Chronic kidney disease(CKD)will eventually progress to end-stage kidney disease and has become one of the common obstinate diseases in China, which becomes a serious threat to human life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows unique advantages in treating CKD.In the view of Professor Lyu Zhiping, disharmony,in particular the disharmony of yin and yang of kidney, contributes to the core pathogenesis of CKD.Disharmony between kidney and other organs, and disharmony between kidney and exogenous pathogens together with pathological products lead to the complication of yin and yang, superficial and interior, deficiency and excess syndromes in the progression of the disease.Professor Lyu recommended that the clinical medication for CKD should be based on harmonizing therapy by harmonizing shaoyang meridian, harmonizing the spleen and stomach, and harmonizing collaterals and resolving blood stasis, thus to protect kidney function and slow down the progression of CKD.Based on years of clinical experience, professor Lyu formulated the Shen Qi Shenkang Prescription, which aims at primarily tonifying the kidney, and assisting by harmonizing the lung and spleen, clearing heat, removing dampness and eliminating turbid, thus to treat symptoms and root cause simultaneously, and then stronger clinical efficacy for CKD can be achieved.

Objective Network pharmacology and molecular docking technology were used to analyze the potential mechanism of Sinisan(SNS)in the treatment of adolescent depression, and the relevant results were verified by experiments. Methods Through the TCMSP and ETCM databases, the effective chemical components and targets of SNS(Chaihu,Zhishi,Baishao and Gancao)were screened, and the main targets of adolescent depression were screened in the GeneCards and OMIM databases, and the common targets of drugs and disease were obtained by Venn diagram.Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to draw the Chinese herb-active ingredient-target action network of SNS.The STRING platform was used to construct a portein-protein interaction network(PPI)of drug-disease-common targets, and the core targets were obtained after screening. The Metascape platform was used to perform enrichment analysis of core targets.Molecular docking was carried out through the software AutoDockTools 1.5.7 to evaluate the binding ability of effective active ingredients to potential core targets.Western blotting(WB)experiments were used to verify the potential targets of SNS against adolescent depression. Results The core effective active ingredients of SNS in the treatment of adolescent depression include quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, paeoniflorin, etc.,and the potential core targets including AKT1,IL-6,PPARG,PTGS2,F7,etc.,were identified through PPI network topology analysis. The molecular docking results showed that the active substance had strong binding activity to its main target.WB experiments verified that AKT1,IL-1B and IL-6 were potential targets related to anti-adolescent depression. The main biological processes of PPI network four inverse dispersion in the treatment of adolescent depression include hormone response, and the main signaling pathways regulated such as AGE-RAGE and PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. Conclusion This study preliminarily confirmed the effective active ingredients and target information of SNS treatment in adolescent depression, and revealed the potential mechanism of SNS in the treatment of adolescent depression.

Objective To verify the effectiveness of the"10S"management method in improving the efficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. Methods A controlled experiment was conducted to compare the expenditure on daily supplies, the environment of the place, the pharmacists'competence in pharmacy services, the quality and efficiency of the dispensing work, the error rate of dispensing, and the patients'satisfaction to the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, using the period before the implementation of the"10S"management(January to July 2022)as the control group and the period after the implementation of the"10S"management(January to July 2023)as the experimental group. Results After the implementation of the"10S"management,the daily expenditure of the Chinese medicine pharmacy was reduced, the place was tidy and orderly, the pharmacists'competence in pharmacy services was significantly improved, the quality and efficiency of the dispensing work were significantly improved, the dispensing error rate was reduced, and the patients'satisfaction was further enhanced. The data showed that the dispensing time of the Chinese medicine pharmacy was reduced from(7.77±0.21)min to(6.64±0.27)min during the busy phase, and the average dispensing time was reduced from(32.44±1.32)min to(17.05±2.23)min during the busy phase. Conclusion The"10S"management method is recommended to be promoted in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies to improve the efficiency and service quality of Chinese pharmacists.
