OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in reducing inflammation of abscess from the perspective of lncRNA NEAT1. METHODS C57BL/6 mice were divided into blank group, model group, Huanglian Jiedu decoction group and control group. After the intervention, the tissue were separated and collected under anesthesia. Animal experiment: the wound tissue of each group was observed by morphology. Real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to detect lncRNA NEAT1, miR-146a-5p gene level changes and RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1, α-SMA, Collagen Ⅲ protein expression respectively. Cell experiments: Real-time PCR was used to detect the changes of lncRNA NEAT1 and miR-146a-5p gene levels. The effect of flow cytometry on apoptosis rate was detected. Fluorescence intensity was measured by FISH. The expression of related proteins was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS Compared with model and control group, the wound was repaired well and the inflammatory cell infiltration in the wound of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction group was reduced. Compared with the model and control group, the level of lncRNA NEAT1 and protein expressions of RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1 in the Huanglian Jiedu decoction group were significantly reduced, while the gene level of miR-146a-5p and the protein expressions of α-SMA and Collagen III were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with LPS+Lenti-control group, lncRNA NEAT1 gene level in LPS+Lenti-sh-NEAT1 group was significantly decreased, while miR-146a-5p gene level was increased(P<0.05). Flow cytometry showed that Huanglian Jiedu decoction could reduce the apoptosis rate and fluorescence intensity of lncRNA NEAT1(P<0.05). Compared with the blank group, the protein expressions of RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1 in LPS group were significantly increased, while the protein expressions of α-SMA and Collagen III were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After sh-NEAT1 treatment, The regulatory effects of Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the expression of above molecule were reduced(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Huanglian Jiedu decoction can alleviate the inflammatory state of mouse abscess wound through lncRNA NEAT1, which is closely related to the regulation of miR-146a, RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1, α-SMA and Collagen III expression.

Objective To develop and validate a nomogram model for predicting the risk of kinesiophobia in patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 164 lung cancer patients who underwent surgery in a Grade ⅢA hospital in Xiamen were recruited from October 2022 to May 2023 in this study.Logistic regression was conducted to identify independent risk factors of kinesiophobia in patients who recieved lung cancer surgery.A Nomogram model was developed using R software for predicting the risk of kinesiophobia.The predictive performance of the model was assessed by calculating the receiver-operating-characteristics curve(ROC)and the area under curve(AUC).Results The incidence of postoperative kinesiophobia in lung cancer patients was at 44.51％.Logistic regression analysis showed that pain and fatigue were the risk factors for the occurrence of postoperative kinesiophobia in the patients(P<0.05)and self-efficacy was a protective factor(P<0.05).Validation of the Nomogram model showed that the ROC curve indicated an AUC of 0.888(95％CI 0.836-0.940)for predicting kenesiophobia in patients after lung cancer surgery and the calibration curve presented as a line with a slope close to 1.The Hosmer-Lemeshow goodnee-of-fit test showed that the model could accurately predict the risk of postoperative kinesiophobia in lung cancer patients(χ 2=1.931,P=0.983).Conclusion Self-efficacy,pain and fatigue are the influencing factors for the occurrence of postoperative kinesiophobia in the patients who received lung cancer surgery.The nomogram prediction model has good accuracy and discrimination,and it may assist the healthcare professionals to predict the occurrence of postoperative kinesiophobia in the patients after lung cancer surgery and take pertinent measures to minimise the incidence.

Objective To explore the effect of a mobile health intervention model based on self-determination theory on subthreshold depression in breast cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling method,74 patients with breast cancer subthreshold depression who received chemotherapy in the breast department of a tertiary hospital in Guangxi from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission time,the patients admitted from February 2022 to August 2022 were taken as an experimental group,and the patients admitted from July 2021 to January 2022 were taken as a control group,with 37 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the experimental group implemented a mobile health intervention model based on self-determination theory.The control group received routine nursing,with every 21 days for 1 cycle and a total of 4 cycles of intervention.Before and after the intervention,the Centre for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD-17),Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale(BPNS)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results 34 patients in the experimental group and 36 patients in the control group completed the study.After intervention,the CES-D score and HAMD-17 score of the 2 groups were lower than those before intervention(P＜0.05);the CES-D score and HAMD-17 score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.748,P＜0.001;t=8.150,P＜0.001).The BPNS scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the BPNS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-6.534,P＜0.001).The scores of FACT-B in the 2 groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of FACT-B in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=-4.579,P＜0.001).Conclusion The mobile health intervention model based on self-determination theory can improve the subthreshold depression,self-determination and quality of life of breast cancer patients.

Objective:To conduct a scoping review of the application of mobile health applications (MHA) in the care of patients with colorectal cancer, summarizing the development process, the functions achieved, as well as the evaluation metrics, to provide references for MHA practice and related research.Methods:Following the scoping review framework, a comprehensive search was conducted across both domestic and international databases, including the China Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, and Scopus. The search period was from the database inception to February, 2024.Results:A total of 16 studies were included. The development of MHA involved multiple methods including literature reviews, qualitative interviews, consultations with multidisciplinary teams, and guidance from theoretical models. The functions of MHA include health education, peer support, guided feedback, monitoring, and reminder features. Evaluation metrics for MHA comprise usability, adherence, and effectiveness.Conclusions:MHA has demonstrated positive effects in enhancing patients' knowledge and alleviating symptoms such as fatigue and vomiting in colorectal cancer patients. However, it is still in its early stages, and further high-quality studies are needed to scientifically develop MHA that meets patients' needs.

