1.Experience of KONG Yaoqi in Treating Tic Disorder with Scalp Acupuncture Triotherapy

[Objective]To investigate the clinical characteristics and efficacy of Chief KONG Yaoqi's scalp acupuncture triotherapy in the treatment of tic disorder.[Methods]This study analyzed and summarized the theoretical foundation and operational techniques of Chief KONG's scalp acupuncture triotherapy through collecting and analyzing the typical cases and relevant literature.Additionally,a supporting case is provided.[Results]Tic disorder is a common neuropsychiatric disease.Chief KONG believes that the location of tic disorder is in the brain and heart,emphasizing treatment based on the spirit.Scalp acupuncture can stimulate specific regions of the head,thereby enhancing neurological function.Body acupuncture is used to treat the cause and mechanism with tonification and purgation,while acupoint application is used to enhance the body's resistance and nourish the primordial energy.The patient in this case was caused by wind movement due to deficiency,Chief KONG used scalp acupuncture to calm the mind and spirit to stop the tics,body acupuncture to suppress wind and stop convulsions to control the movements,indirect moxibustion and acupoint application to tonify the kidney and spleen.The therapeutic effect was definite.[Conclusion]Chief KONG's combined therapy of scalp acupuncture emphasizes treating children's tic disorder based on the spirit and focuses on tonifying the liver,spleen and kidney.His clinical experience is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.

Objective]Collecting and studying Wang Fu and his book YiLing CuanYao TanYuan systematically. [Method]Literature research on Wang Fu's life and the versions ofYiLing CuanYao TanYuan, reviewing his concept of study and academic thoughts. [Result]Confucian Wang Fu wrote more than 30 manuscripts, his medical masterpiece“YiLing CuanYao TanYuan, existing versions of two Qing printed editions and one Qing transcript, guided by medical source, centered on traditional Chinese medicine and prescription, accounted for human disease, made a comprehensive and profound elaboration on the basic theory of TCM.The recipes and traditional Chinese medicine of this book have clinical significance . [Conclusion]The collecting and studying have important literature value. These are worthy of our future generations to inherit and carry forward.
