Objective:To translate the Maastricht Clinical Teaching Questionnaire (MCTQ) into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity in standardized training of residents. Methods:The Chinese version of MCTQ was obtained according to the Brislin translation model, including translation, back-translation, and cross-cultural debugging. A convenient sampling survey was carried out among the trainees in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University in June 2022 by using an online survey tool. A total of 562 valid questionnaires were collected. Data from valid survey questionnaires were subjected to item analysis (critical ratio method), reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability), structural validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis), and discriminant validity analysis using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 software. Results:The Chinese version of MCTQ scale consisted of 24 items, which was consistent with the original scale. Four common factors were extracted with a cumulative variance contribution of 79.96%. The four-factor model demonstrated high goodness of fit. The χ2/d f, RMR, RMSEA, GFI, AGFI, NFI, and CFI were 3.491, 0.008, 0.067, 0.886, 0.861, 0.947, and 0.962, respectively. Both Cronbach's α and composite reliability exceeded 0.7, indicating high internal consistency and reliability. The correlation coefficients between the four factors ranged from 0.265 to 0.307, all of which were smaller than the corresponding square roots of average variance extracted, demonstrating high structural and discriminant validity. Conclusions:The Chinese version of MCTQ is valid and reliable in the Chinese context and can serve as a useful tool to evaluate the performance of clinical teachers during standardized residency training.

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma concentration of B type natri uretic peptide (BNP) and the severity and prognosis of patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods Review of 86 cases of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage analysis in our hospital Department of Emergency/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ED/S1CU) were admitted within 6 hours of admission to collect blood samples, head CT,biochemical index,Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score and other clinical data, and detected within 6 hours after admission, the admission of third days and 7 days of plasma BNP concentration. The blood volume of cerebral hemorrhage was computed. The GCS was used to evaluate nerve function after admission. The survival of 28 days was observed. Results The concentration of BNP detected at 3 time points increased with the increase of the amount of bleeding in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and increased with the decrease of GCS score at admission (P <0.01).The BNP concentration was mild higher in the small amount of bleeding group than that of the control group (P =0.094),while that of the other two groups were significantly higher (P < 0.01).Concentration of BNP detected within 6 hours of admission was positively correlated with cerebral hemorrhage (r =0.551).The a mount of BNP in the 6 hours after admission of the GCS > 8 group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05),and the GCS ≤ 8 group was significantly higher than that of the control group and GCS > 8 group (P < 0.01).The BNP concentration was negatively correlated with GCS score at admission (r =-0.532).The 28-day mortality was predicted by BNP > 168 pg/ml for 6 hours,AUC was 0.814,the sensitivity was 75.0% and the specificity was 81.4%.Conclusions The concentration of BNP in patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage increased with the increase amount of bleeding and the decrease of GCS score at admission. The concentration of BNP in the 6 hours after admission was correlated with the severity and the prognosis of the disease, which can be used as the important reference indicators for evaluating severity and prognostic prediction.

Objective To investigate the change of Gadd45?/? in HepG2 cells after UV radiation. Methods HepG2 cells were cultured in vitro followed by radiation with UV (254nm,10 J/m2)and harvested at 1,2,4 h respectively. The induction of Gadd45?/? mRNA by UV was analyzed using RT-PCR,and the induction of Gadd45?/? protein was determined by Western blot assay at the given interval simultaneously. Results The peak values of Gadd45?/? mRNA appeared at 4 h and 1h after induction respectively, while the both of the peak value of Gadd45?/? protein were found at 1h after UV radiation. Conclusion Gadd45?/? could be rapidly induced by UV radiation in HepG2 cells.

Objective To investigate the expression of Gadd45beta protein in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Gadd45beta in both hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-neoplastic liver tissues form 50 cases. Results The positive rates of Gadd45beta expression in the hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-neoplastic liver tissues were 26.0%(13/50) and 82.0%(41/50) respectively. There were significant difference for the positive rate between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Low expression of Gadd45beta protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was exhibited, which may be related to hepatocarcinogenesis as well as biological behaviors and prognosis of HCC.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the possible roles of MT1M gene on the cell cycle and signaling pathway of Hep-G2.
METHODSHep-G2 human hepatoma cells made by transfection with expressible MT1M gene, and the cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry, and the signaling pathway was measured by dual luciferase assay in Hep-G2 cells.
RESULTSMT1M gene was able to induce changes of the cell cycle and the activation of NF-kappaB pathway in Hep-G2 cells.
CONCLUSIONMT1M gene may affect the cell cycle in Hep-G2 and activate the NF-kappaB-dependent transcription.
