Objective To compare the oncologic safety, surgical efficacy, and aesthetic outcomes between conventional breast-conserving surgery and axillary single-port incision insufflation endoscopic breast-conserving surgery with mini-latissimus dorsi surgery in early breast cancer patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from 62 female patients with early breast cancer was performed. Patients were divided into two groups on the basis of surgical method: the conventional group (37 cases) and the endoscopic group (25 cases).The clinical baseline data, surgical results, and postoperative effects of the two groups were compared. Results According to the clinical baseline data, the endoscopic group had a greater maximum tumor diameter and a greater tumor-to-breast volume ratio due to expanded indications for breast-conserving surgery (P<0.001), whereas the other data revealed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with those in the conventional group, the total incision length in the endoscopic group was shorter [3.40(3.15, 3.60) cm vs. 7.30 (6.50, 7.60) cm, P<0.001], the postoperative drainage volume was lower (206.20±35.11 ml vs. 223.95±26.17 ml, P=0.026), but the operative time was longer (254.92±22.67 min vs. 146.78±13.01 min, P<0.001). The incision margin positive rate was 0% (0/25) in the endoscopic group, which was significantly lower than the 10.8% (4/37) in the conventional group (P=0.141). The endoscopic group had a lower incidence of complications (4% vs. 27%, P=0.047) and superior JBCS aesthetic scores at the 6-month follow-up (76% vs. 43.2%, P=0.006). Conclusion Axillary single-port incision insufflation endoscopic breast-conserving surgery with mini-latissimus dorsi surgery is not inferior to conventional procedures in terms of oncologic safety (margin-negative rate) and offers advantages in terms of scar concealment, fewer complications, and better aesthetic outcomes, especially suitable for early breast cancer patients with small-to-medium breast volumes, tumors located in the outer quadrants and mastectomy ratios of >20%.

【Objective】 To evaluate the therapeutic effect of probiotics on core symptoms in patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment and intervention of ASD. 【Method】 Articles published from January 2000 to May 2023 on the effect of probiotics on core symptoms in ASD children were retrieved from 7 databases, including Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP Citation Database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.Effect size, combine heterogeneity test sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis were calculated. 【Result】 Totally 10 studies with 343 patients were included in this Meta-analysis.Meta-analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in ASD core symptom score between the intervention group and the control group (SMD=-0.34, 95%CI: -0.55 - -0.12, P<0.05).Subgroup analysis showed that the efficacy of the trial conducted in Asian populations was not significant (SMD=-0.32, 95%CI: -0.63 - 0.00, P=0.05).In Caucasian populations, the therapeutic effect was significant (SMD=-0.35, 95%CI: -0.65 - -0.06, P<0.05).Grouped by age, it was found that the efficacy was not significant in trials involving adults (SMD=-0.12, 95%CI: - 0.57 - 0.33, P=0.61), but significant in trials involving only minors (SMD=-0.40, 95%CI: -0.65 - -0.16, P<0.05).According to the treatment course grouping, the intervention for less than 3 months (SMD=-0.35, 95%CI: -0.66 - -0.03, P<0.05) and more than 3 months (SMD=-0.33, 95%CI: -0.62 - -0.03, P<0.05) showed significant therapeutic efficacy.Grouped by bacterial strains, the efficacy of a single microbial community was not significant (SMD=-0.16, 95%CI: -0.46 - 0.15, P>0.05), while the efficacy of a composite microbial community was significant (SMD=-0.51, 95%CI: -0.81 - -0.21, P<0.05). 【Conclusions】 Probiotic therapy is effective in improving the core symptoms of ASD patients, but is influenced by factors such as race, age and probiotic strain. Composite microbiota has better efficacy in Caucasian and underage populations.

A total of 146 FNPS, 124 patients with chronic schizophrenia (PCS) and 101 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited. Stereoscopic vision was evaluated by Titumus stereotests. Their clinical symptoms were assessed by positive and negative syndrome scale. Cognitive function was assessed by the repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status (RBANS). The differences in stereoscopic vision and cognitive function among the three groups were analyzed by analysis of covariance. The Spearman correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to identify the correlation between stereoscopic vision and clinical symptoms or cognitive function.Results:(1) There were significant differences in stereoscopic vision and cognitive function among the three groups ( P<0.05). After pairwise comparison, it was found that the stereoscopic vision and cognitive functions of FNPS group and PCS group were significantly different from HCs group. However, there were no significant differences in stereoscopic vision and cognitive function between FNPS and PCS groups. (2) Spearman correlation analysis showed that stereoscopic vision was not correlated with the severity of clinical symptoms in FNPS, but it was correlated with visuospatial score ( r=-0.193, P=0.019), language score ( r=-0.261, P=0.001), attention score ( r=-0.168, P=0.042), and RBANS total scores ( r=-0.236, P=0.004). Moreover, there was no correlation of stereoscopic vision with the severity of clinical symptoms or cognitive function in HCs and PCS. Further multiple linear regression showed the significant effect of stereoscopic vision on visuospatial score ( β=-0.213, P=0.011), language score ( β=-0.252, P=0.003), attention score ( β=-0.189, P=0.019), RBANS total score ( β=-0.235, P=0.003) in FNPS. Conclusions:FNPS and PCS show significant impairments in stereoscopic vision and cognitive function. Stereoscopic vision is closely correlated with cognitive function rather than the severity of clinical symptoms in FNPS.
