Objective:To summarized the clinical characteristics and surgical management of anterior cervical enterogenic in pediatric patients. Methods:Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for 9 children with pathologically confirmed anterior cervical enterogenic cysts（including bronchogenic and esophagogenic subtypes） treated at the Children's Hospital of Shandong University（Jinan Children's Hospital） between January 1, 2020, and November 30, 2023. Results:Nine patients（6 males and 3 females） were involved in this study, aged 14 days to 10 years old. There were 4 cases on the left side, 4 on the right side, and 1 in the middle of the neck. All patients presented with neck masses. The patients were followed up from 3 months to 35 months after surgery and recovered well, with no recurrence or complications observed. Conclusion:①Anterior intestinal cysts in children are rare and easy to be misdiagnosed. ②Concurrent branchial cleft fistulas or associated anomalies may coexist, necessitating comprehensive evaluation. ③Preoperative diagnosis is not easy and mainly depends on pathological diagnosis. ④The treatment of anterior cervical enterogenic cysts in children is surgical resection of the lesion.

Objective:To analyze the current status and related factors of occupational burnout among immunization program staff in Dezhou City in 2025.Methods:From February to March 2025, 1 209 healthcare workers engaged in immunization programs in all disease prevention and control centers (CDCs), vaccination clinics and obstetrics vaccination rooms within the jurisdiction of Dezhou City were enrolled in this study. Basic information was collected via questionnaires. The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) was used to assess occupational burnout status across three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal achievement, with severity graded by scores. Multivariate logistic regression models were adopted to analyze the related factors of occupational burnout.Results:Among 1 209 participants, 986 (81.56%) were female and 513 (42.43%) were aged ≥40 years old. About 91 (7.53%) worked in CDCs, 970 (80.23%) in vaccination clinics and 148 (12.24%) in obstetric units. The detection rate of occupational burnout was 83.87% (1 014/1 209), with mild-to-moderate and severe occupational burnout rates of 16.38% (198/1 209) and 67.49% (816/1 209), respectively. Multivariate logistic regression model showed that compared with those who had no intention of resigning, those who frequently had turnover intention ( OR=10.225, 95% CI: 4.093-25.543) had a higher risk of experiencing occupational burnout. Compared with those who slept for more than seven hours a day, those who slept for less than six hours a day ( OR=4.266, 95% CI: 1.773-10.266) and those who slept for 6-7 hours ( OR=1.543, 95% CI: 1.100-2.164) had a higher risk of developing occupational burnout. Conclusion:The detection rate of occupational burnout among immunization program staff in Dezhou City is relatively high, significantly related to frequent turnover intention and insufficient sleep.

Objective:To establish a digital quality evaluation system for Salvia miltiorrhiza-Monascus fermentation products,screen critical quality markers,and provide methodological support for their intelligent quality control.Methods:Ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS)was employed to quantitatively analyze 34 bioactive components(e.g.,tanshinone Ⅱ A and alvianol-ic acid B)in 20 batches of fermentation products.The key markers were screened through hierarchical cluster anal-ysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis,and an intelligent discriminant model was constructed with sup-port vector machine machine learning algorithm to digitally analyze the characteristics of quality differences between batches.Results:Thirty-four common peaks were calibrated across all batches.Combined with partial least squares analysis,six key difference markers were further screened,including terpenoids such as isotanshinone Ⅱ A and tan-shinone Ⅱ A and phenolic acids such as salvianolic acid G.The support vector machine model can achieve 100％accuracy of origin discrimination by optimizing parameters jointly with genetic algorithm and grid search.Conclusion:This study developed a digital quality evaluation system for Salvia miltiorrhiza-Monascus fermentation products through a three-step analytical strategy("chemical feature exploration-marker screening-model valida-tion"),providing a transferable technical pathway for the intelligent transformation of traditional Chinese medicine quality control.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of using ligation clip-assisted modified " expansion and co-llapse method" to determine the intersegment plane in thoracoscopic resection of the external posterior basal segment (S 9+ 10) in children with congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM). Methods:Retrospective study.The clinical data of 12 CPAM children who underwent thoracoscopic S 9+ 10 resection in Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from July 2019 to May 2021 were collected and analyzed.There were 7 males and 5 females.The age at operation ranged from 3.50 to 11.50 months.The body weight of patients ranged from 6.5 to 11.5 kg.In all the patients, the ligation clip-assisted modified " expansion and collapse method" was applied during the operation to determine the intersegment plane (S 9+ 10 was in the expansion state and the remaining lungs were in the collapse state) before thoracoscopic S 9+ 10 resection.After S 9+ 10 resection, the surgical treatment and postoperative recovery were summarized and analyzed. Results:All the operations were completed under thoracoscopy, and there was no conversion to thoracotomy.In 11 patients, the intersegment plane was accurately determined by the ligation clips-assisted improved " expansion and collapse method" , and the S 9+ 10 segment was successfully resected.Of these 11 cases, 8 cases had right S 9+ 10 resection and 3 cases had left S 9+ 10 resection.In the process of using the ligation clip-assisted improved " expansion and collapse method" to determine the intersegment plane, the operator needed to clamp the ligation clip after the anesthesiologist expanded the lung completely.Because the operation was not stable enough, the ligation clip fell off and did not clamp S 9+ 10, resulting in operation failure.The operation was changed to the traditional " expansion and collapse method" . Besides, the basal segment bronchus was cut off by mistake, so the right basal segment had to be resected.The operation time ranged from 85 to 205 min, with a median of 149 min.Intraoperative bleeding ranged from 5 to 15 mL, with a median of 10 mL.The indwelling time of drainage tubes ranged from 2 to 4 days, with a median of 3 days.The postoperative hospital stay ranged from 5 to 8 days, with a median of 6 days.Postoperative pathological examination results suggested 4 cases of type 1, 6 cases of type 2 and 2 cases of type 3.There were 2 cases of simple subcutaneous emphysema without postoperative complications such as bleeding, bronchopleural fistula and atelectasis.The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 28 months, with a median of 15 months.The chest CT of all children showed no residual lesions and no residual cavities in the involved hemithorax. Conclusions:Ligation clip-assisted improved " expansion and collapse method" for determining the intersegment plane is suitable for CPAM children with a narrow thoracic space, and the operation is simple and effective.It is relatively safe and feasible to use this method in S 9+ 10 resection.

