Objective:To follow-up the previous phase Ⅲ clinical trial of recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (Follitrope ?), and to evaluate the cumulative pregnancy rate, the cumulative live birth rate, and the neonatal outcomes of subjects. Methods:The phase Ⅲ clinical study of Follitrope ? in China (CTR20150341/CTR20150341, May 15, 2015—June 27, 2016) was followed up until December 31, 2022. Patients were divided into Follitrope ? group and Gonal-F ? group. According to the age, patients were divided into three subgroups: 20-30 years old subgroup, 31-35 years old subgroup and 36-39 years old subgroup. Cumulative pregnancy rate, cumulative live birth rate, number of embryos transferred per cycle, live births per embryo transfer cycle, live births per oocyte retrieved, and neonatal characteristics were analyzed. Results:A total of 446 patients were included in the analysis, of which 336 (75.3%) were in the Follitrope ? group and 110 (24.7%) in the Gonal-F ? group, with a follow-up period of 6.5 years. There were no statistically significant differences between the Follitrope ? group and the Gonal-F ? group in terms of cumulative pregnancy rate and cumulative live birth rate (all P>0.05). Similar cumulative pregnancy rates and cumulative live birth rates were observed between the two groups within each age subgroup (all P>0.05). In the 36-39 years old subgroup, the Follitrope ? group showed a trend towards higher cumulative pregnancy rate [60.0% (12/20)] and cumulative live birth rate [55.0% (11/20)] compared with the Gonal-F ? group [28.6% (2/7), 14.3% (1/7)], however, none of the differences were statistically significant (all P>0.05). Twin pregnancy rates, live births per embryo, live birth per oocyte, newborn gender, birth weight, and birth defect rates were similar between the Follitrope ? group and the Gonal-F ? group without statistically significant differences (all P>0.05). Conclusion:The safety and effectiveness of Follitrope ? in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation are similar to those of Gonal-F ?. Compared with Gonal-F ?, there is a trend toward higher cumulative pregnancy rates and cumulative live birth rates in elderly patients with Follitrope ?, although there is no statistical difference.

OBJECTIVES: Surgical robot system has broken the limitation of traditional surgery and shown excellent performance in surgery, and has been widely used in minimally invasive treatment in most areas of surgery. This study aims to verify the basic performance of the domestic surgical robot system and the safety and effectiveness of the integrated bipolar electrocoagulation and ultrasonic knife. METHODS: The basic performance of the domestic surgical robot system was evaluated by completing the square knot and surgical knot, vertical and horizontal perforation and right ring perforation and suture, as well as picking up beans. Compared with laparoscopy, the safety and effectiveness of the domestic surgical robot after integrated interconnection bipolar electrocoagulation and ultrasonic scalpel were evaluated by detecting the vascular closure performance and the degree of histopathological damage in animals. RESULTS: Compared with freehand knotting, domestic robot knotting speed and circumference were slightly worse, but better than laparoscopic knotting. There was no statistical significance in the tension difference of the surgical knots among the 3 methods (P>0.05), but the tension of the square knots made by the freehand and the domestic surgical robot was greater than that of the laparoscopy (P<0.05). The space required for both the left and right forceps heads of knots was smaller than that of laparoscopy (P<0.001), which successfully completed the 4 quadrant suture tasks, and the time of picking up beans was significantly less than that of laparoscopy (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the temperature of the liver tissue after the bipolar electrocoagulation between the interconnected domestic surgical robot and the laparoscopy (P>0.05), and the acute thermal injury was observed under the light microscope. The temperature of the liver tissue treated by the domestic robotic ultrasound knife was higher than that of the laparoscopic ultrasound knife (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Domestic surgical robots are obviously superior to laparoscopy in suturing, knotting, and moving objects, and domestic surgical robots' interconnect bipolar electrocoagulation and ultrasonic knife have achieved success in animal experiments, and hemostasis is considered to be safe and effective.

