the risk factors of feeding intolerance, screen high-risk patients as early as possible, and formulate reasonable enteral nutrition programs to improve the nutritional status of patients and promote their rehabilitation.

AIM:This study aims to investigate whether vitamin E succinate(VES)induces autophagy in hu-man gastric cancer cells through the promotion of mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membranes(MAMs).METHODS:Human gastric cancer cell lines MKN28 and MKN45 were cultured in vitro.Cell viability was assessed us-ing the CCK8 assay, and two cell growth curves were plotted to determine the treatment concentration of VES.Control groups,VES dose groups(MKN28:5,10,20,and 40 mg/L;MKN45:10,20,40,and 80 mg/L),an autophagy-posi-tive control group(rapamycin,RAPA,100 nmol/L),and a MAMs-positive control group(oligomycin A,10 mg/L)were set up.Cells were harvested after 24 h of treatment for subsequent experiments. The formation of autophagosomes and MAMs was observed using transmission electron microscopy. The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins,includ-ing beclin-1,LC3-II/LC3-I,and p62,were detected by Western blot.MAMs labeled with split green fluorescent protein(GFP)were visualized by fluorescence microscopy. The expression of mitofusin 2(MFN2),a key molecule of MAMs,was also detected by Western blot.To inhibit MFN2 specifically, the cells were treated with mitochondrial fusion inhibitor 8(MFI8)and simultaneously transfected with an MFN2 plasmid to achieve MFN2 overexpression(OE-MFN2).The cells were divided into control group,MFI8(20 μmol/L)group,VES groups(20 mg/L for MKN28 cells and 40 mg/L for MKN45 cells),VES+MFI8 group,OE-MFN2+MFI8 group and OE-MFN2+VES+MFI8 group. The MAMs were visualized by fluorescence microscopy, and the expression changes of MFN2,beclin-1 and LC3-II/I were detected by Western blot.RESULTS:The results of the CCK8 assay showed that VES significantly inhibited the viability of both human gastric can-cer cell lines(P<0.05).After VES treatment, the formation of typical autophagosomes and MAMs was observed in both cell lines by transmission electron microscopy.Fluorescence microscopy showed a significant increase in GFP signals of MAMs.Western blot analysis showed that with increasing doses of VES,the expression levels of MFN2,beclin-1,and LC3-II/I were significantly up-regulated,while that of p62 was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05).Compared with VES group, the cells pretreated with MFI8 followed by VES exposure showed markedly reduced GFP signals of MAMs and much lower protein levels of MFN2,beclin-1 and LC3-II/LC3-I(P<0.05).Transfection with an MFN2 overexpression plasmid rescued MFN2 expression.Compared with VES+MFI8 group, the cells in OE-MFN2+VES+MFI8 group had much higher protein expression levels of MFN2,beclin-1 and LC3-II/LC3-I(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The VES may partici-pates in the regulation of autophagy in human gastric cancer cells by promoting the formation of MAMs.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the dark triad, fear of missing out and smartphone addiction, as well as the mediating role of fear of missing out between the dark triad and smartphone addiction. Methods:A total of 408 college students were assessed using dirty dozen, fear of missing out scale, and mobile phone addiction index. SPSS 24.0 software was used for common method bias tests, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis. Mplus 8.3 software was employed to construct a structural equation model, and the Bootstrap method was used for mediation effect analysis. Results:The dark triad (36.14±9.06) was positively correlated with fear of missing out (22.55±6.60) and smartphone addiction (46.77±13.62) ( r=0.48, 0.45, both P<0.01). Fear of missing out was also positively correlated with smartphone addiction ( r=0.54, P<0.01). Fear of missing out played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the dark triad and smartphone addiction, with a total effect value of 0.495 and a mediating effect value of 0.217. Conclusion:Fear of missing out partially mediates the relationship between the dark triad and smartphone addiction. The dark triad not only directly predicts smartphone addiction but also indirectly influences smartphone addiction through fear of missing out.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2025;27(7):977-982
Objective:To explore the value of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP), CHA2DS2-VASc score combined with echocardiography in predicting the prognosis of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 320 AF patients admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Chuzhou from January 2022 to June 2024. All patients completed echocardiography, NT-proBNP blood sample testing, and CHA2DS2-VASc assessment. They were followed up for 6 months or until the occurrence of endpoint events (stroke or all-cause death). According to the prognosis, patients were divided into the endpoint event group and the good prognosis group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of endpoint events in AF patients. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of NT-proBNP, CHA2DS2-VASc score and echocardiography for the prognosis of AF patients. Results:By the end of follow-up, among 320 AF patients, 64 cases (20.00%) had endpoint events, including 33 cases (10.31%) of stroke and 31 cases (9.69%) of all-cause death; 256 cases (80.00%) had no endpoint events. The age, CHA2DS2-VASc score, proportion of New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grade Ⅳ, proportion of complicated type 2 diabetes, proportion of complicated peripheral vascular disease, left atrial diameter (LAD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), logarithm of NT-proBNP, and C-reactive protein (CRP) level in the endpoint event group were all higher than those in the good prognosis group (all P<0.05). The hemoglobin (Hb) level, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and proportions of lipid-lowering and anticoagulant drug treatments were lower than those in the good prognosis group (all P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CHA2DS2-VASc score and NT-proBNP were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in AF patients (all P<0.05), and anticoagulant and lipid-lowering drug treatments were independent protective factors (all P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, and area under the ROC curve (AUC) of NT-proBNP, CHA2DS2-VASc score combined with echocardiography in predicting the prognosis of AF patients were 90.63%, 95.31%, and 0.927, respectively. The specificity and AUC of the combined prediction were higher than those of single assessment (all P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in sensitivity compared with single prediction (all P>0.05). Conclusions:NT-proBNP, CHA2DS2-VASc score, and echocardiography all have certain predictive value for the prognosis of AF patients, but the combined prediction value of the three is higher.
