Objective Based on the visualization graph analysis of the research hotspots of Angelica sinensis, predict the future research trends, and provide references for the next step of Angelica sinensis research. Methods Chinese and English literatures on Angelica sinensis collected from CNKI, WanFang, VIP and Web of Science from 2012 to 2022 were retrieved. CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to perform visualization econometrics analysis on the number of publications, authors, institutions, journals, keywords and other topics. Results 3490 Chinese literatures and 409 English literatures were included. Visual knowledge map analysis showed that Gansu University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were the research institutions with the largest number of literature publications in Chinese and English respectively. Journals published mainly include Shizhen Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia medica, Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Current research hotspots include the effects of Angelica sinensis polysaccharides, volatile oils, and ferulic acid on the hematopoietic system, chronic diseases, and cognitive impairment, as well as clinical efficacy evaluations of classic prescriptions containing Angelica sinensis and their modified formulations. The research trend was characterized by a focus on the pharmacological study of Danggui Buxue Tang,employing various experimental approaches such as network pharmacology, serum pharmacology, and metabolomics to elucidate the mechanisms of Angelica sinensis. Conclusion The pharmacological effects of Angelica sinensis and its compound were extensive, which should be further researched.

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a clinically significant complication in elderly patients, largely driven by surgery-induced neuroinflammation. The cyclic GMP-AMP synthase-stimulator of interferon genes (cGAS-STING) pathway, a crucial regulator of innate immunity, has been implicated in neuroinflammatory activation. This study investigated whether electroacupuncture (EA) improves POCD by modulating this pathway in aged rats. Aged male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to sevoflurane anesthesia and splenectomy to establish a POCD model. Animals were divided into sham, POCD, POCD+EA, and POCD+EA+cGAS inhibitor groups. The EA groups received stimulation at Baihui (Governor Vessel 20 (GV20)), Neiguan (Pericardium 6 (PC6)), and Zusanli (Stomach 36 (ST36)) acupoints. Cognitive function was evaluated using the Morris water maze, while hippocampal expression of cGAS-STING pathway components and downstream effectors—interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), and interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β)—was assessed by Western blot. Cellular localization was determined by immunofluorescence staining. Compared with the Sham group, rats in the POCD group showed significant impairments in spatial memory, accompanied by upregulated protein expression of cGAS, STING, NF-κB, IRF3, and IL-1β in the hippocampus. Upon pathway activation, cGAS and STING proteins were predominantly co-localized with neurons, and their fluorescence intensity in the hippocampus was markedly increased. These behavioral deficits and molecular alterations were partially reversed in both the POCD+EA and POCD+EA+inhibitor groups. Electroacupuncture alleviates POCD in aged rats by inhibiting hippocampal cGAS-STING pathway activation and reducing neuroinflammation, suggesting a promising non-pharmacological strategy for POCD management.

With the deepening of the public hospital reform and the implementation of a series of policies,the external environment of the hospital has undergone profound changes,and the operation and management of the hospital has faced unprecedented pressure.Against this background,the case hospital has set up a special operation management team,established an operation evaluation index system that integrates business and finance,written an analysis report on"one policy for one department",set up an"operation management MDT clinic",and issued a list of operation problems to functional departments.A series of measures,such as the establishment of a set of operation management system with multi-line synergy,big data support,lean operation and evidence-based decision-making,have strongly guaranteed the scientific decision-making and efficient implementation of the hospital's operation management,and played a good role in the hospital's medical business,operation efficiency,cost structure,and management of the medical insurance fund,etc.The practical exploration of the operation management model has further improved the medical service level of the hospital and accelerated the pace of improving quality and increasing efficiency of the hospital.It is necessary to pay more attention to the refined management,continuously optimize the operation management system,and continuously promote the high-quality development of the hospital.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate and integrate the evidence related to postoperative exercise rehabilitation for hip fracture in elderly frail patients, and provide reference for clinical rehabilitation nursing.Methods:Evidence on postoperative exercise rehabilitation of hip fractures in elderly frail patients was systemically retrieved in the guideline websites, professional association websites and databases, such as BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Embase, Chinese Biomedical Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang and VIP, including Best practices, guidelines, clinical decisions, evidence summaries, systematic reviews, and expert consensus. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to March 31, 2024.Results:A total of 33 articles were involved, including 12 guidelines, 2 clinical decisions, 7 systematic reviews, 7 expert consensuses, 5 evidence summaries. Forty pieces of evidence were summarized in 7 aspects: the role of exercise, exercise assessment, exercise planning, exercise content, exercise intensity, exercise adherence, exercise nursing, exercise guidance.Conclusions:Healthcare professionals should combine patients' tolerance, rehabilitation goals, and specific clinical situations to target and guide patients in exercise rehabilitation to promote the recovery of postoperative limb function, mitigate frailty, and improve the quality of life.

