1.Investigation of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and subthreshold states among children in Chongqing

BackgroundAttention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by age-inappropriate inattention, excessive activities incongruous with setting, and emotional impulsivity. Subthreshold ADHD (sADHD) is clinically defined as the presence of ADHD symptoms that do not meet the full diagnostic criteria for ADHD. Children with sADHD exhibit deficits in executive function, demonstrate more conduct, learning, and anxiety-related problems compared to typically developing children, and show even poorer working memory performance than children diagnosed with ADHD. Currently, there is limited epidemiological research on sADHD in China, with few studies simultaneously investigating the prevalence of both ADHD and sADHD in children. ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of ADHD and sADHD among children aged 6–13 years in Chongqing, analyzing their distribution characteristics within this population, with the aim of providing references for developing preventive measures against both ADHD and sADHD. MethodsFrom October to November 2023, a total of 3 398 students in grades 1–6 from six primary schools in Jiangbei District, Chongqing were selected using a stratified cluster random sampling method. The occurrence of ADHD and sADHD was evaluated by using the short version (18-item version) of the Swanson, Nolan, and Pelham IV rating scales (SNAP-IV) and the Chinese vision of Schedule for Affective Disorder and Schizophrenia for School-aged Children-Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL). ResultsThe ADHD detection rate among children in Chongqing was 1.90% (95% CI: 0.014–0.024). Boys showed a significantly higher ADHD detection rate than girls (χ2=7.733, P=0.005). No statistically significant differences were found in ADHD detection rates across different grades or age groups (χ2=7.347, 12.362, P>0.05). The sADHD detection rate was 6.32% (95% CI: 0.054–0.072). Similarly, boys exhibited significantly higher sADHD detection rates than girls (χ2=21.005, P<0.01). Significant differences emerged across different grades (χ2=20.559, P=0.001), while no statistically significant difference was observed in age groups (χ2=12.070, P=0.060). ConclusionThe ADHD detection rates were comparable across all grade levels and age groups from 6–13 years old. Second-grade children demonstrated notably higher sADHD rates compared to other grades, while boys demonstrated higher prevalence rates than girls for both ADHD and sADHD. In order to meet the demand of the high-end medical market,some public hospitals have explored the establishment of specialized diagnosis and treatment centers,providing high-end customized medical services at special registration prices.The establishment of the International Medical Center is an effective supplement to public welfare healthcare and an important measure for public hospitals to innovate and enhance themselves under the concept of value based healthcare.It conducts pioneering research and exploration on the cost-benefit accounting of international medical centers in public hospitals,and compares it with the accounting situation of conventional departments.By analyzing and calculating cost-effectiveness,medical indicators,and DRG data,the key points and difficulties of lean operation in international medical centers are explored.Innovative methods and ideas for platform fine accounting are proposed,which have guiding significance for its development direction.
3.Research on Combination of Mitochondrial Oxidative Phosphorylation and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Cardiovascular Diseases

Mitochondria are widely involved in the important pathophysiological processes such as cell apoptosis,metabolism,immune response,and signal transduction,and are the central hub of energy metabolism in most eukaryotic cells.Oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)is a key link in mitochondrial adenosine triphosphate(ATP)production for energy supply.Mitochondria provide potential energy through an electron transport chain,which generates a proton gradient in the mitochondrial inner membrane and reacts with complex ATPase to produce ATP.Ischemia,hypoxia,and other factors can cause mitochondrial damage,imbalance of OXPHOS,leading to myocardial energy deficiency,oxidative stress damage,cell apoptosis,and other important mechanisms in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on improving cardiovascular diseases,and its mechanism may be closely related to regulating mitochondrial OXPHOS and reducing structural and functional damage to myocardial cells.Based on this,the mechanism of mitochondrial OXPHOS in cardiovascular diseases and the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine were systematically reviewed to provide a basis for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of mental health is becoming increasingly extensive and in depth. As digital natives, children and adolescents are experiencing a significant shift in the prevention, identification, and intervention of their mental health issues:transitioning from traditional models to intelligent and digital approaches. At present, the mental health status of children and adolescents in China is not optimistic, with emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety showing a trend toward younger onset. However, the traditional mental health service model faces multiple challenges, including a shortage of professionals, low service accessibility, and difficulties in early identification. The study systematically reviews the current application status of AI technology in the mental health field of children and adolescents, including the latest progress in screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment; deeply analyzes the key challenges currently faced; and proposes suggestions for promoting the deep integration of AI technology and mental health services for children and adolescents, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent, precise, and inclusive development of mental health services.
5.Real-world adverse event profile of trabectedin:A signal mining and spatiotemporal analysis based on FAERS database