Objective:To explore the risk factors analysis and validation of anemia after triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and risk prediction model, to provide reference for reducing the incidence of anemia after TNBC-NAC.Methods:Retrospectively, 316 female TNBC-NAC patients in the breast department of our hospital from January 2016 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects (modeling set), and the condition of anemia after the last chemotherapy was set as the observation group. In addition, 98 breast cancer patients in 2022 were selected for validation. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of Fukangning capsule on TNBC-NAC anemia. We established the risk nomogram prediction model and calibration curve of anemia after chemotherapy by using R software and conducted internal and external verification. Hosmer-Lemeshow test was used to evaluate the prediction deviation between the risk prediction value of the nomogram model and the actual observed value, and the ROC curve was used to evaluate the prediction effect of the model.Results:A total of 75 (23.73%) among 316 patients developed anemia. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that menopause [ OR (95% CI)=26.739 (5.063-141.227)], RBC [ OR (95% CI)=0.168 (0.098-0.286)], Hb level [ OR (95% CI)=0.952 (0.929-0.976)], and pathological stage Ⅲ[ OR (95% CI)=4.182 (1.759-9.946)] were independent risk factors for anemia after TNBC-NAC ( P<0.05). The nomogram prediction model established based on the above factors. Hosmer-Lemeshow test results showed that the difference between the risk prediction value and the actual observed value is ( χ2=3.68, P=0.885). The correction curve approaches to the ideal curve and the average absolute error was 0.012. The area under the ROC curve was 0.945, 95% CI was 0.918-0.972, sensitivity was 0.921 and specificity was 0.853, suggesting that the model has good differentiation and calibration degree. The external validation results showed that the nomogram predicted anemia with sensitivity of 88.7%, spectificity of 85.45% and accuracy of 86.73%. Conclusion:Menopausal status, RBC, Hb level before chemotherapy and pathological stage are independent risk factors for anemia after taking TNBC-NAC. The nomogram prediction model based on the above indicators had good discrimination and calibration, and accurately predicted the possibility of anemia after TNBC-NAC.

Objective To investigate the HIV-1 genotype and distribution of newly diagnosed HIV-1 cases in Fujian Province in 2020, so as to provide insights into formulation of the precise AIDS control strategy in the province. Methods Newly diagnosed HIV-1 cases without antiretroviral therapy (excluding AIDS patients) were randomly sampled from each city of Fujian Province in 2020 at a proportion of 50% of the mean number of HIV-infected cases reported across 9 cities of Fujian Province during the past three years. Subjects’ demographic and epidemiological data were collected and blood samples were collected. The HIV-1 pol gene was amplified using nested reverse-transcription PCR assay, and the gene sequences were used for HIV-1 genotyping and phylogenetic analysis. The gene sequences were uploaded to the HIV Drug Resistance Database (http://hivdb.stanford.edu) for genotypic drug resistance assays, and the scores and level of HIV drug resistance were estimated using the HIVDB Algorithm version 9.5. Results A total of 1 043 newly diagnosed HIV-1 cases were reported in Fujian Province in 2020, and 936 gene sequences were successfully obtained following sequencing of blood samples. There were 9 HIV-1 genotypes characterized in blood samples from 936 newly diagnosed HIV-1 cases, with CRF07_BC (52.1%) and CRF01_AE (30.4%) as predominant subtypes, followed by CRF08_BC (4.9%), CRF55_01B (3.0%), subtype C (2.5%), subtype B (2.1%), CRF85_BC (1.7%), CRF59_01B (0.3%) and CRF65_CPX (0.1%), and unidentified subtypes were found in 26 blood samples. HIV-1 drug resistance was detected in 43 out of the 936 newly diagnosed HIV-1 cases, with 4.6% prevalence of HIV-1 drug resistance prior to therapy, and the highest drug resistance was found in the HIV CRF59_01B subtype, followed by in CRF08_BC, B, C, CRF01_AE, CRF07_BC and other subtypes, with a significant difference in the genotype-specific prevalence of HIV-1 drug resistance (χ² = 45.002, P < 0.05). Conclusions There was a HIV-1 genotype diversity in Fujian Province in 2020, and emerging recombinant and drug-resistant HIV-1 strains were detected and spread across patients and regions. Monitoring of HIV-1 genotypes is recommended to be reinforced for timely understanding of the transmission and spread of novel recombinant and drug-resistant HIV-1 strains.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of five elements health exercise on improving the ability of daily living and cognitive function in elderly inpatients with schizophrenia. MethodsA total of 80 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 and met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） were enrolled in this study， and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received routine drug treatment， psychiatric nursing care and rehabilitation treatment， and the study group received five elements health exercise on this basis. The ability of daily living and cognitive function of patients were assessed using Barthel Index （BI） and Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） before intervention， 6 months and 1 year after intervention. Additionally， the Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） was adopted to evaluate the changes of patients' behavior and condition before and after 1-year intervention. ResultsAt 6 months and 1 year of intervention， study group scored higher on BI （F=2.876， 3.240， P<0.05 or 0.01） and MMSE （F=4.742， 7.902， P<0.01） than control group， with statistically significant differences. After 1 year of intervention， the scores of each factor and total score of NOSIE in the study group were higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （t=0.173~2.463， P<0.05）. ConclusionOn the basis of routine drug therapy and routine nursing care， the implementation of five elements health exercise may improve the ability of daily living and cognitive function of elderly inpatients with schizophrenia.

This article describes the concept, theoretical basis, commonly used evaluation indicators of the intimacy enhancement therapy, as well as the application status and effects of the therapy among different cancer patients and their spouses, so as to provide a reference for the development of intimacy enhancement therapy suitable for Chinese culture and improve the quality of family life of cancer patients.