Objective To explore method for improving the colonization efficiency of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the mouse stomach and to determine if the proton pump inhibitor(PPI)pantoprazole can act as a colonization adjuvant to enhance Hp colonization,with the aim of providing an effective tool for establishing an Hp infection mouse model.Methods The Hp Sydney strain 1(SS1)was introduced and solid plate and liquid culture systems were established.The effects of different doses of pantoprazole on gastric acid secretion in mice were compared.The impact of Hp inoculation,alone or combined with pantoprazole pretreatment,on Hp colonization efficiency was analyzed using rapid urease tests,bacterial plate cultures,and TaqMan quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results PPI pretreatment inhibited gastric acid secretion and promoted Hp colonization in the mouse stomach,to some extent.Conclusions PPI can serve as colonization adjuvants to enhanc e the efficiency of constructing Hp infection mouse models.

Objective To evaluate and summarise the best evidence on non-pharmacological preventive measures for lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecologic malignancy so as to provide an evidence-based guidance for prevention of lower limb lymphedema.Methods Systematic searches were conducted from inception to 31th January,2024 on databases of UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),the Oncology Nursing Society(ONS),Guidelines International Network(GIN),China Guideline Clearinghouse,Medlive,National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN),Registered Nurses Association of Ontario(RNAO),American Society of Clinical Oncology(ASCO),European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO),Cancer Australia(CA),National Lymphedema Network(NLN),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),Lymphedema Support Network(LSN),International Society of Lymphology(ISL),International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care,Lymphedema Association of Ontario,Lymphoedema United,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,OVID,Embase,CINAHL,VIP,Wangfang Data,CNKI and SinoMed for the relevant evidence in non-pharmacological preventive measures for lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignancy.Two researchers evaluated the quality of clinical decisions,expert consensus,systematic reviews and randomised controlled trials,while four investigators assessed the quality of the guidelines.Another two researchers performed data extraction and evidence summary.Results A total of 17 articles were included,comprising two clinical decisions,two guidelines,two systematic reviews,seven expert consensuses,one evidence summary,three randomised controlled trials.A total of 32 pieces of evidence were summarised across eight dimensions:prevention timing,evaluation element,general self-care,skin care,manual lymphatic drainage,compression therapy,exercise and health education.Conclusion This study provides an evidence-based guidance for prevention of lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignancy.Healthcare professionals should apply the best evidences based on the conditions,preferences,resource allocation,and other factors of the patients,to reduce limb lymphedema and improve the quality of life of the patients.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection(LTBI)in hospitalized patients of a tertiary general hospital and investigate the current status of related comorbidities.METHODS The clinical data were collected from the 14 448 hospitalized patients who received tuberculin skin test(TST)or interferon-gamma release assay(IGRA)in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from Jan.1,2022 to Dec.31,2023,and the results were assessed.RESULTS The detection rate of LTBI was 23.62％(3413/14448)among the hospitalized patients who received the tests,and the rate of definite diagnosis was only 4.22％(144/3413).88.40％(3017/3413)of the hospitalized patients with LTBI had at least one type of comorbidity,and the top 5 comorbidities were in turn as follows:high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,malignant tumors and rheumatic immune disea-ses;the number of comorbidities was increased with the age(x2=291.199,P＜0.001).The rheumatic immune disease(73/144,50.69％)was the most common type of comorbidity among the hospitalized patients with definite diagnosis of LTBI,and less than half of the patients(66/144,45.83％)were treated in rheumatology and immu-nology department.CONCLUSION The two-way screening of LTBI and comorbidities is the core premise for the standardized management of LTBI.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of a fixed exoskeleton robot with that of an exoskeleton walker in training the balance of stroke survivors in the subacute stage.Methods:Thirty persons with subacute stroke were divided at random into a fixed robot group (15 cases) and a walking robot group (15 cases). In addition to conventional rehabilitation treatment, the fixed robot group underwent daily 20-minute treadmill-based fixed exoskeleton robot training, 5 days a week for 2 weeks. The walking group was trained with an exoskeleton walking robot on the same schedule. Before and after the treatment, the Berg balance scale, the sitting modified functional stretch test (SMFRT), an isokinetic muscle strength test and the modified Barthel index (MBI) were used to evaluate the subjects′ global balance, self-dynamic balance, knee proprioception and ability in the activities of daily living (ADL).Results:After the treatment, both groups′ average Berg score, SMFRT extension difference, proprioceptive absolute error angle in the affected knee and MBI had improved significantly. The average SMFRT extension difference after treatment in the walker group was then significantly better than the fixed robot group′s average. However, the fixed robot group′s proprioception in the affected knee joint was then significantly better, on average, than among the walking robot group.Conclusions:Both fixed exoskeleton robot training and exoskeleton walker training can improve the balance, proprioception and ADL ability after a stroke. The former better improves dynamic balance; the latter better improves proprioception in the affected knee joint.

