Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of single-port laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery. Methods A total of 145 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst in Wenzhou People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024.Among them,single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy+oophoroplasty was performed in 67 cases as single-port group, and traditional multi-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy+oophoroplasty was performed in 78 cases as multi-port group.Clinical indicators during and after surgery in two groups were recorded and compared. Results There were significant difference the operation time and pain scores at 1 day after surgery between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time between two groups(P>0.05).Neither of two groups had intraoperative vascular or nerve damage in the abdominal wall, and there were no postoperative complications such as incision infection, intestinal obstruction,or lower limb venous thrombosis, and the incision healed well.Continuing the follow-up for 3 months after discharge, both surgical procedures had no significant effect on menstruation, and there was no short-term recurrence of ovarian cyst in either case. Conclusion The single-port laparoscopic technique for the treatment of ovarian cyst incision is concealed and beautiful, the postoperative pain is lighter. No obvious effect on menstruation, and the curative effect is definite and safe.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(4):404-407
Objective:
To investigate the activities of daily living and the use of assistive devices among disabled people demanding assistive devices in Jiading Township, Jiading District, Shanghai Municipality, so as to provide the evidence for the implementation of rehabilitation interventions and the selection of assistive devices for the disabled people living in the community.
Methods:
The disabled people demanding assistive devices were sampled from 17 communities in Jiading Township in January 2020. A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted to collect participants'age, gender, type of disability, provision and use of assistive devices. The activities of daily living were evaluated using the Activities of Daily Living Scale, and the difference in the frequency of assistive device use was compared among the disabled people with different activities of daily living.
Results:
A total of 377 questionnaires were allocated, and 328 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 87.00%. The respondents included 187 men ( 57.01% ) and 141 women (42.99%), and had a mean age of ( 71.78±13.86 ) years. Among all respondents, limb disability was predominant (248 people, 75.61%), and 84.45% (277 people) were provided with assistive devices. Assessment of activities of daily living showed complete self-care in 85 respondents ( 25.91% ), functional decline in 39 respondents ( 11.89% ) and functional dysfunction in 204 respondents ( 62.20% ). The proportion of functional dysfunction was predominantly detected among disabled people at ages of 80 years and older ( 79.63% ) ( P<0.05 ). Of the disabled people with assistive devices, 139 people used the devices daily ( 50.18% ), and the proportion of daily use of assistive devices was significantly higher in people with functional dysfunctions than in those with complete self-care ( 59.33% vs. 29.41%; P<0.05 ). In addition, no need was identified as the predominant cause of non-provision of assistive devices ( 29 people, 56.86% ).
Conclusions
Functional dysfunction of daily living is highly prevalent among the disabled people demanding assistive devices in Jiading Township, in whom the elderly are predominant, and the proportion of assistive device use is high among people with functional dysfunctions. The provision of assistive devices recommends to be improved based on assessment of activities of daily living.

Objective To analyze the screening results of yon Willebrand factor among patients before blood transfusion in Ruijin Hospital and discuss von Willebrand factor in ABO blood group and the relationship between age and gender, refine the classification of vWF antigen and activity by reference factors. Methods The von Willebrand factor among 247 cases of patients before blood transfusion in Ruijin Hospital with no clinical manifestations of abnormal blood clots and routine coagulation as laboratory tests for normal surgical patients. The vWF:Ag and vWF:Act were measured by immune turbidimetric method and ABO blood group was identified by blood type serology.Furthermore, the differences between A,B,O,AB different blood groups, sex and high (≥40 years) and low age group (<40 years) were compared by statistical methods. Results The levels of vWF:Ag in different blood groups were as follows:A blood type:98.5-142.00,B blood type:97.90-160.30,O blood type:82.13-125.45,A B blood type:103.00-135.80.The levels of vWF:Act in different blood groups were as follows:A blood type:76-130.14,B blood type:78.06-144.3,O blood type:60.89-116.11,AB blood type:88.99-124.09.O blood type vWF:Ag and vWF:Act were lower significantly (P<0.05) than non-O blood type, the difference was.Besides, young vWF:Ag and vWF:Act were lower significantly than in the elderly. There was no significant difference in vWF:Ag and vWF:Act levels between male and female groups. At last, the reference range of four groups of vWF activity (antigen) was obtained. Conclusion Plasma vWF antigen and activity levels were significantly affected by ABO blood type and age,and the refined reference range established for these influencing factors was beneficial for more detailed diagnosis of VWD and predicting vWF levels associated with bleeding and thrombosis risk.
