Objective To analyze the literature on the"gut-liver axis"theory,and to understand the hotspots and development trends of the"gut-liver axis"theory.Methods Literatures related to the"gut-liver axis"in databases were searched from the establishment of the database to October 1,2024.A total of 292 Chinese and 1591 English articles were included.CiteSpace 6.4R1 and VOSviewer1.6.20 software were used for analysis.Results High-frequency Chinese keywords included"gut-liver axis""intestinal flora""non-alcoholic fatty liver disease"etc,10 clusters were formed.High-frequency English keywords included"gut-liver axis""gut microbiota""inflammation",etc,14 clusters were formed.Conclusion The research on the"gut-liver axis"is increasing year by year,and the direction of liver fibrosis and immunity will be the hot direction in the future.

Fujian Province is one of the provinces with relatively high incidence of digestive sys-tem tumors,the work of cancer prevention and control began in high-prevalence area in the late 1980s.In the past 30 years,Fujian Province has done a lot of work in the research of tumor etiology,cancer prevention and science popularization,screening and early diagnosis and treatment,and achieved some achievements in tumor prevention and control.The paper summarizes the general situation of cancer prevention and control institutions in Fujian Province,the improvement of can-cer registration system,the progress of main cancer screening,the achievement of prevention in high incidence areas,and prospects the future work.

Objective To investigate the changes of major causes of death in patient with dermatomyositis/polymyositis (DM/PM) and the factors affecting the mortality of DM/PM in the past 28 years.Methods Death cases with DM/PM from 1985 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.x2 test and Fisher exact test was used for count data analysis;independent samples t-test measurement was used for data analysis;P＜0.05 was consi-dered statistically significant.Results Out of 1 443 patients with DM/PM, 74 died, in whom 48 were female and 26 were male.The mortality rate was 4.7％ among female and 6.3％ among male cases and the total in-hospital mortality of DM/PM was 5.1％.The two most common causes of death in patients with DM/PM were infection and respiratory involvement, accounting for 62.2％ (46/74) and 14.9％ (11/74) respectively.Death occurred most commonly in the first year after disease onset, accounting for 79.7％(59/74).The leading causes of death in the first year were infection and respiratory involvement.The mortality of DM/PM patients was peaked 12.3％(18/146) from 1996 to 2000;infection was the most frequent cause of death.Conclusion Infection and respiratory involvement are the main causes of death in DM/PM.Death occurrs most commonly in the first year after disease onset.

Objective Analysis of the applied effect on three kinds of feasible diagnosis techniques in the rural area of Yuhang.Methods First,we adopted the technology training through classroom teaching.and second the model of technology extension with combination of administrative interfering and research group studying was used to promote the popular application of these techniques.Results The total cases of used these techniques were 40526.During 2006 the training rate of these techniques was 100.0%.The applicative rates for ECG,NBAP and toxoplasmosis diagnostic technology were 76.5%,100.0%,and 88.2% respectively.Conclusions Nowadays it would be the effective approaches for improving technology extension of feasible diagnosis to implement the classified administration of the technology,to strengthen the technical services,and to impmve the conditions of the technology extension based on the technical usability.
