OBJECTIVE
To establish a method for determination cinoxate and other 30 kinds of sunscreen agents in sunscreen cosmetics by HPLC.
METHODS
Twenty-one fat-soluble sunscreen agents(1#−21#) were ultrasonically extracted by the mixed solution of methanol-tetrahydrofuran(1∶1), 10 kinds of water-soluble sunscreen agents(22#−31#) were ultrasonically extracted by the mixed solution of methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water(2∶3∶5) from the samples. Agilent Zorbax SB C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used to separate cinoxate and other fat-soluble sunscreen agents(1#−20#), Agilent Zorbax SB C18(2.1 mm× 100 mm, 3.5 μm) column was used to separate polysiloxane-15(21 #) , Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used to separate 10 water-soluble sunscreen agents. Methanol-isopropanol-water, isopropanol-tetrahydrofuran-water, and methanol-acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L−1 ammonium acetate solution(add phosphoric acid to adjust pH to 5.0) were used as mobile phase in gradient elution respectively. The flow rates were 1.2, 0.5, 1.0 mL·min−1. The detection wavelengths were 358nm(7 #, 11 #) , 295 nm(23#−25#, 27#−31#), 311 nm(other components). The injection volumes were 5 µL(polysiloxane-15) and 10 µL(other component), the column temperature was set at 30℃.
RESULTS
The linear relationships(r>0.9999) of 31 sunscreen agents were good in corresponding concentration range. The limit of detection were in the range of 0.002%−0.02%. The recoveries of two substrates at three different supplemental levels ranged from 92.4% to 110.3%, with the RSDs of 0.02%−4.5%. Forty batches of domestic and imported sunscreen cosmetics were determined by this method, 17 kinds of approved sunscreen agents were detected, of which polysiloxane-15 were detected in 10 batches of samples. By comparing with the current method in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition) , it was found that the extraction efficiency of fat-soluble sunscreen agents was superior to the current method, the stability of drometrizole trisiloxan was improved, cinoxate, polysiloxane-15 and other 7 kinds of sunscreens were added.
CONCLUSION
This method is accurate, sensitive and reliable, which can be used for the detection and analysis of sunscreen in sunscreen cosmetics.

Based on the analysis of heart rate variability(HRV),a prediction method for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)attacks is proposed.A new adaptive filtering technique is used for smoothing and coarse graining of HRV,followed by entropy-based quantification of HRV complexity at multiple adaptive scales. After the features are normalized by Min-Max,feature subsets are selected by sequential forward selection method, and then input to support vector machine to identify HRV types and predict PAF attacks.Through 5-fold cross-validation on a set of 50 HRV sequences each lasting 5 minutes, the optimal prediction results are obtained:98%accuracy,100%sensitivity,96%specificity,demonstrating excellent performance. In addition, the experiment shows significant changes(P<0.05)in the complexity eigenvalues of HRV far away from and close to PAF at different frequency bands, reflecting alterations in nervous system regulation of cardiac rhythm and a decline in the ability to adapt to external environmental changes such as stress regulation.

Ureteral stents play an important role in the treatment of ureteral strictures. It supports the narrow urethra and ensures the smooth flow of urine, thus alleviating the impact of ureteral stricture on kidney function. Traditional ureteral stents are prone to complications such as stones, bacterial infections, inflammation, and restenosis when indwelling in the body. This paper reviews the performance requirements of ureteral stents, introduces ureteral stents of different structures, functions, materials, and preparation as well as processing techniques, and analyzes the key problems and future research directions of ureteral stents, which provides a reference basis for the research of ideal ureteral stents.

