The long-acting cabotegravir and rilpivirine injection regimen（CAB+RPV regimen）is the first approved long-acting antiretroviral therapy（ART）for HIV in China，administered once every two months. This regimen provides an innovative alternative to daily oral ART，benefiting virologically suppressed patients. Several large clinical-studies have shown that the CAB+RPV regimen achieves comparable virologic suppression and safety to daily oral regimens，while significantly enhancing patient satisfaction. Objective: To explore the changes of the peripheral invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Methods: A total of 101 patients with HIV infection including 52 asymptomatic patients and 49 acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients were enrolled in the study from June 2016 to July 2017. Flow cytometry was used to detect iNKT cells, CD4⁺ T cells and CD8⁺ T cells, and the relationship among them and HIV RNA was studied. At same time, 12 healthy persons were enrolled as control group. T test or variance analysis, rank sum test, Chi-square test and Fisher exact test were used for statistical analysis. Results: In HIV infected asymptomatic patients, AIDS patients and healthy controls, iNKT cells were 0.135% (0.066%, 0.228%), 0.058% (0.034%, 0.100%) and 0.385% (0.205%, 0.600%), respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (Z=40.113, P<0.01). CD4⁺ T cell counts in the three groups were (340.82±119.26) cells/μL, (72.73±61.84) cells/μL and (555.17±229.43) cells/μL, respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (t=113.79, P<0.01); CD8⁺ T cell counts in the three groups were (842.29±423.68) cells/μL, (540.43±257.85) cells/μL and (875.92±516.45) cells/μL, respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (t=9.423, P<0.01). Ratios of CD4⁺ /CD8⁺ T cells in the three groups were 0.490 (0.240, 0.695), 0.120 (0.030, 0.210) and 0.600 (0.475, 0.895), respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (Z=53.603, P<0.01). iNKT cell counts in patients with or without hepatitis B virus infection, pneumocystis pneumonia, oral mold infection, treponema pallidum, latent tuberculosis or EB virus infection were not significantly different (Z=0.244, 2.325, 2.393, 0.168, 1.183 and 0.454, respectively, all P>0.05). There were correlations between iNKT cells and CD4⁺ T cells, CD4⁺ /CD8⁺ T cells (r=0.513 and 0.261, respectively, both P<0.05), and no relationship was found between iNKT cells and CD8⁺ T cells (r=0.155, P=0.126). In HIV infected asymptomatic patients and AIDS patients, iNKT cells was not associated with HIV RNA (r=-0.113 and -0.111, respectively, both P>0.05). Conclusions The level of peripheral iNKT cells in HIV infected patients decreases with the disease progression. To certain extent, iNKT cells can reflect the severity of immune damaging in HIV infected patients.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the quantity, quality and effect of health management service project for patients with hypertension and diabetes in basic public health service project of Sichuan province.

METHODS44 health clinics or community health service center, 22 counties and 11 cities was extracted by method of multistage stratified sampling on March, 2014. In each institution we sampled 10 resident health record of hyperpietic and 10 of diabetic. Number of managed patients was recorded to calculate the rate of health management. Telephone survey was used to judge the accuracy and standardability of services the patients received according to the national basic public health service specifications. We compared the satisfaction rate and blood pressure/blood sugar control rate of patients which had accurate record to which had not, and which got normative services to which didn't.

RESULTS33.8% (69 680/206 154) of the hyperpietics and 24.0% (25 562/106 508) of the diabetics were managed. 81.16% (702/865) of the records were with accurate information. 74.36% (522/702) of the patients received normative services. Blood pressure was well controlled in 86.92% (299/344) of the hyperpietics, and FPG was well controlled in 85.46% (288/337) of the diabetics. The satisfaction rate was 94.58% (698/738). The satisfaction rate of patients which had accurate record was 98.69% (677/686), but of which had not was just 40.38% (21/52) (χ² = 320.52, P < 0.001). The satisfaction rate of patients which got normative services was 99.22% (508/512), and of which did not get was 97.13% (169/174) (χ² = 2.92, P = 0.087).

