This study investigated the infectious status and pathogen characteristics of Leptospira in rodents and the environment in Fujian province to provide data for the prevention and control of leptospirosis.A total of 723 rodents and 31 water samples were col-lected from 19 regions in Fujian Province during 2020-2023.The prevalent rodent species was Rattus losea(35.82%,259/723),which was followed by Rattus norvegicus(20.06%,145/723),Rattus tanezumi(19.64%,142/723),and Niviventer fulvescens(13.97%,101/723).A total of 144 positive samples of Leptospira spp.were detected in rodent kidney samples,accounting for 19.92%(144/723).The positivity rate of Leptospira spp.in wild rodents was higher than that in domestic rodents(χ2=8.48,P<0.05),and the positivity rate in adult rodents was higher than that in juvenile rodents(χ2=14.19,P<0.05).The positivity rates varied among rodent species(χ2=46.11,P<0.05),and differences in the positivity rates of Leptospira spp.were observed among regions(χ2=32.113,P<0.05).Ten strains were isolated from 440 rodent samples,and the isolation rate was 2.27%(10/440).Genospecies identification indi-cated that Leptospira borgpetersenii accounted for seven of the ten isolates,and L.interrogans accounted for three.MLST typing divided 10 isolates into three ST types:ST1,ST16,and ST143.5 isolates were isolated from 31 water samples,with an isolation rate of 16.13%,all of which were nonpathogenic L.tsangambouensis.Although pathogenic Leptospira spp.were not isolated from the water samples,the rodents in Fujian Province were generally infected with pathogenic Leptospira spp.Surveillance of the environment and ro-dents infected with Leptospira spp.should be strengthened.

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat group in nursing teaching in neurology department.Methods 159 cases of nursing undergraduate interns in Neurology Department were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group used the traditional teaching method while the experimental group adopted WeChat group aided teaching management on the basis of traditional teaching methods,with effect evaluation after 5 weeks practice.SPSS 19.0 was used for chi-square test and t test.Results In both two groups of nursing students,scores of theory opera-tion were obviously improved (P＜0.05),and the experimental group theory results,operation ability and satisfaction were higher than the control group (P＜0.05),and the frequency of occurrence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion WeChat group is conducive to improv-ing the quality of nursing teaching as well as students' overall quality,which is worthy of further promotion.

Objective To analyze the situation of infections of bacteria and multi-drug resistant bacteria in Department of Neurology of First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2010 to December 2012.Methods Clinical data from 2010-2012 were obtained via Doctor Workstation system and Excel software was applied to analyze the bacteria subto-tals sites,classifications and drug resistance rates.Results The rate of hospital bacterial infection decreased from 4.99% in 2010 to 3.41% 2013,while the composition of the bacterial infection sites exhibits no significant change.Staphylococcus aureus accounts for the major gram-positive bacterial infections,while E.coli contribute to gram-negative bacteria infections.Moreover,the ranking in the three years did not change significantly.In addition,the rate of Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa increased. Conclusion Our department has achieved some success in the control of bacterial infection in the past three years,however the situ-ation remains to be difficult.

Objective To investigate the life quality and influencing factorin stroke patient.MethodTotally 205 hospi-talized stroke patientin the neurology departmenwere investigated with SF-36 scale .The datwere performed the descriptive sta-tistic,t-tesand multiple linearegression analysi.ResultThe scoreof general healthy statu,physiological function ,physiolog-ical role ,somatipain and social function in the patientwith stroke were significantly lowethan thain the national norm (P＜0 . 01) .The recurrence frequency ,age ,comorbidity ,education level and income were significanfactoraffecting the life quality in the stroke patien.Conclusion The level of general health statu,physiological function ,physiological role ,somatipain and social function are decreased significantly .Therefore iirecommended to perform the pertinenintervention in the clinical work .

Objective To establish a two-way evaluation system and to explore the application effect of two-way evaluation method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods We carried out two-way evaluation and individual evaluation test to 40 nursing students practicing in the Department of Inter nal Medicine of our hospital in 2012 and 20 teachers responsible for teaching.By using the envelope method,nursing students and teachers were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 nursing students and 10 teachers in the experimental group and the control group respectively.Students' assessment form and the teachers teaching level evaluation table were made,and teachers of both group gave scores every two weeks to the nursing students by nursing students' evaluation sheet,and the score of feedback were given to the nursing students in experimental group.At the same time,the nursing students in experimental group gave scores every two weeks to the teachers of the same group by the teachers' teaching evaluation sheet,and feedback the results.SPSS 13.0 was used to make statistical analysis and the scores of nursing students and teachers of both groups and the last scores were compared with paired sample T test of mean.The results of the experimental group and the control group in the same period were compared with two independent samples T test of mean.Results Comparing the nursing students'scores of both groups with the scores they themselves got last time,the scores of the fourth,sixth,and the eighth week were statistically significant(P＜0.05)and comparing the experimental group teachers' score with and the scores they themselves got last time,the scores of the fourth,sixth,and the eighth week were also statistically significant(P＜0.05); from the fourth week on,nursing students' scores in experimental group compared with those in control group in the same period,show the differences statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Two-way evaluation system is beneficial to improving the enthusiasm and initiative of the teachers and students.Two-way evaluation and bidirectional interaction are helpful to timely detection of problems and improvement and can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching in internal neurological medicine.