OBJECTIVE： To establish the fingerprint of the ethanol e xtract from Melastoma dodecandrum ， to study spectrum-effect relationship of its antioxidant activity. METHODS ：HPLC method and Similarity Evaluation System of TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint （2012 edition）were used to establish the fingerprints of 15 batches of ethanol extracts from M. dodecandrum，and heir similarity was evaluated. The common peaks were identified by comparing with substance control. DPPH free radical scavenging method ，ABTS free radical scavenging method and total antioxidant capacity determination method （FRAP） were used to determine antioxidant activity in vitro of 15 batches of ethanol extracts from M. dodecandrum . Principal component analysis，bivariate correlation analysis and partial least squares regression analysis were used to study the spectrum-effect relationship of the antioxidant activity of the ethanol extracts from M. dodecandrum . RESULTS ：Totally 20 common peaks were identified in HPLC fingerprints of 15 batches of ethanol extracts from M. dodecandrum ；its similarity with the control fingerprint was not less than 0.831；it was identified that peak 3 was gallic acid ，peak 13 was vitexin ，peak 17 was rutin and peak 19 was ellagic acid. The IC 50 values of DPPH radical scavenging method of 15 batches of ethanol extracts from M. dodecandrum were 21.98-57.87 μ g/mL，that of ABTS radical scavenging method were 40.94-101.88 μ g/mL，the results of FRAP method were 0.19-0.48 mg/mL. Principal component analysis showed that the contribution rate of IC 50 variance of DPPH was 80.77％. Bivariate correlation analysis showed that the peak areas of peak 2 （positive correlation ） and peak 11 （negative correlation ） were significantly correlated with antioxidant activity （P＜0.05）；partial least squares regression analysis showed that ，the variable projection importance （VIP）in descending order was peak 11＞peak 2＞peak 16＞peak 15＞peak 12＞peak 13＞peak 18，and their VIP values were greater than 1. Peaks 2，13，15，16 and 18 were positively correlated with antioxidant activity ，and peaks 11 and 12 were negatively correlate d with antioxidant activity ，and the absolute value of standardized regression coefficient were greater than 0.1. CONCLUSIONS ：Fifteen batches of ethanol extracts of M. dodecandrum have antioxidant activity in vitro . The compounds corresponding to common peaks 2，11，12， 13，15，16 and 18 may be the material basis of antioxidant activity of M. dodecandrum .

Objective:To investigate the effects and the mechanism of renal protection of curcumin on oxidative stress and lipid metabolism in diabetic rats.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group ( n=20) and diabetic model preparation group ( n=40). Rats in the normal control group were fed with normal diet, while rats in the diabetes model group were fed with high sugar and high fat diet. After 4 weeks of feeding, rats in the diabetic model preparation group were injected with streptozotocin (60 mg/kg) intraperitoneally once. A total of 35 rats were successfully modeled and then randomly divided into diabetic model group ( n=17) and curcumin group ( n=18). The diabetic model group continued to be fed with high sugar and high fat diet, and the curcumin group was given high sugar and high fat diet and 200 mg/(kg·d) curcumin (1% carboxymethyl fiber sodium prepared into suspension) intervention every day; while the normal control group and the diabetic model group were given 1% carboxymethyl fiber sodium of the same volume. The body weight, kidney index, blood glucose , serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, blood lipid and 24-hour urinary microalbumin excretion rate (24 h UAER) of rats in each group were measured. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and m-alondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and kidney tissues were measured. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of the body weight, kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, total cholesterol and 24 h UAER in the diabetic model group increased significantly. The level of MDA in serum and kidney tissues increased significantly ( P<0.05), while the levels of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px activities in serum and kidney tissues decreased significantly ( P<0.05). Compared with diabetic model group, the levels of the body weight increased, while the kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen , triglyceride, total cholesterol and 24 h UAER in the curcumin group decreased significantly, the level of MDA in serum and kidney tissues decreased significantly ( P<0.05); the levels of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in serum and kidney tissues increased significantly ( P<0.05) in the curcumin group. Conclusions:Curcumin may play a renal protective role in diabetic rats by inhibiting oxidative stress in serum and kidney and reducing blood lipid.

Consultation system is one of the eighteen core systems. Excellent consultation supervision can assist clinical departments to maximize cooperation efficiency. This article, concentrating on timeliness, built an individual-group-organization model based on the organizational behavior theory and actual conditions, and took management actions from three aspects, including changing personal behavior attitude, adjusting organizational performance plan and establishing task-based groups. Timeliness data in October and November 2018 were selected retrospectively one month before and one month after the new actions. The timely rate of consultation increased from 76.69% to 82.62% with a significant difference(P=0.000 2).

Objective To evaluate the effects of diagnostic and treatment manipulation of the urinary diseases on serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) levels .Methods 80 male patients were recruited from urology surgery department of Shenzhen Tranditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) Hospital ,Which included 13 cases with digital rectal examination (DRE) ,10 cases with catheterization , 12 cases with rigid cystoscopy ,17 cases with prostate biopsy ,28 cases with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) .Blood samples of 80 patients were collected before diagnostic and treatment manipulation of the urinary diseases and 24 h ,3 d ,7 d ,14 d af‐ter that ,respectively .Then ,serum total prostate antigen(TPSA) and free prostate antigen (FPSA) was measured .Results There was no effects of DRE on serum TPSA and FPSA levels(P>0 .05) .On the contrary ,serum TPSA and FPSA levels increased sig‐nificantly in patients with catheterization and cystoscopy(P<0 .05) ,and the duration was longer(7-14 d) .Serum TPSA and FPSA levels increased significantly(P<0 .05)in patients with TURP and biopsy at the 24th hour after manipulation and it began to de‐crease on the third day .Also ,the serum TPSA and FPSA levels decreased to baseline after 14 days .Conclusion There′re no effects of DRE on serum TPSA and FPSA levels .However ,serum TPSA and FPSA levels increase differently in patients with catheteriza‐tion ,cystoscopy ,biopsy and TURP ,but the durations were different ,too .