CONCLUSIONThe quality of managed chronic patients was well, and got obvious effect. Measures need to implement for increasing the management rate, accuracy and standardability of health management services for hyperpietic and diabetic.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of hypersensitivity induced by compound sulfamethoxazole (Co-SMZ)in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)infection.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 111 patients with HIV infection receiving prophylactic Co-SMZ at the Department of Infectious Diseases,the Third People′s Hospital of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from January 2014 to December 2014.Data including age,gender,interval time from diagnosis of HIV infection to hospitalization,history of drug allergy,and the counts of CD3 + T cell,CD4 + T cell,CD8 + T cell and natural killer (NK)cell on the day when the medicine was administrated for the first time were recorded. All the patients were followed up for two months.Student t test was used in data with normal distribution or approximate normal distribution.Rank sum test was used in data with skew distribution.The count materials were examined byχ2 test.Results Among the 111 patients with HIV infection,there were 107 males and 4 females with average age of (45 .7±11 .1)years old.The interval time from taking Co-SMZ to hypersensitivity was (14.0±7.6)d.There were differences in the counts of CD4 + T cell and NK cell between patients with hypersensitivity and without hypersensitivity (both P <0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that NK cell was a risk factor for inducing hypersensitivity (OR=1 .010,95 %CI :1 .005 -1 .017, P =0.001).The area under of receiver operating characteristic curve predicting hypersensitivity induced by Co-SMZ was 0.748 (95 %CI :0.647-0.850,Z =4.701 ,P =0.001).The best predictor was 109.80/μL with sensitivity of 63.2% and specificity of 84.7%.Conclusion In patients with HIV infection,NK cell might be associated with hypersensitivity induced by Co-SMZ.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Chinese Guqin music intervention for primary insomnia' s patients.Methods Sixty cases of primary insomnia syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups.For a total of 8 weeks,a daily intervention of bedtime listening to Guqin music for 30 minutes was applied to 30 patients in the experimental group,while the control group simply rested without any intervention.Psycho-physiological indicators were recorded in the 0th,4th and 8th week.The AIS and SCL-90 were used to assess the patients in the 0th,2nd,4th,and 8th week.Results After four-week intervention,the (VLFper) of HRV had more decrease in the Guqin group than in the control group (P＜0.05).The Guqin group had significantly lower AIS scores,AIS total (8.00±3.90)than the control group.AIS total was (10.30±5.10),after four-week intervention (P＜0.05).Besides,the AIS scores of the Guqin group AIS total (6.40 ± 4.50) were also significantly lowered than the control group [AIS total(9.80± 5.00)after eight-week intervention (P ＜ 0.05)].Meanwhile,after eight-week intervention,the decrease of “obsessive-compulsive symptoms” in SCL-90 had significant difference between the Guqin group (-0.40± 0.50) and the control group (-0.10±0.30,P＜0.05).Besides the significant difference between the Guqin group(-0.10±0.30) and the control group(0.10±0.30)also showed in the decrease of “phobic anxiety” in SCL-90 (P＜0.05).Conclusion Guqin music can relieve psycho-physiological symptoms for patients of insomnia.It is an effective intervention for the creation of “Mind-Body” harmony; it facilitates psychological rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and the improvement of sleep quality in applying Hypnotic Suggestion with combination of traditional Chinese culture,Guqin music,for patients with primary insomnia in Hong Kong area.Methods According to the characteristics of speaking language in Hong Kong,Cantonese Hypnotic Suggestion combined with Guqin background music was induced to the patients as the psychological treatment.87 cases of compliance (DSM-Ⅳ) diagnostic criteria for primary insomnia and screened successfully into 3 groups to enter an 8-week intervention in random.Therapeutic effects were assessed on the 0th,4th and 8th at clinics to evaluate efficacy and safety.Patients were assigned in random into the hypnotic suggestion group,the hypnotic suggestion with Guqin music group and the control group for listening of intervention respectively.Athens insomnia scale (AIS),Self-reporting Inventory (SCL-90) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) were used as the therapeutic indexes.Safety evaluation included change in vital signs,and medical examination before and after treatment.Results Hypnotic suggestion group had lower AIS scores,AIS total (8.70± 4.50),(7.20± 4.40) and the hypnotic suggestion with Guqin music group had lower AIS scores,AIS total (7.30±3.30),(6.80±2.60) were also significantly lowered than the c ontrol group [AIS total (10.30±5.10),(9.80± 5.00) after four-week and eight-week intervention (P＜ 0.05).The hypnotic suggestion group,indicated a decline in terror of SCL-90 scores,SCL-90 total (-0.20±0.60),(0.00±0.60) and the hypnotic suggestion with Guqin music group also indicated a decline in terror of SCL-90 scores,SCL-90 total (-0.20±0.50),(-0.20±0.50) when comparing to the control group,SCL-90 total (0.00±0.20),(0.10±0.30).After four-week and eight-week intervention (P＜0.05).Percentage Very Low Frequency (VLFper),Percentage High Frequency (HFper) and LF/HF indicated an improvement on average (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hypnotic suggestion and combination of hypnotic suggestion with Guqin music in the treatment of primary insomnia,both improve the patient's symptoms such as insomnia and alleviate their terrorpsychological disorders,and can help some insomnia to stop using sleeping pills.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effect of polysaccharides from Sargassum fusiforme on the HepG 2 cells. Methods Six kinds of polysaccharides were prepared by hot water extracting, ethanol and CaCl 2 precipitating and acid hydrolyzing. Inhibition rate of these polysaccharides on the HepG 2 cells were determined by MTT bioassay. Results Inhibition rate of two kinds of polysaccharides increased at lower concentration. Inhibition ratie of other polysaccharides increased with the increment of concentration. At the dose less than 2000mg?L -1,inhibition rate was not more than 40%. Conclusion All polysaccharide specimens obtained from Sargassum fusiforme have some inhibitory effects on human liver cancer cells HepG 2.