【Objective】 To reveal possible mechanisms of miRNA in diabetic hepatopathy through bioinformatics method. 【Methods】 Subset data of miRNA and their matched mRNAs in the liver of STZ-induced diabetic mice and the normal liver tissues of congenial mice by detecting on microarrays were collected from GEO database; information from the database and bioinformatics analysis were applied to mine a batch of miRNAs in diabetic hepatopathy and targeted mRNAs regulated. Then qRT-PCR was used to verify the expressions of miRNAs in diabetic liver from 20 STZ-treated Kunming mice and 10 normal homologous mice. 【Results】 Via detection and analysis, miRNAs differentially expressed (including 96 up-regulated and 77 down-regulated) were significantly obtained. Groups of miRNAs and their effectors (mRNAs) that may be related to the pathological process of diabetic liver disease in mice were screened by GO and KEGG enrichment analyses, combined with relevant protein annotations in the databases and references. The expressions of miR-200a-3p, miR-200b-3p and miR-222-3p in the mice’s liver tissue detected by qRT-PCR were significantly down-regulated. In addition, the expressions of related effector genes CERS6, MYBL1, SCD2, SLCO1A4 and PLK2 were up-regulated, while the expressions of ACSS2, BCL6 and SLC10A2 were down-regulated. 【Conclusion】 The variation trend of those candidate miRNAs in mouse diabetic liver compared with that in control livers was consistent with that of the previous studies and prediction, which revealed their potential molecular regulation in this disease process.

Objective:To understand the infection status and elimination of anal human papillomavirus (HPV) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Methods:The sample size formula in cohort study, a dynamic cohort study method, was used, with the sample size estimated to be 712 according to the new infection rate of HPV16. With the help from non-government organzitions in Urumqi, we recruited 810 MSMs by the snowballing method, and a follow-up program was carried every six months. Anal exfoliated cells were collected to analyze HPV type 16 and 18 infection rates. For statistical analyses, Poisson regression was used to estimate the density of new infections and persistent infections. Cox proportional hazard model was used to explore the influencing factors on both new and persistent infections and the diseases' natural clearing. Results:A total of 810 MSM were recruited, and 482 MSMs with the number of follow-ups more than 2 times were included in the analysis, with the total follow-up numbers as 994.7 person-years. The median number of follow-up and follow-up times was 4 ( P 25, P 75:3,5) times , and 2.2 ( P 25, P 75:1.8, 2.6) years. The baseline infection rates of HPV16 and HPV18 were 8.5% (41/482) and 3.3% (16/482), respectively. And the baseline mixed infection rate of the two types was 0.6% (3/482). The first new infection densities of HPV16 and HPV18 were 10.06 (95% CI:8.12-12.45)/100 person-years and 5.24 (95% CI:3.95-6.96)/100 person-years. The rate of natural infection clearance of HPV16 and HPV18 were 71.2% (89/125) and 71.8% (46/64), respectively. The natural clearance rate of HPV18 after 1.5 years follow-up was higher than HPV16 (97.7% vs. 94.1%). The persistent infection rate of HPV16 and HPV18 were 4.5% (20/441) and 1.7% (8/466), respectively. The risk of persistent HPV16 infection among unmarried subjects was lower than that of married subjects (a HR=0.29,95% CI:0.12-0.71). The natural clearance rate of HPV18 without condom use in anal intercourse in the last six months was 2.63 times higher than that of condom use (95% CI:1.08-6.42). Conclusions:HPV16 and 18 new infections are more common among MSM in Urumqi, and the natural clearance rate is higher. Compared with HPV18, HPV16 has a higher density of new and persistent infections, a low natural clearance rate, and a greater risk of the diseases.