OBJECTIVE：To study the heart protective effect of Panax quinquefolium extract of Zebra fish. METHODS ：The drug dosage of P. quinquefolium extract and the optimal modeling dose of terfenadine were determined by tolerance test ；24 hours post fertilization （24 hpf），Zebra fish were divided into control group （0.5％ dimethyl sulfoxide ），model group （2.5 μg/mL terfenadine），positive control group （2.5 μ g/mL terfenadine + 30 μ g/mL resveratrol） and different mass concentration P. quinquefolium extract groups （2.5 μg/mL terfenadine+5，10，25 μg/mL P. quinquefolium extract，by raw material ）. 48 h after incubation，the heart rate and sinus venous-bulbus arteriosus （SV-BA）interval of Zebra fish were used as indexes ，and the heart injury repair rate was calculated to investigate the heart protection of P. quinquefolium extract. Another 24 hpf Zebra fish were divided into blank control group ，model group ，positive control group ，20 batches of P. quinquefolium extract from different producing area groups （5 μg/mL，by raw material ），with same administration route and 48 h of incubation. The heart rate ，SV-BA interval of heart was determined ，heart injury repair rate and heart injury relative repair rate were calculated ；the heart protective effect of P. quinquefolium extract was further validated. RESULTS ：Compared with blank control group ，heart rate was decreased significantly（P＜0.01），while SV-BA interval was increased significantly in model group （P＜0.01）. Compared with model group，heart rate of Zebra fish was increased significantly in positive control group and 5，10，25 μg/mL P. quinquefolium extract groups（P＜0.01），while SV-BA interval of Zebra fish was shortened significantly in 5，10 μg/mL P. quinquefolium extract groups （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）；heart injury repair rate of Zebra fish in 5 μg/mL P. quinquefolium extract group reached 73.77％. In validation test ，compared with model group ，heart rate was increased significantly （P＜0.01），while SV-BA interval of Zebra fish was decreased significantly in 20 batches of P. quinquefolium extract groups （P＜0.01）；heart injury repair rate ranged 70.45％-85.78％，and heart injury relative repair rate ranged 75.48％-98.12％. CONCLUSIONS ：P. quinquefolium extract has good heart protective effects.

Recent studies heve demonstrated that Akkermansia muciniphila (A.muciniphila) plays an important role in human health and disease , including regulating the development of the immune system and the metabolic phenotype of the host.This article reviews the research progress on A.muciniphila in recent years, focusing on the basic characteristics , the influencing factors of colonization , and the underlying mechanism of maintaining intestinal homeostasis of A.muciniphila.Additionally, the article summarizes the potential association between A.muciniphila and the chronic metabolic diseases such as obesity , atherosclerosis,diabetes mellitus and infectious diseases.The perspect of A.muciniphila as a new generation of probiotics in clinical medicine and the challenge for its industrialization are also discussed in the article .

Objective To investigate the feasibility of our new found 3-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound 3D-CEUS registration system as an early assessment of the therapeutic response to radio frequency ablation for liver cancer Methods Twenty-seven patients with 28 lesions accepted 3D-CEUS before and after radio frequency ablation RFA the therapeutic respond to which would be assessed with 3D-CEUS registration system recording the rate of successful registration The CT was considered as the reference standard Results Ten cases 35 7% were successful matched with auto-registration and 24 cases 85 7% were succesful matched with interactive-registration relatively All cases were considered as complete ablated which were confirmed by CECT with 100% accuracy There were two cases achieving ablation margins ≥5 mm without local tumor progression LTP and nineteen cases achieving 0 -4 mm ablation margin with 3 LTP 3-month 6-month and 1-year later Conclusions The 3D-CEUS interactive-registration system can easily assess the therapeutic response of RFA in liver cancer immediately with high accuracy.
