Objective To investigate the impact of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation on the rehabilitation needs and physical activity status of patients after coronary heart disease intervention.Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the Coronary Heart Disease Center of the hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were subjected to a 12-week standardized phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation training.General data survey forms,cardiac rehabilitation scales,and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire were used for scale surveys to understand the patients' needs before and after rehabilitation and their weekly physical activity en-ergy expenditure.The cardiopulmonary exercise test gold standard,which reflects exercise capacity through three indicators-maximum oxygen uptake(VO2 max),anaerobic threshold(AT),and metabolic equivalents(MET),were used to compare the physical activity status before and after cardiac rehabilitation.Results Compared with before the implementation,after the implementation of cardiac rehabilitation,the autonomy score in-creased(21.36±1.85 vs.16.73±3.28),the process anxiety(12.60±3.87 vs.14.27±2.12)and outcome anxiety scores(2.31±1.76 vs.4.56±3.56)decreased,the level of low-intensity physical activity decreased[(2 711.62±1 487.09)min/week vs.(3 845.97±2 083.71)min/week],the levels of moderate-intensity[(1 314.67±783.54)min/week vs.(686.22±126.79)min/week],high-intensity[(1 861.33±798.27)min/week vs.(112.00±40.77)min/week],and total physical activity increased[(5 887.62±2 843.54)min/week vs.(4 644.19±2 287.16)min/week].The levels of VO2 max[(28.11±14.28)mL·min-1·kg-1 vs.(23.82±12.34)mL·min-1·kg-1],AT[(16.06±5.41)mL·min-1·kg-1 vs.(13.53±4.56)mL·min-1·kg-1],and MET[(6.89±1.59)mL·min-1·kg-1 vs.(5.78±1.21)mL·min-1·kg-1]all in-creased,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Phase Ⅱ rehabilitation after PCI can effectively improve patients' physical activity levels.

Objective To analyze the computed tomography(CT)imaging features of urachal carcinoma and evaluate its diagnostic value.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with urachal carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology,who were admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from Dec.2012 to Dec.2022,were collected.Seventeen of the 20 patients underwent enhanced CT urography and 3 underwent pelvic CT plain scan+enhanced scan.After scanning,multiplanar reconstruction was performed on the post-processing workstation.The general data,clinical symptoms,CT imaging findings,pathological data,and prognosis of the patients were analyzed and summarized.Results The patients included 16 males and 4 females,aged 27 to 75 years old,with a median age of 61.50(41.50,71.25)years old.The tumors were all located in the anterior wall of the bladder,along the urachus,with a maximum diameter of 1.72-5.55 cm and a median maximum diameter of 3.34(2.48,3.71)cm.Fourteen cases had cystic-solid lesions and 6 had solid lesions.In the cystic-solid lesions,9 cases showed the"upper cystic and lower solid"sign on the sagittal plane.Calcification was noted in 17 cases.After enhanced scanning,18 cases showed progressive enhancement,and 2 cases showed"fast in and fast out"enhancement.Tumor invasion extended beyond the urachus and/or bladder muscle layer in 19 cases.At the end of follow-up,3 cases had recurrence,2 had metastasis,5 had no recurrence after surgery,3 died,and 7 were lost to follow-up.Conclusion Urachal carcinoma has certain characteristic manifestations on CT imaging.Reconstructing the sagittal plane with enhanced CT scanning and multiplanner reformation can help preoperative diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of urachal carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the effect of the Piezo1 channel on tension-side angiogenesis and osteogenic remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement,so as to provide an experimental basis for accelerating orthodontic peri-odontal tissue remodeling.Methods This study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee.Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats with bilateral maxillary incisors as the anchorage were selected,and nickel titanium tension springs were used to apply 0.5 N of force to the right maxillary first molar of the rats and construct an orthodontic tooth movement model.The rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=20 per group).On Days 0 and 8 of force appli-cation,equal volumes of saline(control group),100 μmol/L Piezo1 channel agonist(Yoda1 group),and 48 μmol/L Piezo1 channel inhibitor(GsMTx4 group)were injected into the buccal and palatal submucosa of the right maxillary first molar.Tooth movement distances were recorded on Days 1,3,7,and 14.Five rats from each group were sacrificed at each time point to obtain maxillary tissue samples.Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining was performed to observe the histophysiological changes in the tension-side periodontal tissues.Immunohistochemical staining was used to mark and count CD31-positive cells(microvascular quantification)and to detect the expression of osteocalcin(OCN)in the tension side.Results Measurements of tooth movement distance showed that the Yoda1 group exhibited significantly in-creased tooth movement distances on Days 3,7,and 14(0.238±0.008 mm,0.406±0.011 mm,and 0.746±0.013 mm,respectively)compared to the control group(P＜0.05).In contrast,the GsMTx4 group showed significantly reduced tooth movement distances on Day 7(0.282±0.011 mm)and Day 14(0.578±0.008 mm)compared to the control group(P＜0.05).HE staining results indicated that the periodontal ligament space on the tension side gradually widened with the duration of force application and then gradually returned to normal,with visible osteoblasts.Quantitative analysis of CD31-positive cells(microvascular quantification)showed that the Yoda1 group had significantly increased numbers of blood vessels on Day 3(8.027±0.225)and Day 7(14.320±0.471)compared to the control group(P＜0.05),peaking on Day 7 and then gradually decreasing.The GsMTx4 group showed significantly fewer blood vessels in the periodontal ligament on the tension side on Day 3(6.013±0.177),Day 7(9.187±0.678),and Day 14(12.613±0.334)compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Immunohistochemical results indicated that the Yoda1 group had significantly increased OCN expression on Days 1,3,7,and 14 compared to the control group(P＜0.05),while the GsMTx4 group showed re-duced OCN expression on Days 7 and 14(P＜0.05).Conclusion Activation of the Piezo1 channel promotes orthodon-tic tooth movement,tension-side angiogenesis,and osteogenic remodeling,while inhibition of the Piezo1 channel produces the opposite effect.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of GsMTx4 on pain sensation in rats during tooth movement,open field ex-periments and immunohistochemical staining by conducting.Methods Fifty-eight male SD rats aged 5-6 weeks were selected and a right maxillary tooth movement model was constructed.The rats were randomly divided into two groups:group A(control group)and group B(GsMTx4 group).They were also divided into 5 subgroups according to 4 h,1 d,3 d,5 d,and 7 d.The left maxillary of the rats in group A was used as group C(blank control group).The open-field test was used to evaluate the pain level of rats.Immunohisto-chemical staining was used to observe the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in peri-odontal tissues.Results At 4 h,1 d,and 3 d,the total distance traveled by rats in group B within 5 minutes in the open-field was higher than that of group A(P＜0.05).At 4 h and 1 d,the percentage of time in the center of rats in group B was higher than that in group A(P＜0.05).The expressions of NGF and CGRP in groups A and B were higher than those in group C on 1 d,3 d,5 d,and 7 d(P＜0.05).The expression of NGF and CGRP in group B were lower than those in group A at 4 h,1 d,and 3 d(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion GsMTx4 can inhibit the expression of NGF and CGRP during tooth movement and relieve the pain caused by tooth movement.

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of miRNA-5193 (miR-5193) on the sensitivity of cervical cancer Caski cells to cisplatin.Methods:The expression of miR-5193 in cervical cancer cell lines C33A, SiHa, Caski and normal cervical cell line Ect1/E6E7 were determined by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Caski cells were divided into control group (no transfection, normally cultured), miR-5193-negative control (miR-NC) group (transfected with miR-NC mimic), miR-5193 group (transfected with miR-5193 mimic), miR-NC+cisplatin group (transfected with miR-NC mimic and treated with 10 μg/ml cisplatin), miR-5193+cisplatin group (transfected with miR-5193 mimic and treated with 10 μg/ml cisplatin), miR-5193+cisplatin+NC group (cotransfected with Foxp3-negative control vector and miR-5193 mimic, and treated with 10 μg/ml cisplatin), and miR-5193+cisplatin+Foxp3 group (cotransfected with Foxp3 overexpression vector and miR-5193 mimic, and treated with 10 μg/ml cisplatin). Proliferation was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT), cell cycle was detected by PI single staining method, cell apoptosis was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining method, and expressions of CDK2, p27 and C-caspase-3 proteins in cells were detected by Western blot. Bioinformatics software was used to predict miR-5193 target genes, and the luciferase reporting system was used to identify the targeting relationship.Results:The relative expression of miR-5193 in cervical cancer C33A, SiHa