Objective:This study explores the relationship between emotional dysregulation, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) symptoms using network models.Method:A total of 967 children with ADHD comorbid ODD were recruited from the outpatient department of Peking University Sixth Hospital from September 2002 to June 2022. All subjects were rated for the ADHD symptom severity using the ADHD symptom rating scale. ODD symptoms and emotional dysregulation symptoms were assessed by the Children′s Clinical Diagnostic Interview Scale, and the Conners′ Parent Symptom Questionnaire. R (version 4.2.1) packages mgm, qgraph, bnlearn, etc. were used for network analysis, and centrality indices were calculated to define central symptoms and bridge symptoms. Results:The relationship between emotional dysregulation and ODD symptoms was closer. ODD symptoms had higher strength indices, especially the items "gets annoyed or irritated by the behavior of adults"(strength=3.57) and "loses temper or gets angry with adults when does not get his or her own way"(strength=2.32). Emotional dysregulation symptoms had a higher bridge strength indices, with "temper outbursts, explosive and unpredictable behavior" (bridge strength=2.64) as the most prominent item. Bayesian network analysis showed that ADHD symptoms were at the upper of DAG, directly linked with emotional dysregulation symptoms and indirectly linked with ODD symptoms through emotional dysregulation symptoms.Conclusion:Emotional dysregulation symptoms were more closely associated with ODD symptoms than ADHD symptoms, and might potentially acted as bridge symptoms between ADHD and ODD. ADHD symptoms might drive ODD symptoms indirectly through emotional dysregulation symptoms.

Objective To explore the design and clinical application of the bedsheet with postural markers during gastroscopy.Methods A total of 100 outpatients who underwent gastroscopy for the first time in Digestive Endoscopy Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from November to December 2021 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling coin method.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=54)and control group(n=46).The bedsheets with postural markers were used in the experimental group,and ordinary disposable sheets were used in the control group during gastroscopy.One-time success rate of postural placement,time from guidance to completion of postural placement,and patient satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The time from guidance to completion of postural placement in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group([7.07±2.44]vs[18.36±5.12]),and the one-time success rate of postural placement(96.30% vs 13.04% )and patient satisfaction([95.76±4.32]vs[68.46±7.59])in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical application of bedsheets with postural markers during gastroscopy can significantly increase the efficiency of postural placement,shorten the guidance time before operation,maximize the utilization rate of examination beds,and improve patient satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid function and brain volume in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 64 AD patients(AD group)and 36 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI group)admitted in our department from January 2020 to March 2022 were enrolled in this study.Another 19 healthy individuals who had no cogni-tive impairment or psychiatric disorders were enrolled and served as normal control group.Their levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were detected by electrochemical luminescence assay.Results FT3 level was significantly decreased in the MCI group and AD group than the normal control group[2.50(2.28,2.60)ng/L and 2.07(1.97,2.30)ng/L vs 2.76(2.55,2.93)ng/L,P＜0.05],and the decrease in the AD group was more obvious than that in the MCI group.The volumes of the midbrain,pons,medulla oblon-gata,hippocampus,amygdala and temporal lobe were significantly smaller in the AD group than the MCI group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate linear regres-sion analysis showed that in the AD patients,FT3 and FT4 levels were positively while TSH level was negatively correlated with the volumes of both right and left hippocampus and amygdala(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),and TSH level was also negatively correlated with the left temporal lobe volume(P＜0.05).Conclusion Thyroid dysfunction is associated with reduced brain volume in AD patietns,and may contribute to the progression of AD cognitive dysfunction and brain atrophy.

To solve the dilemma of personal health information protection, it is necessary to improve the corresponding legal mechanism, strengthen the classification of health information, standardize the behavior of health information collection and use, enhance the technical support of personal health information protection, build a system combining law and technology, and protect the security of personal health information.

