Based on whole genome data, the identification and expression pattern analysis of the Atropa belladonna WRKY transcription factor family were conducted to provide a theoretical foundation for studying the biological functions and mechanisms of these transcription factors. In this study, bioinformatics methods were employed to identify members of the A. belladonna WRKY gene family and to predict their physicochemical properties, conserved motifs, promoter cis-acting elements, and chromosomal localization. Additionally, the expression patterns of the A. belladonna WRKY gene family under the regulation of environmental factors such as light quality and temperature were analyzed. The results revealed a total of 28 AbWRKY transcription factors, randomly distributed across 16 chromosomes, encoding 324-707 amino acids. Most AbWRKY proteins were acidic, unstable, and hydrophilic. Based on multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis, the WRKY gene family members were classified into two subfamilies. Conserved motif and domain analysis indicated that WRKY transcription factors in the same subfamily possessed conserved structural features. Promoter analysis predicted that the A. belladonna WRKY family contained light-responsive elements, hormone-responsive elements, and stress-responsive elements. Collinearity analysis showed that AbWRKY24 plays a crucial role in the expansion of the AbWRKY gene family. Then qRT-PCR results indicated that AbWRKY6, AbWRKY8, AbWRKY14, and AbWRKY24 responded to red light stress, while AbWRKY8, AbWRKY14, and AbWRKY24 responded to yellow light/low-temperature combined stress. AbWRKY6 and AbWRKY8 were significantly expressed in leaves and stems, AbWRKY27 and AbWRKY28 were significantly expressed in fibrous roots, and AbWRKY25 was significantly expressed in flowers. This study is the first to identify and analyze the WRKY gene family in A. belladonna and to examine its expression patterns under light and temperature regulation, laying a foundation for in-depth analysis and functional validation of the molecular mechanisms of A. belladonna WRKY transcription factors in responding to light quality and temperature environmental factors.

Objective:To analyze the research status of the external use of medicinal materials and decoction pieces in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （volume 1）， so as to provide reference for the clinical external use research of Chinese medicines. Method:The external function， usage， dosage and other information of medicinal materials and decoction pieces in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （volume 1） were analyzed and compared. Result:In the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （volume 1）， there were 165 kinds of Chinese medicines that could be used externally， including 25 kinds of Chinese medicines that clearly recorded their functions for external use， such as Euphorbiae Semen， Euphorbiae Semen Pulveratum， Arisaematis Rhizoma， Arisaematis Rhizoma Preparatum， Crotonis Fructus， Crotonis Semen Pulveratum， Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma， Artemisiae Argyi Folium， Alumen， Stemonae Radix， Genkwa Flos， Cera Flava， Mel， Psoraleae Fructus， Gardeniae Fructus， Calomelas， Bruceae Fructus， Drynariae Rhizoma， Euphorbiae Ebracteolatae Radix， Cuscutae Semen， Phytolaccae Radix， Meretricis Concha， Talcum， Talci Pulvis and Propolis. The amount of Chinese medicine for external use recorded in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia was mostly appropriate for external use， the amount for external use was not clear. The application method for external use focused on beating powder and applying the affected areas， decocting for fumigation and washing， simmering to paste， etc. Clinical external use was used for the treatment of eczema， tinea pedis， chapped skin and other skin diseases. Conclusion:The number of Chinese medicines recorded in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia for external use is increasing， but the function， dosage and usage of these Chinese medicines for external use still need to be improved.

Objective To evaluate the dietary quality of children aged 3 to 6 years during the kindergarten period in Lanzhou City using the Dietary Balance Index (DBI). Methods Based on kindergarten grades and geographical locations, 304 recipes for different semesters from 2014 to 2017 in 40 kindergartens in Lanzhou City were randomly selected with a sampling ratio of 5％(291 recipes with no recipes 13 copies) as the research object. Adjusted DBI indicators for children aged 3 to 6 years were used to evaluate the dietary quality of the recipes during the kindergarten period in the sample. Using the Kruskal-Wallis H rank-sum test, the food consumption rates and DBI evaluation results of the kindergartens in Lanzhou City were analyzed. Results Results of the sub-group diet scores that were close to the recommended intake (DBI scores between-2 to 2) showed that cereals, fresh vegetables, nuts and beans, fish, shrimp, eggs, and snacks accounted for the ideal intake of more than 80％of all the recipes. The diet scores of fruits, meat, and processed products ranged from 50％to 80％, and that for milk accounted for only 26.8％. Analyzing the type of food intake showed that the proportion of recipes that included eating more than six types of food per day was 98.3％. Analyzing by kindergarten level and year showed that the overall dietary quality problems with the studied recipes were mainly caused by insufficient intake and dietary imbalance, and the difference was statistically significant. Among them, the lack of intake in 2017 and the degree of dietary imbalance were greater compared to the other years. The level of insufficiency and dietary imbalance in the third-grade kindergartens were higher than those in the first- and second-grade kindergartens. Dietary pattern A recipes accounted for 63.6％ of the kindergarten recipes, and there were no recipes for dietary patterns C, F, G, H, and I. Conclusion The dietary quality problems of kindergartens in Lanzhou City were mainly reflected in the inadequate dietary intake and dietary imbalance. The supervision of dietary quality by kindergartens should be strengthened and the concept of a balanced diet should be promoted. The dietary management of third-grade kindergartens should be simultaneously strengthened.
