Objective To analyze the characteristics of real-world adverse drug events(ADEs)of trabectedin based on the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System(FAERS)database in order to provide references for clinical drug safety management. Methods A total of 1 349 trabectedin-related reports were extracted from the FAERS database from Q1 2007 to Q4 2024.Using the MedDRA coding classification system for system organ class(SOC)and preferred term(PT),signal detection was performed through 4 proportional imbalance methods, including reporting odds ratio(ROR)and proportional reporting ratio(PRR).Subgroup analyses by gender, age, and temporal trends were also conducted. Results Hematological and lymphatic system disorders and hepatobiliary system disorders were the primary SOCs involved.High-frequency PTs included neutropenia(123 cases)and anemia(117 cases).Eight potential ADEs that have not been listed in the drug product instruction were identified. The median onset time of ADEs was 21 d,showing an early failure pattern, with differences observed by gender(females more prone to hematological toxicity)and age(elderly more susceptible to febrile neutropenia). Conclusion Trabectedin requires close attention to hematological toxicity, hepatotoxicity, and newly identified multi-system potential risks.Clinically, monitoring should be strengthened based on time windows and population characteristics to optimize drug regimens.Countermeasure It is recommended to strengthen the full cycle monitoring of anti-tumor drugs, standardize the reporting of adverse reactions, and establish a multi-departmental collaborative research platform.

Objective:To understand the present situation of self-acceptance of elderly in nursing home and explore its influencing factors, so as to provide basis for improving self-acceptance level of elderly in nursing home. Methods:Totally 415 elderly people in 3 Medical and nursing homes in Fuyang city of Anhui province were selected by Self-Acceptance Scale, and influencing factors were analyzed. Results:The total score of Self-Acceptance Scale of the elderly in nursing home was (44.11±7.25) points, the score rate was 67.86% (44.11/65), in the middle level; the results of multiple linear stepwise regression showed that the relationship with children, hobbies, number of children, length of stay in nursing home, frequency of visits and age were the main influencing factors ( F value was 48.228, P<0.001). Conclusion:The self-acceptance of the elderly in nursing home is in the middle level. The nursing home or social should pay attention to the higher age group and the newly admitted elderly in nursing home, give such people timely psychological guidance, help them to plan their later life, cultivate their interests and hobbies through recreational activities, and take corresponding measures to harmonize their relationship with their children in order to improve their self-acceptance level and promote mental health.

Objective To learn the current doctor-patient trust in contracted service of family physicians in suburban Beijing, and analyze its influencing factors from residents′ perspectives to propose countermeasures. Methods A total of 197 contracted residents were sampled from 12 community health service centers in 4 out of 10 suburb districts of Beijing, for a questionnaire survey using stratified random sampling method. Items of the questionnaire cover residents′knowledge of the family physicians′ contracted service, their trust of family physicians′ competence, and their trust level of the ethics and the influencing factors. Measurement data were calculated form the mean value, while the count data were subject to proportion analysis, frequency description and rank ordering. Results 175(88.8% )and 156(79.2% )of the contracted residents trust the ethics and competence of their family physicians. Whether the ethics trust exists between doctors and patients was decided by if residents′respect, care, and interests considerations taken into account by the physicians; the factors influencing the competence trust of the residents were the age, education of the residents, and whether the physicians display respect, care. Conclusions Upgrading the medical competence and ethical conduct is conducive to the establishment of doctor-patient trust. In the establishment of the family physicians contracted service, it is necessary to improve acceptance of the contracted residents. At the same time, medical ethics issues such as respect for care, privacy protection, and maximum interests of the residents in the process of medical treatment deserve further attention.
