OBJECTIVE: To explore the peripheral neural mechanism underlying representation along the distribution of stomach meridian induced by intestinal inflammatory reaction using diarrhea predominant-irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) mice. METHODS: Among 62 healthy male C57BL/6 mice of clean grade, 12 mice were randomly selected and divided into a control group and a model group, 6 mice in each group, additionally, 12 mice were randomly selected and divided into a Tianshu group, a Liangqiu group and a Zusanli group, 4 mice in each group. In the model group, citrobacter was administered orally to establish IBS-D model. In the control group and the model group, the visceral pain threshold was observed using fecal colorectal distension (fCRD) induced electromyography of external oblique muscle, the positive cell number of neutrophil in the colonic muscularis was detected by myeloperoxidase (MPO) staining, the number, location and distribution rule of Evans blue (EB) extravasation points were observed by injection of EB staining solution into the tail vein. In the Tianshu group, the Liangqiu group and the Zusanli group, fluorescent dye Dil was injected at bilateral "Tianshu" (ST25), "Liangqiu" (ST34) and "Zusanli" (ST36) respectively, to observe the dye-positive cell number in different dorsal root ganglion (DRG) segments. In the control group and the model group, the activation of satellite glial cells (SGCs) in different DRG segments was observed by immunofluorescence. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, in the model group, the area under curve of electromyography of external oblique muscle was increased at fCRD of 25, 50 and 75 μL distilled water (P<0.001, P<0.01); the MPO-positive cell number of neutrophil in the colonic muscularis was increased (P<0.01). Few EB extravasation points could be found in the control group, while there were much more EB extravasation points observed in the model group, which was specially distribution in the area of stomach meridian, from "Huaroumen" (ST24) to "Zusanli" (ST36), as well as the surface area dominated by L₂-L₅ segment of the spinal cord. The Dil-positive cells were mainly exhibited in the DRG of T₁₁, L₅ and L₄ segments in the Tianshu group, the Liangqiu group and the Zusanli group, respectively. Compared with the control group, the ratio of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)/glutamine synthetase (GS) co-expression was increased in the DRG of T₁₁, L₄ and L₅ segments in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). CONCLUSION The activation of SGCs within DRG of T₁₁, L₄ and L₅ segments may relate closely to the occurrence of the representation along the stomach meridian distribution in IBS-D mice.

Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a systemic autoimmune disease caused by antiphospholipid antibodies. Recent studies have found that neutrophil extracellular traps (NET) play an important role in the pathogenesis of APS. This article mainly introduces the formation, detection and research progress of NET in APS. Additionally, it summarizes the relevant drug targets for APS treatment based on NET, aiming to provide a reference for further research on APS.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram parameters combined with serum microRNA(miR)-322 and miR-568 levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with ventricular arrhythmias(VA).Methods A total of 230 CHF patients admitted to Zhangjiakou First Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,including 120 VA patients(VA group)and 110 non VA patients(non VA group),and 110 patients who underwent health examinations in Zhangjiakou First Hospital during the same period as the control group.Compared three sets of general information,electrocardiogram parameters,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac function grade and serum miR-322 and miR-568 levels.Logistic regression analyzed the influencing factors of VA in CHF patients.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analyzed electrocardiogram parameters combined with serum miR-322 and miR-568 for the diagnostic value of VA in CHF patients.Results The three groups showed statistically obvious differences in classification of nyha heart function(NYHA)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(F=6.033,691.853,all P<0.05).The electrocardiogram parameters of CHF patients,including QT interval dispersion(QTD),QRS wave duration and corrected QT systolic time(QTc)were obviously higher than those in the control group(t=16.539,17.709,14.414),and the VA group were obviously higher than the non VA group(q=10.984,7.794,10.174),and the differences were statistically significan(all P<0.05).The serum levels of miR-322 and miR-568 were obviously lower than those in the control group(t=23.719,17.359).and the VA group were obviously lower than the non VA group(q=10.345,9.941),the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NYHA grading,LVEF,QTD,QRS,wave duration,QTc,serum miR-322 and miR-568 levels were all influencing factors in the complication of VA in patients with CHF(Wald χ2=4.267～9.839,all P<0.05).The combination of electrocardiogram parameters and serum miR-322,miR-568 was better diagnosing CHF patients with concurrent VA that QTD,QRS duration,QTc and serum miR-332,miR-568 were measured separately.Conclusion Serum levels of miR-322 and miR-568 are obviously reduced,and the combination of electrocardiogram parameters with serum miR-322 and miR-568 has high diagnostic value for CHF patients with VA.