Objective:To summarize the effect of Chinese Children′s Cancer Group (CCCG) Wilms tumor (WT)-2015 protocol. Methods:This was a prospective study. CCCG-WT-2015 protocol was revised on the basis of the CCCG-WT-2009 protocol. Clinical data of 288 children diagnosed with newly diagnosed kidney neoplasms in fourteen pediatric centers between September 2015 to December 2018 were summarized. The age of onset, distribution of pathological subtypes, staging, curative effect and prognostic factors of these children were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival curve and Log-Rank method was used for univariate analysis. Results:Among 288 cases with kidney neoplasms, there were 261 cases of WT, including 254 cases (97.3%) with favorable histology (FH) WT and 7 cases (2.7%) with unfavorable histology WT (UFHWT). The 3 year events free survival (EFS) rate for FHWT and UFHWT were (88.9±2.1)% and (80.0±17.9)%, which were better than that in WT-2009 (81.2% and 71.7%). In the 96 cases of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ FHWT with indications for radiotherapy, 76 cases received radiation, another 20 cases received M protocol chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, etoposide, gentamycin, vincristine and adriamycin) instead of radiation. The 3 year EFS rate for these two groups were (84.7±4.3)% and (84.7±8.1)%(χ 2=0.015, P=0.902). There were 22 renal clear cell sarcoma and 5 malignant rhabdoid tumor, 3 year EFS rate of them was (94.4±5.4)% and (20.0±17.9)%. Univariate analysis was performed for age, gender, pathological type, stage, whether rupture occurred during operation, whether complete remission (CR) occurred at the end of treatment and radiotherapy. Pathological types (χ 2=44.329, P<0.01) and failure to achieve CR at the end of the treatment (χ 2=49.459, P<0.01) were independent factor for predicting survival. Conclusion:Compared with CCCG-WT-2009, treatment of renal tumors in CCCG-WT-2015 study yielded good survival outcome, which can be further applied.

Objective:To study the distribution of pathogenic microorganisms in the ocular fluid of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and infectious uveitis. Methods:It was a retrospective case analysis. From June 2018 to December 2019, 31 AIDS patients with infectious uveitis who were hospitalized or outpatient at Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center were included in the study. Among them, there were 30 males and 1 female; the average age was 38.51±11.17 years. There were 20 cases of panuveitis, 10 cases of posterior uveitis, and 1 case of infectious endophthalmitis. Serum CD4 +T lymphocyte count (CD4 +TC) were 0 - 239/μl during the same period. The second-generation gene sequencing technology was used to detect the collected intraocular fluid. Among 31 specimens, aqueous humor and vitreous humor were 27 and 4 respectively. Results:Among 31 specimens, 18 samples (58.1%, 18/31) of cytomegalovirus (CMV) were detected; varicella-zoster virus (VZV) were detected in 5 samples (16.1%, 5/31); Epstein-Barr virus were detected in 9 samples (29.0%, 9/31); human beta herpes virus type 6 (HHV6) were detected in 3 samples (9.7%, 3/31), human papillary molluscum virus (HPV), human polyoma virus, type G hepatitis virus were separately detected in 1 sample (3.2%, 1/31), all coexisting with other microorganisms. Parvovirus were detedcted in 8 samples (25.8%, 8/31); treponema pallidum were detedcted in 5 samples (16.1%, 5/31); toxoplasma gondii and Harmon coccidia were detedcted in 1 sample (3.2%, 1/31); synitelium Polycarpum were detedcted in 1 sample (3.2%, 1/31); mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, fungi, and microbacteria coexist were detedcted in 1 sample (3.2%, 1/31). Among the 18 CMV specimens, the number of gene sequences was more than 1059 (50.0%), and 104-1055 (27.7%). Among the 5 specimens of VZV, the number of gene sequences was>1044 (80.0%). In one specimen, the mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, fungi, and microbacteria coexist, and the number of gene sequences were all <100. The number of gene sequences of HHV6, HPV, human polyoma virus, type G virus, and parvovirus in all specimens was small. Among 31 specimens, 15 (48.4%) of pathogenic microorganisms were detected at least 2 species. Conclusions:CMV and VZV are the main pathogenic microorganisms of infective uveitis in patients with serum CD4 +TC <100/μl; treponema pallidum, toxoplasma gondii or other protozoa, mycobacterium tuberculosis, and fungi cause more infectious uveitis which are common in AIDS patients with serum CD4 +TC >100/μl. The coexistence of two or more microorganisms can be detected in the intraocular fluid of AIDS patients with infectious uveitis.