Objective:To explore the mediating role of illness perception in the relationship between fear of disease progression and sleep quality in patients with ovarian cancer during chemotherapy, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving sleep quality in patients with ovarian cancer during chemotherapy.Methods:From January to August 2022, 300 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy in Shandong First Medical University Affiliated Provincial Hospital, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, Shandong Cancer Hospital were included by convenient sampling. A cross-sectional questionnaire survey included the Chinese version of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire Short Form for cancer patients, the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Bivariate factor analysis, Spearman correlation analysis, and the Bootstrap confidence interval evaluation method were used.Results:A total of 287 valid questionnaires were collected. The scores of fear disease progression, illness perception, and sleep quality were 30.00 (22.00, 36.00), 37.00 (32.00, 44.00), and 6.00 (3.00, 11.00), respectively. Sleep quality was positively correlated with fear disease progression ( r=0.250, P<0.001) and illness perception ( r=0.326, P<0.001). Illness perception played a partial mediating role in the relationship between fear of disease progression and sleep quality, accounting for 41.4% of the total effect. Conclusions:Ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy reported poor sleep quality. In clinical practice, health care providers including nurses can take interventions aimed at reducing fear of disease and improving illness perception level to improve the sleep quality of ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy.

OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC characteristic chro matogram of Jianpi yifei biyan prescription standard decoction ， to select the quality control index components and determine their contents. METHODS HPLC method combined with Similarity Evaluation System of TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint （2004 edition）were used to establish the characteristic chromatogram of 10 batches of Jianpi yifei biyan prescription standard decoction ；the similarity evaluation and common peaks identification were also carried out. Using common peak area of characteristic chromatogram as variables ，SPSS 26.0 software and SIMCA 14.1 software were used to perfor m cluster analysis （CA），principal component analysis （PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis （OPLS-DA）；differential components with variable important i n pro jection（VIP）value greater than 1.5 were screened；the contents of cimifugin and differential components were determined by the same method. RESULTS A total of 24 common characteristic peaks were identified ， and the similarities of 10 batches of samples were higher than 0.960；eight characteristic peaks were identified by comparison with reference substance. CA and PCA results revealed that the samples were classified into 3 categories.OPLS-DA analysis showed that 3 components with VIP value greater than 1.5， which were prim-O-glucosylcimifugin （peak 2），calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （peak 4） and 5-O-methylvisammioside （peak 6） in descending order. The linear ranges of prim- O- glucosylcimifugin，calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside，cimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside were 0.010 7-0.213 0，0.007 8- 0.156 0，0.008 0-0.160 0，0.009 8-0.195 0 μg（r＞0.999），respectively. RSD values of precision ，repeatability and stability tests （24 h） were all less than 2％. Average recoveries were 105.98％（RSD＝1.75％，n＝6），98.06％（RSD＝3.87％，n＝6），96.38％（RSD＝ 4.03％ ，n＝6） and 104.17％（RSD＝1.27％ ，n＝6）. The contents of the above 4 components in 10 batches of samples were 12.12-18.87，3.86-6.40，3.10-4.27 and 11.17-15.79 μ g/mL，respectively. CONCLUSIONS The established HPLC characteristic chromatographic method is stable and feasible ，it can be used for the quality control of Jianpi yifei biyan prescription standard decoction. Prim- O-glucosylcimifugin，calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside，cimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside can be used as the index components for quality control of the standard decoction.

Multiple plant lineages have independently evolved sex chromosomes and variable kary-otypes to maintain their sessile lifestyles through constant biological innovation.Morus notabilis,a dioecious mulberry species,has the fewest chromosomes among Morus spp.,but the genetic basis of sex determination and karyotype evolution in this species has not been identified.In this study,three high-quality genome assemblies were generated for Morus spp.[including dioecious M.notabilis(male and female)and Morus yunnanensis(female)]with genome sizes of 301-329 Mb and were grouped into six pseudochromosomes.Using a combination of genomic approaches,we found that the putative ancestral karyotype of Morus species was close to 14 protochromosomes,and that sev-eral chromosome fusion events resulted in descending dysploidy(2n=2x=12).We also charac-terized a～6.2-Mb sex-determining region on chromosome 3.Four potential male-specific genes,a partially duplicated DNA helicase gene(named MSDH)and three Ty3_Gypsy long terminal repeat retrotransposons(named MSTG1/2/3),were identified in the Y-linked area and considered to be strong candidate genes for sex determination or differentiation.Population genomic analysis showed that Guangdong accessions in China were genetically similar to Japanese accessions of mul-berry.In addition,genomic areas containing selective sweeps that distinguish domesticated mul-berry from wild populations in terms of flowering and disease resistance were identified.Our study provides an important genetic resource for sex identification research and molecular breeding in mulberry.

