Objective Calculus Bovis(CB)is a kind of valuable traditional Chinese medicine,which has been used in clinic for a long time.It has been shown to have significant anti-stroke,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.But its mechanism for treating Prostate cancer(PCa)remains unclear.The purpose of this study was to explore the target and mechanism of its action in the treatment of prostate cancer throμgh network pharmacology and in vitro and in vivo experiments.Methods The effective compounds of Calculus Bovis were collected by TCM pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP).Search for potential compound targets in TCMSP.Search the Drμgbank,GeneCards,OMIM,PharmGkb,and TTD databases for disease targets associated with prost cancer.Disease and compound targets were integrated in the STRING database to construct their interaction network(PPI)to reveal the key targets of compound treatment for prostate cancer.In order to elucidate the mechanism of Calculus Bovis in the treatment of prostate cancer,GO functional enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were conducted using Cytoscape software.The mechanism of treating prostate cancer with Calculus Bovis was studied in vitro and in vivo.Results A total of 11 compounds with anti-prostate cancer activity were identified.Oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,ergosterol,deoxycorticosterone,methylcholine and cholverdin were potential effective components.A total of 367 targets of Calculus Bovis compounds and 2152 targets of prostate cancer were found.The core targets of Calculus Bovis in the treatment of prostate cancer included TP53,STAT3,AKT1,HSP90AA1,ESR1,SRC,JUN,RELA,CCND1,CDKN1A,EGFR,AR,etc.The biological functions of Calculus Bovis mainly involve oxidative stress response,response to steroid hormones,cell response to chemical stress,peptide-serine modification and phosphorylation,and protein serine/threonine kinase activity.Calculus Bovis treatment of prostate cancer mainly involves PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,etc.In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that Calculus Bovis promoted apoptosis of PC3 cells of prostate cancer by inhibiting PI3K-AKT signaling pathway.Conclusion Calculus Bovis has a therapeutic effect on prostate cancer,and its function is related to inhibiting PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and promoting apoptosis of cancer cells.

Objective:To investigate the status quo of professional identity of nursing undergraduates in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors and to provide basis for carrying out professional identity education of nursing undergraduates.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 726 nursing undergraduates from four undergraduate colleges in Beijing from June to September 2020 were selected as research objects. General information questionnaire, Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students (PIQNS) and Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Nurse Students (PSQNS) were used to investigate them. A total of 726 questionnaires were distributed and 615 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results:The total scores of PIQNS and PSQNS among 615 nursing undergraduates in Beijing were respectively 55.00 (36.00, 66.00) and 86.00 (60.00, 101.00) . There was a positive correlation between PIQNS total score and PSQNS total score of nursing undergraduates ( r=0.928, P<0.01) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, whether there was a class tenure, whether he was an only child, reasons for attending nursing major and whether he had clinical practice or internship experience were the influencing factors of professional identity of nursing undergraduates in Beijing ( P<0.01) , which could explain 17.6% of the total variation. Conclusions:The professional identity of nursing undergraduates in Beijing is at the medium level and still needs to be improved. Nursing educators should pay attention to the emotional and psychological status of nursing undergraduates and take appropriate measures to provide vocational education for nursing undergraduates, so as to further improve their professional identity.

Objective To reduce flight accidents and ensure aviation safety by comparing the combination effects of three attitude directional indicator (ADI ) designs and two reference frames [moving horizon (MH) and moving aircraft (MA)] on the operation of aircraft unusual attitude recovery. Methods The simulated recovery experiments were carried out by E-prime programming the interactively matched pictures that were presented by the regular perspective-view aircraft symbol (PAS) under unusual flight altitude and two reference frames that referenced MH and MA.The subjects were 34 male college students in the full-time military academy ,with average age of (22.43 ± 1.32) years old.The experiment was done based on 2×3×4 intra-test design.The combination of 2 reference frames and 3 ADI styles produced six displays and each of them corresponded to 8 rotation altitudes.Totally 48 pictures were displayed.During learning phase , the usual or unusual flight altitude pictures were presented to the subjects and the recovery operation was instructed to press the＂F＂key for the recovery to the left and the ＂J＂ key to the right.During training phase ,4 unusual flight altitude pictures were presented to the subjects.When the subjects were able to correctly judge these 4 pictures they were thought to be ready for the formal experiment.In formal experiment ,48 pictures were randomly presented to the subjects and the reaction time and the number of correct recovery were recorded. Results The intra-group variance analysis with reaction time as the dependent variable indicated that the effect of the interaction between ADI style and reference frame on subjects′reaction time was statistically significant ,[F(2 ,66)＝6.267 , P＝0.003 ,η2 ＝0.160].The combination of conventional ADI format and PAS format with MA reference frame showed better matched effect.The intra-group analysis of the variance with correct rate as the dependent variable indicated that the effect of interaction between the ADI style and the reference frame on subjects′correct rate was statistically significant [F(2 ,66)＝ 12.018 , P ＜ 0.001 ,η2 ＝ 0.267].The MH reference frame matched with 3 ADI formats showed better results than the CMD-MA display and the CON-MA display.PAS-MA design also showed good performance. Conclusions ① Two new ADI formats (CMD ,PAS) show certain advantages that traditional and conventional ADI format (CON) does not have.②The M H reference frame has the advantage on overall correct recovery rate.③The study theoretically recommends the PAS-MA display design.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of speckle-tracking echocardiography in detecting left atrial (LA) function impairment in early hypertensive (HT) patients.Methods Echocardiography was performed in 154 HT patients with LA volume index ＜28 ml/m2 and 64 age/gender-matched control subjects.LA global longitudinal strain in late diastole (Sa),systole (Ss),and total strain (Stot =Sa + Ss),strain rate in late diastole (SRa),systole (SRs),and early diastole (SRe) were measured using off-line speckle-tracking analyzing software in apical 4 chamber view.Results Both parameters reflecting LA reservoir function [Stot (23.7 ± 6.0) ％ vs (25.7 ± 5.9) ％,p =0.03 and SRs ( 1.2 ± 0.3) s- 1 vs ( 1.3 ±0.3) s-1,P =0.03]and conduit function [Ss (12.0 ± 5.1)％ vs (14.0±5.7)％,P =0.02 and SRe (1.0 ± 0.4)s- 1 vs ( 1.2 ± 0.4)s- 1,p ＜0.001 ]decreased significantly in HT group than control,while LA pump function parameters (Sa and SRa) had no differences.Ss,Stot and SRe correlated significantly with HT and HT duration.Conclusions LA phasic function are impaired in HT patients with normal LA size.Speckle tracking echocardiography is a promising tool for the early detection of LA dysfunction.