Objective:To explore the effect of anterior traction orthodontic treatment in adolescents with bone type Ⅲ malocclusion of different bone ages.Methods:Two hundred patients with bony class Ⅲ malocclusion admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the Zhangjiakou First Hospital were prospectively selected as the research subjects; An experienced physician divided the research subjects into the Cvs1 stage group ( n=54), the Cvs2 stage group ( n=56), the Cvs3 stage group ( n=47), and the Cvs4 stage group ( n=43) based on the morphological changes of the second, third, and fourth cervical vertebrae in the modified cervical spine analysis method. Before and after orthodontic treatment, X-ray lateral cranial films were taken respectively to compare the indicators of the upper airway and the structural indicators of the temporomandibular joint. Results:The nasopharyngeal volume (NPvolume), nasopharyngeal minimum cross-sectional area (NParea), and nasopharyngeal minimum cross-sectional sagittal diameter (NPsag) of the four groups of adolescents after treatment all increased significantly compared with those before treatment (all P<0.05), especially the increase was the most obvious in the Cvs3 stage group ( P<0.05). In the Cvs1 stage group, Cvs2 stage group, and Cvs3 stage group, except for the Y-axis to Mandibular first molar (Y-Mn6), Overbite, and the ratio of the Angle between the Posterior maxillary vertical to Occlusal plane angle (PMV/OP), there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment (all P>0.05). The differences in other items before and after treatment were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Anterior traction orthodontic treatment has a significant effect on adolescents of different bone ages with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion, and can improve the maxillofacial structure and the position of the temporomandibular joint. There are differences in therapeutic effects among different bone age groups, and the effect of the Cvs3 stage group is the most obvious. These results provide important reference basis for clinical treatment decisions.

This study was aimed at exploring the epidemic characteristics and spatio-temporal evolution patterns of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)in Henan Province from 2011 to 2022,to provide a reference for prevention and control ef-forts.Data on SFTS in Henan Province from 2011 to 2022 were collected from the Information Management System for Infectious Dis-ease Reporting,and epidemiological characteristics and spatio-temporal evolution patterns were investigated through spatial autocorre-lation analysis,standard deviation ellipse analysis,and spatial-centered transfer curves,on a district-county basis.From 2011 to 2022,a total of 5 471 SFTS cases associated with 81 deaths were reported in Henan Province.The incidence rate showed an increasing trend(χ2trend=23.24,P<0.001),and the average annual incidence was 0.4 677/100 000.The case-fatality rate showed a decreasing trend from 2011 to 2019(χ2trend=8.86,P=0.003),but an increasing trend from 2020 to 2022(χ2trend=12.93,P<0.001).The average an-nual case-fatality rate was 1.48%.The peak incidence period was from May to July;this period accounted for 58.75%of the total cases.Females(59.39%),individuals 60-80 years old(55.40%),and farmers(96.64%)were the high prevalence groups.The disease was distributed primarily in Xinyang City,and Shangcheng County had the highest incidence rate(27.411 8/100 000).Spatial aggregation was observed in the southeastern region(Moran's I>0,P<0.001),and the disease centers were all located in Guangshan County,Xin-yang City,and showed southeast-northwest-southeast-northwest-southeast-northeast-southwest movement during the 12-year pe-riod.In conclusion,from 2011 to 2022,SFTS in Henan Province had a high incidence in May to July,and females,older people,and farmers were the high-risk groups.Spatial aggregation was observed in the southeastern region,along with spread to surrounding areas.Xinyang City is therefore a key area for the prevention and control of SFTS.
