This paper used the Experimental Teaching Management Center as an example to explore the transformation practices of experimental technicians in job responsibilities, team structure, teaching and research capabilities, performance mechanisms, and collaborative education systems. The article systematically analyzed the advantages of the experimental technical team in resource openness, technical support, large instrument management, and multi-team collaboration, and summarized the practical performance through data on project approvals, competition awards, research achievements, and student growth. Additionally, it identified key challenges, including insufficient training, incomplete incentive mechanisms, and the need for improved resource coordination. To address these challenges, the study recommends the continuous enhancement of personnel capacity building, the reform of assessment systems, and the reinforcement of cross-departmental collaboration. This study provides a reference for medical schools to construct the practical path of experimental technical teams participating in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

3.The current situation and related factors analysis of hesitancy among women of childbearing age in four provinces of China to receive vaccines containing rubella components

The survey on the hesitant status of rubella-containing vaccine (RCV) vaccination was conducted among 2 141 women of childbearing age in four provinces, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui, from May 2017 to March 2018. Among the 2 141 study participants, a total of 38.21% (818) of women of childbearing age were aware of rubella and 21.25% (455) of women of childbearing age knew about RCV. Among the 455 women of childbearing age who were aware of RCV, 262 (57.58%) were willing to be vaccinated with RCV; 304 women of childbearing age (66.81%) tended to be vaccinated with RCV free of charge. Among the 193 women of childbearing age who did not want to be vaccinated or did not decide whether they preferred to be vaccinated with RCV, no one around them was vaccinated (89, 46.11%) and fear of vaccine safety (70, 36.27%) were the main reasons for hesitation to receive RCV.

5.The indirect decompression effect of oblique lateral interbody fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar stenosis

Objective To investigate the indirect decompression effect of oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) in the treatment of mild to moderate degenerative lumbar stenosis.Methods From October 2014 to November 2016,23 patients with mild to moderate lumbar spinal stenosis underwent OLIF combined with or without posterior pedicle screw fixation;9 males and 14 females with average age of 59.2±11.6 years old;8 cases at L3,4 segment and 15 cases at L4,5 segment.All cases were followed up for more than 6 months.Thin layer scanning of CT and two-dimensional reconstruction images were used to measure the vertical diameter and area of intervertebral foramen.Intervertebral disc height and spinal canal anteroposterior diameter were measured on median sagittal MRI sequence,and the anteroposterior diameter and the cross-sectional area of the spinal canal were measured on cross-sectional MRI sequence.The clinical effects were assessed by the visual analogue score (VAS) and the Oswestry disability index (ODI) for low back pain,lower limb pain and lower limb numbness.Results Compared with those measurements pre-operatively,the post-operative intervertebral disc height increased by 78.6%±13.4%.The post-operative left vertical diameter of intervertebral foramen increased by 36.7%±7.8%,and the post-operative left area of intervertebral foramen increased by 36.6%± 8.7%,and the post-operative right vertical diameter of intervertebral foramen increased by 40.7%±9.6%,and the post-operative right area of intervertebral foramen increased by 40.0%±8.9%.The post-operative anteroposterior diameter of sagittal spinal canal were increased 32.6% ± 5.9%,and the post-operative anteroposterior diameter of cross-sectional spinal canal were increased 34.4%±6.8%,and the post-operative cross-sectional area of the spinal canal were increased 47.5%±7.2%.All of the differences were statistically significant between pre-operative and post-operative measurements.The VAS score for low back pain was 6.2± 1.7 pre-operatively,and 1.1±0.5 post-operatively.The ODI for low back pain was 81.2%± 18.2% pre-operatively,and 6.1%±2.0% post-operatively.The VAS score for lower limb pain was 5.6±1.4 pre-operatively,and 0.8±0.3 post-operatively.And the VAS score for lower limb numbness was 6.6±2.0 pre-operatively,and 3.4± 1.2 post-operatively.All of the differences were statistically significant between pre-operative and post-operative evaluations.Conclusion There were obvious radiological evidences and remarkable clinical effect of indirect decompression using OLIF technique in treatment of mild to moderate lumbar spinal stenosis at early post-operative stage.However further long-term follow-up studies with multicenter large sample were still needed.
6.The construction of a design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization