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of rope-assisted proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)training and rope-assisted brain-computer interface(BCI)training on upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods From March,2022 to February,2023,96 inpatients with stroke hemiplegia from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were randomly divided into conventional group(n=32),PNF group(n=32)and combined group(n=32).All the groups received routine rehabilitation treatment.The conventional group re-ceived upper limb PNF training,the PNF group received upper limb rope-assisted PNF training,and the com-bined group received both upper limb rope-assisted PNF training and upper limb rope-assisted BCI training,for four weeks.They were assessed with Functiongal Test for the Hemiplegic Upper Extremity-Hong Kong version(FTHUE-HK),Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities(FMA-UE)and modified Barthel Index(MBI)before and after treatment. Results The intra-group effect(F>341.219,P<0.001),inter-group effect(F>21.705,P<0.001)and interaction effect(F>3.171,P<0.05)were significant in the scores of FTHUE-HK and MBI.The intra-group effect(F=520.472,P<0.001)and inter-group effect(F=41.939,P<0.001)were significant in the scores of FMA-UE,and the interaction effect was not(P>0.05).After treatment,the FTHUE-HK,FMA-UE and MBI scores were the best in the combined group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of rope-assisted PNF training with rope-assisted BCI device training could further improve the motor function of the upper limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia,and enhance their activities of daily liv-ing.

【Objective】 To analyze the effects of different fortified feeding methods on nutritional metabolism and growth rate of preterm very low birth weight infants (VLBWI), in order to provide new clues for improving the prognosis of the preterm infants. 【Methods】 A total of 115 cases of premature VLBWI admitted to Department of Neonatology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were included in this study, and were divided into fortified breastfeeding group (HFM group), mixed feeding group, and premature formula feeding group (PF group) based on their feeding methods. The effects of different feeding methods on the nutritional metabolism and growth rate of premature VLBWI were analyzed. 【Results】 1) The hospitalization time of infants in the HFM group was shorter than that in PF group and mixed feeding group (t=7.185, 6.924, P<0.05). 2) The proportion of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in the HFM group during hospitalization was lower than that in the PF group (P<0.05); the proportions of late onset septicemia(LOS) and extra uterine growth restriction(EUGR) in the HFM group during hospitalization were lower than those in the PF group (χ²=5.030, 4.147, P<0.05); the proportion of LOS was lower than that of the mixed feeding group(χ²=6.589, P<0.05). 3) During hospitalization, the proportions of abdominal distension, bloody stools and increased eosinophils in the HFM group were lower than those in the PF group (P<0.05), which in mixed feeding group was lower than those in PF group (Fisher exact test, P<0.05). 4) At discharge, the weight and length growth rate of the HFM group were higher than those of the mixed feeding group (t=3.722, 0.425, P<0.001) and the PF group (t =6.015, 0.496, P< 0.001). 【Conclusion】 Fortified breastfeeding can more effectively increase the growth rate of VLBWI in premature infants, improve nutritional metabolism, reduce complications and adverse feeding reactions related to premature infants, and is safer and more effective.

Objective To access the value of MRI in differential diagnosis between intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and atypical hepatic abscess. Methods Retrospectively collecting and analyzing the clinical and MRI imaging data of 19 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and 17 patients with atypical hepatic abscess, confirmed by reexamination after anti‐inflammation therapy, surgery or puncture etiology, from June 2011 to July 2018 in Central Hospital of Lishui City.They were divided into ICC and abscess groups.All patients underwent routine liver plain MRI, DWI and contrast‐enhanced MR scan. The MRI features of the two groups (including morphology, boundary, cystic change and necrosis, pseudocapsule, hemorrhage, lipid composition, the signature of lesion in different phases of MRI and surrounding tissue) were studied. Fisher exact test and t test were used. Result This study showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups in the following aspects, the presence of cystic degeneration, the degree of annular enhancement in arterial phase, the homogeneous enhancement in portal venous phase and balanced phase and the central filling enhancement sign (P<0.05).The results showed that necrotic cystic lesion was more common in the abscess group (15/17 cases) than in the ICC group (0/19 cases);in the cases with annular enhancement in arterial phase,the degree of enhancement in the ICC group (13/16 cases) was higher than that in the abscess group (2/9 cases); the enhancement of the central parenchyma of lesion on out‐of‐phase images (1/19 cases) was slower in the ICC group than that in the abscess group (14/17 cases);and the ICC group was likely to present as central filling enhancement compared to the abscess group.
