Through molecular docking and experimental validation,24 SPF male KM mice were ran-domly divided into four groups:the control group(CON),model group(LPS),high-dose Yang Shuhua group(YSH-H),which was gavaged with drug solution containing 1 g/mL crude Yang Shuhua, and the low-dose Yang Shuhua group(YSH-L),which was gavaged with drug solution containing 0.5 g/mL crude Yang Shuhua for a 17-day experimental period.Mouse body weight was recorded during the experiment, and fecal scoring was done 1 h after intraperitoneal injection of LPS.At the end of the experiment, histopathological changes in the jejunum tissue were examined, and the expression of tight junction protein-related genes was detected.Compared to the CON group, mice in the LPS group showed significant decreases in villus height, villus height/crypt depth(V/C)ratio(P<0.01),and significant increase in crypt depth(P<0.01).The mRNA ex-pression levels of ZO-1 and claudin-1 were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared to the LPS group, mice in the YSH-H group showed significant decrease in crypt depth(P<0.05),significant increase in villus height(P<0.05),and significant increase in V/C ratio(P<0.01).The YSH-L group showed a significant increase in V/C ratio(P<0.05),a trend of decreased crypt depth, and an increasing trend of villus height. The mRNA expression of ZO-1 in the YSH-H group showed a significant increase(P<0.05)and claudin-1 showed an increasing trend.Luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol, eriodictyol, and the top 5 potential key targets TP53,IL-1β,TNF,AKT1,and IL-10 exhibited molecular docking scores less than-20.95 kJ/mol,indicating strong activity.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis suggested that Yang Shuhua compounds might act on enteritis through the TNF signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway, and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. The qPCR results showed an upward trend in the mRNA expression levels of TLR4 and AKT1,significant in-crease in Caspase-1 and ASC(P<0.05),and significantly increased expression of NF-κB and NL-RP3(P<0.01).The mRNA expression level of AKT1,TLR4,NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1,and NF-κB decreased compared to the LPS group, with significant differences in Caspase-1 and NF-κB(P<0.05).This study suggests that Yang Shuhua exerts anti-enteritis effects through multiple compo-nents and pathways, with blockade of the TLR4-AKT-NF-κB pathway possibly being a key thera-peutic mechanism for treating enteritis.

ObjectiveTo explore the sensory processing characteristics of preschool children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and to provide a theoretical basis for early screening and intervention training of ASD. MethodsA total of 215 preschool children with ASD and170 typically developed (TD) children were investigated with a basic situation questionnaire and sensory processing measure (SPM). The two groups were stratified according to age and gender, and the differences of scores in sensory domains were compared to analyze the sensory processing characteristics of preschool children with ASD. ResultsThe scores of social participation, vision, hearing, touch, taste and smell, body awareness, balance and motion, planning and ideas, and total sensory system in children with ASD were all higher than those in children with TD (all P<0.01). The highest degree of abnormality was found in hearing and the lowest degree in taste and smell in children with ASD. The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that in the 4-year-old and 5-year-old children with ASD, the scores of vision (rs=-0.200, P= 0.033) and hearing (rs=-0.194, P=0.040) decreased with age. There was no correlation between the scores of other developmental quotients and age (all P>0.05). Boys and girls with ASD had higher scores in all developmental quotients than TD children (P<0.01). However, there was no significant gender difference in any developmental quotients of ASD children (all P>0.05). ConclusionSensory processing abnormalities are common in preschool children with ASD, which are different from those of TD children in multiple sensory domains. Sensory processing abnormalities may be used as an indicator for early screening of ASD, and it is necessary to conduct corresponding intervention training for sensory processing abnormalities in children with ASD.

Objective:To systematically review the effect of information technology-based transitional care on the treatment effect of children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) , so as to provide a reliable scientific basis for their out-of-hospital transitional care. Methods:Randomized controlled trial (RCT) of information technology continued nursing intervention for children and adolescents with T1DM in PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI and other databases were searched by computer. The retrieval time was from the establishment of databases to July 31, 2021. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature was screened and data was extracted. Cochrane was used to evaluate the risk of bias for literature quality. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software, and subgroup analysis was conducted on intervention methods, duration and intervention objects of different ages. Results:Finally, a total of 12 literatures were included, and the quality of literatures was medium. A total of 1 353 cases were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences in the glycated hemoglobin value and the incidence of acute complications between the information technology transitional care group and the traditional nursing group ( P<0.05) . Subgroup analysis showed that different intervention methods (App, Internet platform) and duration of intervention had significant differences in the effect of out-of-hospital treatment for children and adolescents with T1DM ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The use of information technology-based transitional care can improve out-of-hospital glycosylated hemoglobin value and reduce the incidence of acute complications in children and adolescents with T1DM. Different intervention methods (App, Internet platform) and different intervention time can improve the out-of-hospital treatment effect of children and adolescents with T1DM. It is suggested to promote information technology continuation care in out-of-hospital treatment of children and adolescents with T1DM.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of breathing training method and time on postoperative pneumonia in patients with lung cancer, so as to provide a reference for postoperative pneumonia prevention and control. Methods:A systematic retrieval of PubMed, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI and other databases was conducted to collect RCTS of lung cancer patients undergoing respiratory training combined with respiratory trainers on the basis of routine nursing during perioperative period. The retrieval period was from the establishment of database to April 2021. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature was screened and extracted, and literature quality was evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results:Finally, a total of 9 RCT articles were included, including 1 239 cases of lung cancer surgery patients. Among them, there were 624 cases in the control group and 615 cases in the intervention group. Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional nursing, combined breathing training with breathing trainer could reduce the incidence of postoperative pneumonia [ RR=0.38, 95% CI (0.26, 0.57) , P<0.000 01]. Combined breathing trainer intervention for 1 week [ RR=0.27, 95% CI (0.14, 0.52) , P<0.000 1], intervention frequency for more than 4 times /d[ RR=0.36, 95% CI (0.23, 0.57) , P<0.000 1], duration of single breathing training for more than or equal to 15 min[ RR=0.34, 95% CI (0.20, 0.58) , P<0.000 1) reduced the incidence of pneumonia in patients. Conclusions:In the perioperative period, respiratory training combined with respiratory trainer on the basis of routine nursing, training frequency for more than 4 times /d, duration of single breathing training for more than or equal to 15 min can improve lung function of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical application.