Objective To construct a design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization, which will provide basis for the management of army pilot health management. Methods Using Delphi method, three rounds of questionnaires were done within 30 experts, to build the design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization, which contained information module, management module, implementation module, update module and system flow module. Results The experts′ authority coefficient was 0.850, coefficient of determination was 0.865, and familiar coefficient was 0.870. The design of northwest region army pilot health management was determined to contain 5 first-level indicators, 19 secondary indexes. The coordination coefficients of the three level indicators were 0.624 and 0.543,respectively, and the contrast of coordination coefficients had statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusions The design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization constructed by Delphi method is proved to be scientific, reliable and practical, which can provide the basis for the health management of northwest region army pilot.
7.Survey of health education in a certain air force troop in the northwest

Objective To understand the current situation and demand of health education in the northwest army pilot, which will lay the foundation to construct a new health management model for the northwest army pilot.Methods A survey was conducted among a northwest pilot troop, in which 223 pilots were included. Self-designed questionnaires were used which was demonstrated by the Delphi method.Results The satisfaction degree of current health education was 39.2%. The health practice and the practice guidance can not meet their actual need, and the urgency degree they thought that the situation should be improved was 54. 45% and 37. 70%. There was a gape between the knowledge and skills, and the content of health education that they need most was the method to relieve fatigue (40.70%); As for the health education, they had demand of acquiring specialized knowledge, but the source and their self-learning ability were not enough, and they lack of professional guidance. Different content of different aspects of health education needs showed the characteristics of modular.Conclusions It is very necessary to apply modular health management into the northwest army pilot, and combined with different task situations, to divide modules with different emphasis into information module, management module, practice module, update module and series of modules. It is of great significance for guidance of the medical practice.
8.Application of clinical nursing path in VSD treatment for patients on wound nursing of micro-surgical infection

Objective To explore the prepare and implement the report of Clinical nursing path and its nursing application effects of micro-surgical wound infection, and regulate nursing management of VSD treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients received VSD treatment with clinical nursing path as experimental group during January to November 2013, and regression analysis 50 patients underwent VSD treatment and routine nursing during January to December 2012 as control group. All clinical data collected and analyzed. During VSD treatment, the index of health knowledge, sense of self-responsibility, and health duty in patients had been assessed effects in order to perfect and prove Clinical nursing path. Results The health knowledge, sense of self-responsibility, health duty, stress management, and patients satisfaction were (55. 47 ± 4. 41), (25. 53 ± 1. 60), (26. 12 ± 2. 21), (23. 96 ± 2. 14) and (3. 80 ± 0. 39) higher than these of the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions Clinical nursing path is an effective method to treat wound infection of micro-surgery by VSD treatment, and can provide a quality nursing service, and enhance patients′satisfaction. It can acquire an excellence economic benefits and has a certain application value for nursing process management.
9.Application of the health education path in the patients with multi-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Objective To explore the application effect of the health education path in the patients with multi-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy .Methods Two hundred and four patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random table , each with 102 cases.The observation group received the health education path , and the control group received the routine health education .The awareness rate of related knowledge and satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The patient satisfaction was 100 .00% in the observation group , and was 97.06%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =14.864,P<0.05).The compliance rate of health education was 100.00% in the observation group, and was 93.14% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =17.236,P<0.05).Conclusions The health education path in the patients with multi-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy standardizes the behavior of health education in nurses , and reflects the patient-centered philosophy , and is beneficial to improve patient satisfaction and the nurses'self-quality and quality of medical care .
10.Construction of nursing quality evaluation system of the vacuum sealing drainage treatment of soft tissue blast injury wounds

Vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) is widely used in the treatment of soft tissue blast injury wounds , how to care for the wound healing plays an extremely important role .By analyzing the past blast injury data, we found that the current lacking of scientific , standardized and systematic criteria to evaluate the quality of care and clinical pathways mass system management mode , nursing research on the body skin or soft tissue wounds lacking of systematic and comprehensive exposition in soft tissue blast injury and it is still a systemic blank for wounds nursing .So, formulating a more scientific evaluation system of quality of care standards , and designing a scientific and effective quality management of clinical pathway model is important to provide scientific basis and normative guidance for comprehensive blast injuries care in future wars .
