Objective To investigate preventive effect of Huanshao capsule on postoperative re-currence of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion and its impact on postoperative pregnancy rates.Methods A total of 163 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion after surgery were se-lected as study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group(n=82)and control group(n=81).The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group additionally took Huanshao capsule postoperatively.Serum fibronectin(FN),laminin(LN),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels were compared between two groups at 1 month,3 and 6 months postoperatively.Endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow resistance index(RI),postoperative pregnancy rates and quality of life scores were also com-pared.Results At 3 and 6 months postoperatively,serum FN,LN and VEGF levels in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,serum TGF-β1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly higher,uterine artery flow RI was significantly lower than,and scores of various quality of life(physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health)were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 and 9 months postoperatively,the pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huanshao capsule can significantly reduce serum FN,LN,VEGF and TGF-β1 levels in patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion after surgery,improve the postoperative endometrial environment,and increase postoperative pregnancy rates.

Objective: To investigate the surgical complications in the treatment of stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer by robotic-assisted laparoscopy, the risk degree of Clavein-Dindo complications and the main risk factors affecting the occurrence of surgical complications. Methods: A retrospective case-control study was conducted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2014 to June 2019. The patients were divided into robotic-assisted laparoscopy group and traditional laparoscopy group according to the operation mode, including 131 cases in robot group and 290 cases in traditional laparoscopy group. To compare the complications during and after operation and the risk degree of complications between the two groups by Clavein-Dindo classification standard, the age, body mass index (BMI), comorbidities, past history of pelvic surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade, preoperative anemia, number of pelvic lymph node resection, number of abdominal aortic lymph node resection, the total number of lymph node resection, operation time, surgical methods (robot surgery or traditional laparoscopic surgery) and other clinicopathological data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results: (1) Complications of operation: the incidence of operative complications (including intraoperative and postoperative complications) in robot group was significantly lower than that in traditional laparoscopy group [(20.6%, 27/131) vs (34.8%, 101/290); χ²=8.620, P=0.003)]. The incidence of intraoperative complications in robot group was lower than that in traditional laparoscopy group [1.5% (2/131) vs 6.2% (18/290); χ²=4.368, P=0.037]. The incidence of intraoperative vascular injury in robot group was significantly lower than that in traditional laparoscopy group [0.8% (1/131) vs 5.2% (15/290); χ²=4.798, P=0.022]. The incidence of postoperative complications in robot group was also lower than that in traditional laparoscopy group [19.1% (25/131) vs 28.6% (83/290); χ²=4.303, P=0.038], but the incidence of postoperative lymphatic leakage in robot group was higher than that in traditional laparoscopy group [10.7% (14/131) vs 5.2% (15/290); χ²=4.279, P=0.039]. (2) Clavein-Dindo classification: the incidence of Clavein-Dindo Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade between two groups were respectively 3.8% (5/131) vs 11.0% (32/290), 13.7% (18/131) vs 14.5% (42/290), 3.1% (4/131) vs 8.6% (25/290), 0 (0/131) vs 0.3% (1/290), 0 (0/131) vs 0.3% (1/290), and the incidence of grade Ⅰ (χ²=5.684, P=0.015) and Ⅲ (χ²=4.361, P=0.037) complications were statistically significant. The incidence of severe complications in robot group (grade Ⅲ and above) was lower than that in traditional laparoscopy group [3.1% (4/131) vs 9.3% (27/290); χ²=5.179, P=0.023]. (3) Analysis of influencing factors of surgical complications: univariate analysis showed that BMI (χ²=15.801, P=0.000), preoperative anemia (χ²=14.299, P=0.000), total number of lymph node resection (χ²=10.425, P=0.001), surgical methods (χ²=8.620, P=0.003) were related to the occurrence of surgical complications of endometrial carcinoma. Multivariate analysis showed that BMI (OR=0.289, 95%CI: 0.097-0.864, P=0.026), preoperative anemia (OR=0.309, 95%CI: 0.129-0.740, P=0.008), the total number of lymph node resection (OR=0.624, 95%CI: 0.403-0.966, P=0.034) and surgical methods (OR=3.491, 95%CI: 1.030-11.840, P=0.045) were independent risk factors for surgical complications of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusions Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery, robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery has fewer complications and lower incidence of severe complications. BMI, preoperative anemia, the total number of lymph node resection and surgical methods are independent risk factors for the occurrence of surgical complications of stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer.

