Objective To explore the relationship between community health follow-up management and the mental health of the long-term care insurance residents, and to provide a basis for the construction of an integrated community home care service mode for disabled elders. Methods The residents were selected through cluster sampling who participated in LTCI home care from Jan 1 to Dec 31,2021.After a year of participation, the subjects'mental health was assessed face-to-face by trained community doctors using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale.By referring to residents'electronic health records combined with on-site questionnaire survey, community doctors collected the demographic information and health follow-up management provided by primary medical and health institutions. The multivariate logistic regression were conducted to evaluate the association between follow-up care and mental health outcomes. Results The study consisted of 399 LTCI-enrolled individuals,57.64%(n=230)received follow-up care by family physicians. The prevalence of anxiety and depression among participants was 19.80%(n=79)and 67.67%(n=270),respectively.Univariate analysis found that community health follow-up management could underscore the potential impact of follow-up care in mitigating anxiety(χ2=38.926,P<0.001)and depression(χ2=14.598,P<0.001)among LTCI enrollees.Multivariate analysis revealed that follow-up care was an independent protective factor against anxiety(adjusted OR=0.351,95%CI:0.176-0.701,P=0.003).However,follow-up care did not significantly impact depression prevalence.Additionally,LTCI grade and education level were also identified factors influencing the mental health of participants(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health service centers provide health follow-up management that plays a positive role in alleviating the anxiety symptoms of disabled residents under long-term care insurance home care.It is an effective way to improve the quality of LTCI home care services.

Radiation-induced heart disease(RIHD)is a common and severe complication following radiotherapy for thoracic tumors, significantly impacting patients' long-term prognosis and quality of life. Its pathogenesis is complex, primarily involving oxidative stress, inflammatory responses, endothelial dysfunction, and chronic fibrosis.Currently, there is a lack of effective clini-cal prevention and treatment methods, highlighting the urgent need to develop intervention strategies for RIHD.Tanshinone ⅡA,the main active component of Salvia miltiorrhiza, exhibits mul-tiple pharmacological effects, including antioxidant,anti-inflam-matory,anti-fibrotic,and anti-apoptotic properties.Studies have shown that Tanshinone ⅡA can significantly mitigate radiation-induced myocardial injury and fibrosis,as well as improve cardi-ac function,by scavenging reactive oxygen species, inhibiting in-flammatory pathways, and modulating fibrotic signaling path-ways.This article summarizes the pathogenesis of RIHD and the research progress on Tanshinone ⅡA in the prevention and treat-ment of RIHD,providing new theoretical insights for developing effective cardioprotective strategies.

Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction disease caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. It has com-plex pathophysiological changes, and in severe cases,it can rap-idly develop into septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction or multiple organ failure. At present, the pathological mechanism of sepsis and its induced organ dysfunction is complex and the in-fluencing factors are numerous. So far, there is still a lack of specific and effective treatment strategies.RNA modify-N6-methyladenosine(m6 A)is one of the most common post-tran-scriptional modifications on eukaryotic RNAs.It is involved in the regulation of the occurrence and development of a variety of inflammatory diseases, including sepsis, and even multiple organ dysfunction induced by sepsis by affecting the metabolism of RNAs.It includes cardiac dysfunction, acute lung injury(ALI)and acute kidney injury(AKI).Therefore, this article will dis-cuss the effect of m6A modification on the function of immune cells, and its important role in sepsis and its induced multiple or-gan dysfunction diseases by regulating inflammatory signals,py-roptosis,mitochondrial damage and ferroptosis. This will provide new therapeutic targets and strategies for the clinical prevention and treatment of sepsis and its induced multiple organ dysfunc-tion diseases.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2025;31(35):4862-4868
Objective:To summarize medication safety assessment tools for clinical nurses both domestically and internationally. Methods:Guided by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) scoping review methodology, a systematic search was conducted across CINAHL, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and WanFang Data. The search period was from the establishment of database to January 1, 2025. Medication safety assessment tools for clinical nurses were extracted, relevant content was systematically analyzed, and the retrieval results were reported in a standardized manner. Results:A total of 28 studies were included, involving 15 medication safety assessment tools for clinical nurses. Assessment methods employed multidimensional and graded self-assessment formats. Based on evaluation perspectives, these tools were categorized into six types, including operational standardization monitoring, cognitive bias calibration, environmental stress testing, capability threshold identification, reporting barrier analysis, and medication information systems. The assessment tools had high reliability and validity, multiple types, and diverse evaluation perspectives. Conclusions:Researchers should carefully select and use assessment tools based on research characteristics. It is necessary to enhance the autonomy of nursing research on medication safety, develop comprehensive and accurate clinical nurse medication safety assessment tools that are adapted to China's clinical context, and promote the improvement of nurse medication safety.
