Objective:To analyze the influence mechanism of primary physicians'salary satisfaction on the turnover tendency, explore the moderating role of professional identity, and to provide a basis for enhancing the stability of the primary care physician workforce. Methods:The questionnaire survey method was used to study the salary satisfaction, professional identity and turnover ten-dency among 298 primary care doctors in the main urban area of Wuhan, and 284 valid questionnaires were obtained. The data were statistically analyzed. Results:The propensity to leave scores of primary care physicians aged 40 to 50 years, with bachelor's de-gree and 11 to 15 years of work were(3.01±0.87),(3.02±0.90),and(3.03±0.86),respectively,with high were high turnover tendency;primary care physicians'salary satisfaction and professional identity had a negative effect on the propensity to leave(P<0.001);and professional identity had a negative effect on the salary satisfaction and turnover tendency(P<0.001).Conclusion:Primary physicians'propensity to leave is more pronounced in the high-quality human capital group, with moderate security but in-sufficient incentives for pay;higher levels of professional identity reduce the relationship between pay satisfaction and propensity to leave.

Transient potential receptor vanilloid 4(TRPV4)is a cluster of non-selective cation channels presented on cell membranes. They are important mediators of sensory signals that regulate cell function and signaling pathways. TRPV4 is widely expressed in various ocular tissues and can participate in a variety of physiological functions, including osmotic pressure regulation, Ca2+ homeostasis, apoptosis and autophagy. It plays an important role in normal physiological functions and different pathology. Recent studies have revealed that TRPV4 is closely correlated to corneal epithelial injury, glaucoma, age-related cataract, diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity, retinal detachment and other diseases. Besides, studies also showed that TRPV4 regulates the occurrence and development of its related ophthalmic diseases. This paper briefly reviewed the research progress on TRPV4 pathway in ophthalmic diseases, so as to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of ophthalmopathy.

Objective:
To study the more safe and accurate guidance scheme of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Methods:
CBCT was regularly performed on 87 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Meizhou People's Hospital from November 2014 to August 2015. For each patient, 10 times CBCT scans were obtained pre-treatment. All the setup errors were obtained and analysed on the orientation X (left and right), Y (head and foot) and Z (vertical) axis.
Results:
With the increase of the number of CBCT scans, there was no statistically significant difference among the mean setup errors of the 10 times scans in X (left and right) and Y (head and foot) directions (all