Objective To investigate the changes of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 and C-reactive protein (CRP ) in the patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa positive sputum culture and their mutual relation . Methods Fifty cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa positive sputum culture and 27 cases undergoing physical ex-amination in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects .The level of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and the CRP level was detected by immunoturbidimetry .Results The levels of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 and CRP in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa positive sputum culture group were significantly high-er than those in the healthy control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,and they showed the positive correlation (r=0 .411 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion In positive sputum culture of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,antimicrobial peptide LL-37 and CRP levels are increased ,which has a certain clinical application value for the early diagnosis of infection .

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical value of interventional therapy in the treatment of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN).Methods 28 cases of GTN were selected,of which 18 cases were treated with fluorouracil +dactinomycin(5-Fu+KSM)for 2 courses,however,the level of β-HCG and uterine lesions did not significantly reduced.The remained 10 cases were treated with etoposide+actinomycin-D+ methotrexate+ tetrahydrofolate+ vincristine+ cyclophosphamide(EMA-CO)chemotherapy for 2 courses,Ⅳ degree of myelosuppression and severe gastrointestinal reactions appeared and had to cease the next cycle of treatment. All patients were treated with uterine artery and/or ovarian arterial infusion(cisplatin,etoposide,bleomycin)for 2 courses,meanwhile, the gelatin sponge particles were used for embolization of uterine arteries and/or ovarian arteries.The β-HCG level,tumor volume, and the changes of sex hormones were tested before and one year after interventional therapy.Results 28 patients underwent transcatheter uterine arterial and/or ovarian arterial chemoembolization and embolization,the internal iliac arteriography showed significant tumor staining.20 patients underwent double uterine arterial infusion and embolization,and 8 patients underwent bilateral uterine arterial and unilateral ovarian arterial infusion and embolization.β-HCG and lesion size were measured on the 18th day after intervention.The results showed that the β-HCG decreased significantly after 2 courses of treatment,and the uterine lesion was reduced or disappeared,with a significant statistical difference,however,sex hormone levels did not changed significantly before interventional therapy and during one year follow-up.Conclusion The interventional treatment of GTN is less invasive,effective,and worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features,treatment and prognosis of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata (LPD).Methods A total of 10 patients suffered from LPD after laparoscopic uterine myomectomy were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2012 to September 2016,and all clinical database were retrospectively analyzed.Results (1)Clinical features:the age of 10 cases was 25-50 years old,and 8 cases of them were in child-bearing age,while 2 cases were in perimenopausal period.Of 10 cases,2 cases manifested as discontinuous lower abdominal pain,and the other cases were seen the doctor for the examinations found tumors of pelvis or abdomen.All 10 cases had a history of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy under went power morcellation with an average of (4.0±2.2) years (range 1.3 to 8.1 years),2 cases of them had a history of oral hormone treatment after the first myoma morcellation.(2) Treatment methods and postoperative pathologic diagnosis:during intraoperative exploration,LPD nodules were most distributed in Douglas pouch (10 cases),and next in mesentery (7 cases),abdominal peritoneum (6 cases) and omentum majus (4 cases),etc.Seven of the 8 cases of child-bearing age were performed laparoscopic LPD nodules removal,1 case gone combined with laparotomy and resecting LPD nodules;2 cases in perimenopausal period done laparotomy oophorotomy and resected all LPD nodules and omentum.(3) Postoperative relapse and reproductive outcomes:the follow-up time of all cases was 2.8 years,and no recurrence was found during the follow-up period;2 cases had natural conception and term vaginal birth during the follow-up period.Conclusions LPD is mainly related to iatrogenic planting and spreading,which is a benign disease and characterized by multiple smooth muscle nodules throughout abdominopelvic cavity,and the nodules of LPD is commonly located in Douglas pouch,mesenteric and omentaum majus,etc.The preferred method of LPD should be individual operative treatment according to different situations,and in which patients may be have better prognosis.

Objective To explore the profiles of physical activity domains among professionals with different occupational activity patterns.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to recruit employed adults aged 30-60 years in Beijing as well as Zhejiang province.The information on the physical activity domains was collected with a revised Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ).Results Of 3 326 professionals,about 30.79％,50.75％ and 18.46％ adults had Class Ⅰ (mostly sedentary reading or writing during work time) ,Class Ⅱ (mostly working with arms or legs with little effort) ,and Class Ⅲ (working with effort)occupational activity patterns,respectively.The median volume of leisure time activity and bicycling were all 0 Met-min/week,and no significant difference of domestic activity volume was detected among all the three classes of professionals.Of all the non-occupational activity volume among three classes of adults,domestic activity accounted for the most proportion (58.87％) performed by adults of Class Ⅱ,traffic activity accounted for the most proportion (34.2％) by those of Class Ⅲ,and leisure time activity accounted for the most proportion (12.7％) by those of Class Ⅰ.Most time was spent in sedentary behaviors by those of Class Ⅰ after hours.Conclusions Besides the generally low level of moderate activity,the diversity of the domains of physical activity among this population was evident.It is necessary to develop appropriate technology to improve physical activity for professionals with different occupational activity patterns.