Objective To analyze the characteristics of real-world adverse drug events(ADEs)of trabectedin based on the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System(FAERS)database in order to provide references for clinical drug safety management.Methods A total of 1 349 trabectedin-related reports were extracted from the FAERS database from Q1 2007 to Q4 2024.Using the MedDRA coding classification system for system organ class(SOC)and preferred term(PT),signal detection was performed through 4 proportional imbalance methods,including reporting odds ratio(ROR)and proportional reporting ratio(PRR).Subgroup analyses by gender,age,and temporal trends were also conducted.Results Hematological and lymphatic system disorders and hepatobiliary system disorders were the primary SOCs involved.High-frequency PTs included neutropenia(123 cases)and anemia(117 cases).Eight potential ADEs that have not been listed in the drug product instruction were identified.The median onset time of ADEs was 21 d,showing an early failure pattern,with differences observed by gender(females more prone to hematological toxicity)and age(elderly more susceptible to febrile neutropenia).Conclusion Trabectedin requires close attention to hematological toxicity,hepatotoxicity,and newly identified multi-system potential risks.Clinically,monitoring should be strengthened based on time windows and population characteristics to optimize drug regimens.Countermeasure It is recommended to strengthen the full cycle monitoring of anti-tumor drugs,standardize the reporting of adverse reactions,and establish a multi-departmental collaborative research platform.
6.Current status and influencing factors of intrinsic capacity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease based on health ecology model

Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of intrinsic capacity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 306 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who attended Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from March to September 2024 for the study. Influencing factors were screened based on the health ecology model. Elderly patients with Parkinson's disease were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Family APGAR Scale, Social Support Rating Scale, and Intrinsic Capacity Assessment Tool. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the total score and the scores of each dimension of intrinsic capacity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Results:A total of 306 questionnaires were distributed and 301 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 98.37% (301/306). The total intrinsic capacity score of 301 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease was (67.21±11.47), of which 297 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease had impaired intrinsic capacity, and the rate of impaired intrinsic capacity was 98.7% (297/301). The dimensions in descending order of impairment were motor [89.7% (270/301) ], mental [76.1% (229/301) ], sensory [70.4% (212/301) ], vitality [38.2% (115/301) ], and cognitive [25.6% (77/301) ]. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, Hoehn-Yahr staging, levodopa equivalent dosage, activity of daily living, history of falls, regular exercise, psychological resilience, social support, and monthly income were the factors influencing the total intrinsic capacity score of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease ( P<0.05) and heterogeneity of influencing factors in each dimension. Conclusions:Elderly patients with Parkinson's disease have a high rate of impaired intrinsic capacity, with the motor dimension being the most severely impaired. Healthcare professionals should pay attention to the assessment of the intrinsic capacity of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease, and customize interventions according to the influencing factors to promote the functioning of elderly patients so as to reduce the burden of care on families and society.

Plastics are widely used in all areas of human life,providing convenience while also causing serious en-vironmental pollution problems.Microplastic pollution is one of its derivative problems.Microplastics are plastic parti-cles with a diameter of less than 5 mm.They are currently widely present in the environment,so humans are at considera-ble risk of exposure to microplastics.Humans are mainly exposed to microplastics through the respiratory tract,digestive tract and skin.When exposed to a large number of microplastics,some of them will enter the body and be transported throughout the body via the bloodstream,accumulating in multiple tissues and organs.A significant amount of microplas-tics has also been detected in the cardiovascular system.This paper systematically describes human exposure to and dam-age by microplastics,highlighting the distribution and pathological damage of microplastics in the cardiovascular system.The pathological mechanisms of cardiovascular damage caused by microplastics are analyzed,and relevant clinical research progress is followed.This paper aims to evaluate the pathological risk of microplastics from the perspective of cardiovascu-lar damage,and provide a basis for disease prevention and scientific prevention and control of microplastic pollution.