and Caski cells was lower than that in normal cervical Ect1/E6E7 cells (0.56±0.06, 0.41±0.03, 0.23±0.02 vs. 1.00±0.10, all P < 0.05). Compared with the control group and miR-NC group, the cell proliferation activity (absorbance value) in miR-5193, miR-NC+cisplatin and miR-5193+cisplatin groups decreased (0.58±0.06, 0.59±0.07 vs. 0.38±0.04, 0.40±0.05, 0.23±0.02, all P < 0.05), the cell apoptosis rate increased [(2.5±0.2)%, (2.7±0.3)% vs. (12.6±1.2)%, (11.9±1.5)% , (18.9±1.7)%, all P < 0.05], and the proportion of cells in G 0/G 1 phase increased [(50.4±4.2)%, (51.3±6.3)% vs. (62.3±3.2)%, (61.9±5.8)%, (71.4±5.4)%, all P < 0.05]. The expression levels of p27 and C-caspase-3 proteins increased, and the expression level of CDK2 protein decreased. The software predicted that the target gene of miR-5193 was Foxp3, which was confirmed by the luciferase reporting system. Compared with the miR-5193+cisplatin+NC group, the cell proliferation activity (absorbance value) in miR-5193+ cisplatin+Foxp3 group increased (0.24±0.03 vs. 0.65±0.05, t = 21.094, P < 0.01), the proportion of cells in G 0/G 1 phase decreased [(71.0±6.4)% vs. (60.3±4.1)%, t = 4.196, P < 0.01], the apoptosis rate of cells decreased [(19.6±1.6)% vs. (11.5±1.2)%, t = 11.880, P < 0.01], the expression levels of p27 and C-caspase-3 proteins in cells decreased, and the expression levels of CDK2 and Foxp3 proteins increased. Conclusion:The miR-5193 may increase the sensitivity of cervical cancer Caski cells to cisplatin in vitro by targeted inhibition of the Foxp3 gene.

Objective:To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of allergic conjunctivitis in Baotou area at different times.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted in January 2021, 111 patients with allergic conjunctivitis who were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College, Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The basic information, allergic conditions, living habits and other information of the patients were obtained by self-made questionnaire. The pollen concentration and allergy related indicators(allergic duration and frequency, eye itching score, eye burn score, eye foreign body sensation score, tears score and the total scores) of 2019 and 2020 were analyzed by paired sample t-test. The pollen concentration of 2019 and 2020 were analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test. The allergy related indicators of different genders were analyzed by independent sample t-test. The allergy related indicators of different ages were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. The relationship between the length of wearing masks and the allergy related indicators were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results:Among the 111 patients with allergic conjunctivitis, 54 were males and 57 were females, ranging in age from 8 to 69 years old, with a median age of 35 years old and an average age of (36.77±13.18) years old. The average pollen concentration in Baotou in 2019 was (125.35±222.64) grains/1 000 square millimeter, and the average pollen concentration in Baotou in 2020 was (107.38±137.29) grains/1 000 square millimeter. There was no significant difference in pollen concentration between the two years( Z=-0.178, P=0.859). The severity of allergic indicators in all patients in 2020 is significantly lower than in 2019( t values were 4.701,3.587,2.582,3.661,4.444,2.784,2.555,3.886,respectively, with P<0.05). The severity of allergic indicators in male patients is lower than that of female patients ( t values were -1.558, -1.257, -3.41, -3.085, -2.335, -2.897, -2.652, -4.124, respectively). The prevalence of allergic conjunctivitis dose not vary significant with age ( P values were 0.504, 0.095, 0.499, 0.265, 0.284, 0.655, 0.421, 0.976, respectively). In 2020, the average time that patients wear masks is (6.55±3.28) h/d, and there is a correlation with the difference in allergy duration ( r=0.191, P=0.045). Patients in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with serious complications such as malignant ventricular arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock couldn't receive emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures and had high perioperative mortality. A case of AMI patients who suffered cardiac arrest and long-term cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was admitted to the department of critical care medicine of the First People's Hospital of Foshan. With the assistance of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), PCI and intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP) were performed. ECMO and ventilator were successfully weaned after anti-shock, mechanical ventilation, organ support treatment. The patient was successfully treated and discharged. After 6 months of follow-up, the patient recovered well in heart function.