METHODSAll 2 184 subjects aged 18 to 69 were selected by multi stage stratified cluster random sampling method in Shandong province in June to September, 2011. Dietary salt intakes were measured by 24 hours urinary Na method, food weighted record method and food frequency questionnaire method. The information on gender, age, dining locations and labour intensity of members dining at home for 3 days were recorded. And the dietary habits were surveyed by questionnaire.

RESULTSSalt intakes were 14.0, 12.0 and 10.5 g/d assessed by 24 hours urinary Na method, food weighted record method and food frequency questionnaire, respectively. Comparing with 24 hours urinary Na method, salt intakes assessed by food weighted record method and food frequency questionnaire method were 2.0 g (14.3% undervalued) and 3.4 g (24.3% undervalued) less, respectively. Comparing with 24 hours urinary Na method, the proportion of individuals with salt intake over-reported and under-reported were 42.4% (856/2 020) and 55.3% (1 117/2 020) by food weighted record method, and were 20.7% (418/2 020) and 16.3% (329/2 020) by food frequency questionnaire method, respectively; the proportion of individuals with salt intakes within ± 25% of 24 hours urinary Na method were 36.9% (745/2 020) and 28.4% (574/2 020), respectively. Salt intakes assessed by 24 hours urinary method correlated significantly with both salt intakes assessed by food weighted record method and food frequency questionnaire method; the correlation coefficients were 0.13 and 0.07, respectively. With the increasing of salt intakes by subjects' self-judgment, salt intakes were all rising significantly using three survey methods. Salt intakes of three group population of light, moderate and partial taste salty were 13.6, 13.6 and 14.7 g/d by 24 hours urinary Na method (F = 0.47, P < 0.05); 11.0, 12.0 and 12.7 g/d by food weighted record method (F = 5.83, P < 0.05), and 9.3, 10.2 and 11.9 g/d by food frequency questionnaire method (F = 5.83, P < 0.05), respectively.

CONCLUSIONComparing with 24 hours urinary method, food weighted record method and food frequency questionnaire method would undervalue dietary salt intake. Salt intake status can be more accurately assessed by adjusting the underestimation rate.

OBJECTIVETo describe dietary sodium intakes and resources among residents in Shandong province.

METHODSA total of 2184 subjects were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method from 18-69 years old people in Shandong province in June, 2011. A total of 2140 subjects completed the study, the completion rate was 98.0%. Three-day (24-hour per day) dietary recalls and weighting methods were conducted to collect information about all the foods and condiments consumed by the subjects. Individual dietary sodium intake was calculated, the differences of dietary sodium intake among subjects with different characteristics were analyzed, and the proportions of different dietary sodium resources were also analyzed.

RESULTSThe amount of individual dietary sodium intake was 5745.0 (95%CI:5427.6-6062.5) mg/d in Shandong; 6147.4 (95%CI: 5823.8-6471.0) mg/d for male residents, 5339.3 (95%CI:5005.8-5672.8) mg/d for female residents. There was a significant difference between males and females (F = 75.22, P < 0.01). The amount of individual dietary sodium intake was 5910.1 (95%CI:5449.3-6370.8) mg/d, 5341.6 (95%CI:5007.0-5676.1) mg/d for rural residents and urban residents respectively, and there was also a significant difference (F = 5.53, P < 0.05). The amount of condiment sodium intake was 4640.3 (95%CI:4360.2-4920.4) mg/d, which was the largest contributor to sodium intake, accounting for 80.8% (95%CI:79.9%-81.6%) of total intake. Sodium intake from cereals was 650.7 (95%CI: 590.5-711.0) mg/d, accounting for 11.3% (95%CI:10.3%-12.3%) of total intake. Sodium intake from eggs was 118.9 (95%CI:95.2-142.6) mg/d, accounting for 2.1% (95%CI:1.6%-2.6%) of total intake. The amount of manufactured food sodium intake was 582.1(95%CI: 497.8-666.4) mg/d, accounting for 10.1% (95%CI:8.9%-11.4%) of total intake.

CONCLUSIONSodium intakes remain high among residents of Shandong province, and sodium from condiments was the largest source of dietary sodium intake, sodium of manufactured food only accounting for small part.
