Objective The aim of this study is to retrospectively analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics, treatment and prognosis of 13 patients with granulomatous prostatitis(GP),and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment for GP.Methods The clinical information of 13 GP patients extracted from electronic medical records including demographic characteristic risk factors, clinical symptoms, laboratory findings, imaging findings(ultrasound,CT,MRI,FDG-PET-CT),treatment and outcomes were analyzed retrospectively from January 2018 to August 2023 at our center. Results The average age of 13 patients with GP was(65.69±6.46)years.And the average score of IPSS was(23.40±5.8).Five patients appeared positive results,of which 11 cases received digital rectal examination. The average level of pre-biopsy tPSA was(23.28±44.94)μg/L with fPSA/tPSA ratio of 0.11±0.05 and PSAD of(0.55±1.07)μg/l/mL.The pre-biopsy mean MRI PI-RADS 2.0 was(4.6±0.6)in this group of patients.Extraprostatic invasion was shown on imaging in 4 patients. The average number of biopsy needles was(19.6±3.9),and the pathological results showed tuber-culous granulomas in 2 cases(15.4%)and non-specific granulomatous inflammation in 11 cases(84.6%).Five patients received local treatment of the prostate after pathological confirmation(PVP in 4 cases,TURP in 1 case),2 patients re-ceived anti-tuberculosis therapy, and 3 cases were given antibiotics.Average follow-up was(20.6±11.2)months,and the average tPSA were(6.94±4.96)μg/L at 3-6 months after biopsy and/or surgery, with no obvious signs of malignancy during the follow-up period. Conclusion GP is the great mimicker of prostate cancer clinically and radiologically.Pros-tate biopsy is the method for confirming the diagnosis. For patients who are considering biopsy-free radical prostatectomy,it is important to consider the possibility of GP.

Objective To investigate the effect of degree of lower extremity arterial disease in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with platelet-rich gel. Methods A total of 129 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were selected as the study objects. According to ankle-brachial index and lower extremity artery vascular ultrasound results, 49 cases were divided into mild group (49 cases), moderate group (44 cases) and severe group (36 cases). All patients in three groups were given conventional treatment combined with platelet-rich gel therapy. The changes of ulcer area and granulation area before and after treatment in three groups were compared. Results The ulcer area and its difference value before and after treatment among the three groups were statistically significant (

Objective:This study was aimed to explore the structural changes of grey matter (GM) in drug-naive patients with first-onset major depressive disorder (MDD) by using deformation-based morphometry (DBM) and the possible imaging biomarkers for early diagnosis of MDD.Methods:3D T 1-weighted structural MRI scans were performed on 38 MDD patients and 65 healthy controls (HCs), matched with age and gender. DBM and region of interests (ROIs) approaches were used to compare the gray matter (GM) Jacobian determinant and GM volume (GMV) between MDD group and HCs group. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to test the diagnostic value of the grey matter volume of statistically different regions for MDD. Results:MDD patients showed significant GM atrophy in the right anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), right precentral cortex and left paracentral cortex (voxel peak-level P<0.001,cluster size>120). The GMV of the right ACC, right precentral cortex and left paracentral cortex in MDD group were significantly smaller than those in HCs group ( P<0.01, two-tailed). The GMV of the right ACC showed a certain value for the diagnosis of MDD, with the area under curve (AUC) of 0.733, and a suggested cutoff value of 0.414. Conclusion:The DBM method can detect the GM atrophy and GMV reduction in the prefrontal and parietal regions, which reflect the changes in the GM microstructural of gray matter in early MDD. The GMV of the right ACC might be the imaging indicator for the early diagnosis of MDD.

OBJECTIVETo review the re-examination sampling method and procedure of national immunization survey for the national immunization program vaccines coverage at the township level by the national level in 2013, China.
METHODSAccording to the result of immunization coverage at the township level through self-assessment by county, all townships were stratified by whether a township with ≥ 90% immunization coverage for the second dose of measles-containing vaccines (MCV2), and a township was urban or rural. After then, 2 townships for each province were randomly sampled from those strata through the surveyselect procedure of the statistics analysis system 9.2 (SAS 9.2).
RESULTS64 townships were randomly sampled from 32 provincial units for the re-examination, i.e. an urban township and a rural township each province, of which there were 38 townships with ≥ 90% MCV2 coverage and 26 townships with < 90% MCV2 coverage. There were 24 urban townships, 2 rural townships with < 90% MCV2 coverage and 8 urban townships, 30 rural townships with ≥ 90% MCV2 coverage, respectively.
CONCLUSIONSBased on the information of the self-assessment result of immunization coverage survey by counties, Stratified randomized sampling were employed for the re-examination through the Surveyselect procedure of statistics analysis system (SAS) to implement the sampling procedure. This can enhance the sampling efficiency, ensure the randomness of the sample, and make the survey much more representative and comparable.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(7):1018-1025
The development of female germ cell is the cornerstone for animal reproduction. Mammalian oocyte and early embryo have many distinct phenomena and mechanisms during their growth and development, involving series dynamic changes of protein synthesis/degradation and phosphorylation. Research on the regulatory mechanism of oocyte division, maturation, and developmental principle of pre-implantation embryo is an important topic in the field of animal developmental biology. Proteomics using all of proteins expressed by a cell or tissue as research object, systematically identify, quantify and study the function of all these proteins. With the rapid development of protein separation and identification technology, proteomics provide some new methods and the research contents on fields of oogenesis, differentiation, maturation and quality control, such as protein quantification, modification, location and interaction important information which other omics technology can not provide. These information will contribute to uncover the molecular mechanisms of mammalian oocyte maturation and embryonic development. And it is great significant for improving the culture system of oocyte in vitro maturation, the efficiency of embryo production in vitro, somatic cell clone and transgenic animal production.

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
A female patient with hair cell leukaemia was treated with human leukocyte interferon at a daily dose of 1.5 ? 104 for 27 days. The bone marrow cells were studied with electron microsepy. The follow up investigation of the bone marrow hair cells revealed that there were widening of the perinuclear space, disintegration of nuclear membrane, vaeuolization as well as expansion of the rough endoplasmic retieulum