Objective: To analyze changes in sensitivity of clinical strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) to 9 kinds of common antibiotics from 2017 to 2018. Methods: The results of drug sensitivity testing of clinical Uu strains, which were isolated from 19 431 patients in Laboratory of Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) , Department of Dermatology and Venereology, The Third Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University from 2007 to 2018, were analyzed retrospectively. Of the 19 431 patients, 6 076 were males, and 13 355 were females. Their age ranged from 15 to 68 years. The tested antibiotics included minocycline, doxycycline, erythromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin, roxithromycin, ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin and levofloxacin. Results: Resistance rates of clinical Uu strains to minocycline and doxycycline gradually decreased from 10.08% and 10.42% in 2007 to 1.15% and 2.61% in 2018, respectively, while sensitivity rates to minocycline and doxycycline gradually increased from 85.88% and 87.56% in 2007 to 97.02% and 96.42% in 2018, respectively. The resistance rate and sensitivity rate of clinical Uu strains to erythromycin fluctuated greatly during 2014—2017, with the resistance rate fluctuating around 20%, and the sensitivity rate fluctuating around 50%. The resistance rate of clinical Uu strains to azithromycin dropped rapidly from 42.02% in 2007 to 8.39% in 2011, and then fluctuated slightly around 10%. However, the sensitivity rate to azithromycin increased from 8.40% in 2007 to 86.05% in2011, and remained above 80% from then on to 2018. During 2007—2018, Uu strains showed low resistance rates (10%-20%) and high sensitivity rates to clarithromycin (80%-90%) , and the resistance and sensitivity rates to roxithromycin were similar to those to erythromycin. Uu strains showed constantly high resistance to ciprofloxacin (more than 80% after 2013) and low sensitivity (persistently less than 10%) . The sensitivity rate of clinical Uu strains to sparfloxacin fluctuated around 40%, while the resistance rate was maintained below 10% after 2011. The resistance and sensitivity rates of Uu strains to levofloxacin were similar to sparfloxacin, but the sensitivity rate to levofloxacin was relatively lower, which had been maintained at about 30%. Conclusion From 2007 to 2018, clinical Uu strains maintained a relatively stable low resistance rate and a high sensitivity rate to minocycline, doxycycline and clarithromycin, a high resistance rate and low sensitivity rate to ciprofloxacin, and a low resistance rate and sensitivity rate to sparfloxacin and levofloxacin; a relatively stable low resistance rate and a high sensitivity rate to azithromycin were achieved only after 2011; the resistance rate and sensitivity rate to erythromycin and roxithromycin fluctuated greatly.

Objective: To evaluate the effects on the apical sealing ability of iRoot SP used for straight root canals. Methods: 73 extracted human teeth with straight roots were randomly assigned to 8 groups. The root canals in groups A3 was obturated with single gutta-percha cone. The others were obturated with thermoplasticized gutta-percha cones. The canals were filled with AH Plus (group A1 and B1), iRoot SP (group A2, A3 and B2) and ZOE (group A4) . The post space was prepared either immediately after obturation (A1-A4) or 7 days later group (B1 and B2) . The extent of dye penetration was measured by transparent dental technology. Results:There were no significant differences among A1-A3 groups, between group A1 and B1, A2 and B2, P＞ 0. 05. The dye penetration extent of group A4 and C was greater than that of group A2 (P ＜ 0. 05) . Conclusion: iRoot SP and AH Plus have same performance on root canal seal. There was no significant difference between iRoot SP + thermoplasticized gutta-percha and iRoot SP + single gutta-percha cone for apical sealing.