Objective To investigate the value of KIM-1 and NGAL in predicting the early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Meth-ods 132 cases of type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients were recruited in this study,patients were divided into four groups based on the urine albumin/creatinine and serum creatinine levels,as follows:normal albuminuria group (45 cases),mi-croalbuminuria group (36 cases),clinical albuminuria group (30 cases),renal failure group (21 cases),65 healthy subjects were recruited as control group.Urinary KIM-1 and NGAL levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results With the progress of DN,urinary KIM-1 and NGAL levels gradually increased (P<0.05),the urinary KIM-1/Ucr level was positively correlated with ACR (r=0.822,P<0.01),and the urinary NGAL/Ucr was positively cor-related with ACR (r=0.842,P<0.01).Conclusion The urinary KIM-1 and NGAL level can predict the occurrence of ear-ly DN,and also monitor the progression of DN.

Objective To investigate the relationship of urinary liver-type fatty-acid binding protein and progression of ne-phropathy in diabetic patients .Methods A total of 132 cases of type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients were recruited in this study , and were divided into four groups based on the urine albumin /creatinine and serum creatinine levels , including normal albuminuria group ( n =45), microalbuminuria group ( n =36), clinical albuminuria group ( n =30), and renal failure group ( n =21), Additional 65 healthy subjects were recruited as control group .The levels of urinary liver-type fatty-acid binding protein ( L-FABP) were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and serum creatinine, urine creatinine, Liver function, hemoglobin, glycated he-moglobin (HbA1c), albumin (Alb), and 24h urinary protein were measured by respective biochemical or immunological methods . Results With the progression of diabetic nephropathy , the level of urinary L-FABP was gradually increased ( P <0.01 ) , subgroup analysis showed that the level of urine L-FABP of normal albuminuria group was significantly higher than that of healthy group ( P <0.05 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of microalbuminuria group was significantly higher than that of normal albuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of clinical albuminuria group was significantly higher than that of microalbuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of renal failure group was significantly higher than that of clinical albuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) . The levels of urinary L-FABP was negatively correlated with estimated glomerular filtration rate ( eGFR) ( r =-0.812 , P <0.01 ) , was positively correlated with Scr ( r =0.901, P <0.01), and was no correlation with HbA1c ( P >0.05).Conclusions The uri-nary L-FABP level can predict the occurrence of early diabetic nephropathy , and also monitor the progression of diabetic nephropathy .

Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupunctare at zusanli on acute lung injury in a rat model of sepsis after scald.Methods Fifty SPF male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 200-250 g,aged 2-3 months,were randomly divided into 5 groups (n =10 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),sepsis after scald group (group SS),electro-acupuncture at zusanli group (group E),electric stimulation of non-acupoint group (group NE) and electro-acupuncture at zusanli + α-bungarotoxin (α-BGT,a selective α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist) group (group α-BGT).The rats were subjected to a third degree scald covering 20％ total body surface (TBS) and muramyl dipeptide (MDP) 5 mg/kg was injected into the femoral vein immediately after scald to induce sepsis.Electro-stimulation (3 V,2 ms,3 Hz) of bilateral zusanli was performed for 12 min starting from the time point immediately after MDP injection and every 8 h for 2 consecutive days in group E.In group NE,electro-stimulation was performed at the points 5 mm lateral to the bilateral acupoints of Zusanli and the method was similar to those previously described in group E.In group α-BGT,α-BGT 1.0 μg/kg (in 1 ml of normal saline) was injected into the femoral vein before electro-stimulation of zusanli.At 48 h after treatment,arterial blood samples were obtained for determination of serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1) protein levels (by ELISA) and lung specimens were removed for microscopic examination and for determination of the expression of Nod like receptor 2 (NLR2) mRNA (by RT-PCR) and receptor interacting protein 2 (RIP2) in the lung tissues (by Western blot).Results Compared with group C,the expression of NLR2 mRNA and RIP2 was significantly up-regulated,and the serum TNF-α and HMGB1 levels were increased in SS,NE and α-BGT groups (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant change was found in the parameters mentioned above in group E (P ＞ 0.05).Compared with group SS,the expression of NLR2 mRNA and RIP2 was down-regulated,and the serum TNF-α and HMGB1 levels were decreased in group E (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant change was found in the parameters mentioned above in NE and α-BGT groups (P ＞ 0.05).Compared with group E,the expression of NLR2 mRNA and RIP2 was significantly up-regulated,and the serum TNF-α and HMGB1 levels were increased in NE and α-BGT groups (P ＜ 0.05).The pathological changes of lung tissues were significantly reduced in group E as compared with group SS.Conclusion Electro-acupunctare at Zusanli can reduce acute lung injury in a rat model of sepsis after scald and inhibition of NLR2/RIP2 signaling pathway and activation of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway in lung tissues may be involved in the mechanism.
