Objective:To construct a core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study. A preliminary draft of the core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses was developed through literature review and expert group coordination from June to November 2022. The core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses was established using the Delphi method for expert consultation and the analytic hierarchy process. Results:A total of 54 experts from 11 hospitals and four medical schools in 10 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government across the country were included in two rounds of expert consultation. The effective response rates of the questionnaire were all 100%, with an expert authority coefficient of 0.90, Kendall coordination coefficients of 0.089 to 0.179 and 0.101 to 0.176 ( P<0.01). The final established core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses included seven primary indicators and 69 secondary indicators. Conclusions:The core competency indicator system for oncology advanced practice nurses is comprehensive and has the characteristics of specialized oncology nursing, and the construction process is scientific and reliable, laying the foundation for future training of oncology advanced practice nurses.

Objective:To investigate the eye movement characteristics of non-emotional pictures and emotion-al pictures in college students with different self-rating levels of depression. Methods:The Baker Depression Ques-tionnaire(BDI-2)was used to select 20 college students in high score group(BDI-2 score≥ 18 points)and 20 col-lege students in low score group(BDI-2 score ≤2 points). In experiment 1 the different finding tasks were used to investigate the difference of eye movement features between the two groups when viewing non-emotional pic-tures.In experiment 2 the expression recognition tasks were used to investigate the difference of the eye movement features between the two groups when viewing emotional pictures. Results:The results of experiment 1 showed that when completing the judgment task, the fixation times of each interest area of non-emotional images was smaller in the high score group than in the low score group(P<0.01).The results of experiment 2 showed that the reaction time was longer to sad faces than to happy faces in the high score group(P<0.05),and the correct rate to sad faces was higher in the high score group than in the low score group(P<0.05).For the eye interest area, the first fixation arrival time was earlier in the high score group than in the low score group(P<0.001),and the first fixa-tion time and total fixation time were shorter in the high score group than in the low score group(Ps<0.01).Con-clusion:College students with high self-rating level of depression show a decrease of interest when viewing non-e-motional pictures, and show an advantage in processing negative emotional information and avoiding eye gaze when viewing emotional pictures.

Objective:To understand the status of readiness of returning to work for schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 300 patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period who were admitted to a Class ⅢGrade A psychiatric hospital in Jiangsu Province from April 2018 to March 2019. They were surveyed using the Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) and the Readiness for Return-to-work Scale (RRTW) .Results:The RRTW scores of the 300 schizophrenia patients who returned to work during the rehabilitation period from high to low were as follows: the contemplation dimension was (3.18±1.24) , the precontemplation dimension was (2.85±1.07) , the prepared for action-self-evaluative dimension was (2.74±1.03) , the prepared for action-behavioral was (2.14±0.82) . The distribution of the number of people in each dimension from high to low is as follows: contemplation (209 cases) , precontemplation (43 cases) , prepared for action-self-evaluative (37 cases) , prepared for action-behavioral (11 cases) .The results of Pearson correlation analysis show that social disability and social withdrawal, social activities outside the family, activity inside the family, family functions, interest and concern for the outside world, responsibility and planning are negatively correlated with readiness to return to work ( r=-0.222--0.442, P<0.05) . Conclusions:The readiness of schizophrenic patients to return to work during rehabilitation is at a low level. Psychiatric nursing staff should take targeted intervention measures to improve the readiness of patients with schizophrenia to return to work according to the influencing factors of their readiness to return to work.

Objective To summarize seven-year experience in therapy for acute aortic syndrome. Methods Between May 2009 and June 2016,103 patients(75 males and 28 females)diagnosed as acute aortic syndrome underwent operation. The mean age was(43.13 ±15.07)years(20 -79 years). We applied hypothermic circulatory arrest and selective antegrade cerebral perfusion to achieve organic protection.92 patients underwent Sun's procedure.Bentall procedure was performed on 63 patients.9 patients accepted aortic valve repair or root plasty.Mitral valve was replaced in 5 patients.Right coronary artery bypass grafting was carried out on 3 patients. Results Mean cardiopulmonary bypass time was(231.7 ±55.9)min, and cross-clamp time was(138.1 ±31.3)min.Selective cerebral perfusion time was(31.0 ±6.8)min.9 patients died within postoperative 30-days.Conclusion Despite of progression of treatment on acute aortic syndrome, further researches are still required for severe complications and strategies of therapy.

Objective To explore the effects of postoperative nursing on patients′ postoperative safety and and rehabilitation process after total knee arthroplasty ( TKA ) that based on concept of fast-tract surgery (FTS).Methods Totally 200 patients who had surgery for total knee arthroplasty from January 2013 to July 2014 were randomly assigned to the routine group (n=100) and the FTS group (n=100). Patients in the routine group were received routine postoperative nursing, while patients in the FTS group received optimized postoperative nursing that based on FTS concept. The time to start eating after surgery, VAS pain score, the removal time of urethral catheter and drainage tube, the first off-bed activity time after operation, the recover speed of knee joint function and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the routine group, the time to start eating after surgery in the FTS group was (4.56±0.33) h;the removal time of urethral catheter was (15.12±3.43) h; the removal time of drainage tube was (17.43±3.91) h, and they were all shorten ( t=21.82,31.60,14.99;P<0.01) . The pain score in the FTS group within 3 d after surgery was (1.39±1.12), and was lower than that in the routine group (t=10.993,P<0.01); in the FTS group, the first off-bed activity time after surgery was (16.72±2.01)h;the time of actively straight leg raising was (18.2±6.3)h;the time of actively bending knees for 90 degree was (3.5±1.7) h, and they were all markedly advanced (t=57. 23,8.885,4.545;P<0.01) . There were 6 cases of complications that caused by pain in the routine group, while there were none in the FTS group ( P<0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in cases with other complications between two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusions Application of optimization postoperative nursing scheme for total knee arthroplasty based on FTS is safe. It can shorten the time to start eating after surgery, reduce postoperative pain levels, promote the postoperative early ambulation, and has no adverse effect on the incidence of postoperative complications.
