In the era of big data, artificial intelligence(AI)technology has developed rapidly, with medical field being one of its most deeply penetrated application domains.Leveraging the advantages of big data and AI requires the sharing and integration of medical data, yet balancing privacy protection and data sharing poses significant challenges. This paper analyzes the focus issues of patient privacy and data security in medical AI from a global perspective across 6 dimensions:challenges in data sovereignty and cross-border flow compliance, technical vulnerabilities in de-anonymization and re-identification risks, failure of informed consent mechanisms and dynamic authorization needs, regulatory gaps in algorithmic"black boxes"and data misuse, technological dependency and supply chain security risks, and the dilemma of balancing privacy protection with public health interests.Corresponding solutions and strategies are also proposed.

Objective To perform visual analysis for the literatures related to the application of new technologies in academic journal publishing, and to explore the research hotspots and development trends of new technologies applied to academic journal publishing in China. Methods We searched literatures in CNKI with the search formula SU%='Academic Journal Publishing'*('New Technology'+'5G'+'Big Data'+'Artificial Intelligence'+'Blockchain'+'Mobile Terminal'+'Cloud Computing'+'Internet'+'Database'+'VR/AR'+'Multimedia'),and using CiteSpace software,we analyzed the research hotspots and development trends of new technologies applied to academic journal publishing. Results A total of 436 articles were included in this study. The journal with the largest number of articles was China Science and Technology Journal Research. There were 34 core authors in the literatures included, and the collaboration between authors was relatively loose. The cooperation and communication between research institutions were not sufficient, and the cross-institutional cooperation needed to be strengthened. The keywords related to dimensional analysis, such as co-occurrence,clustering,and highlighting had significant characteristics. The research mainly focused on"the integrated development of academic journals and digital publishing","the innovation and development of the publishing under the background of internet+","media integration and communication strategy of academic journals","research on the application of artificial intelligence in the publishing",and"research on the communication effect of scientific and technical journals on cnki and other platforms".Conclusion The research of new technologies applied to academic journal publishing is still at a primary stage. The research mainly focuses on digital publishing, new media integration, talent training, and journal publishing reform, aiming to explore the way of talent training, academic dissemination strategy, innovative development path, and integrative development direction of academic journals in the digital era.

Chinese journal of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine 2016;23(1):57-60
Objective To conduct a preliminary analysis on HBO research in China from 2010 to 2014,so as to provide evidence for the development of the discipline. Methods Information retrieval was made by using Chinese Biomedical Disk (CBM) as the chief source of information.Through the approach of bibliometrics, analyses were made on the year distributions of literature, the amount of literature published within the years, the regional distributions of authors, institutions and related journals concerning HBO research from 2010 to 2014.Results The amount of papers published from 2010 to 2013 was generally stable, but with a slight decrease in 2014.Analyses of regional distribution of authors indicated a downward trend from the higher distribution in the east coastal areas to the lower distribution in the mid-west inland areas.Nine institutions that have more than 15 contributions within the said years are basically located in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other highly developed coastal and river basin areas with rich water resources, with hospitals as the main research bodies.Subject analyses suggested that researches concerning HBO research were mainly focused on the toxication of carbon monoxide, the treatment of such diseases as cerebral infarction, craniocerebral injury, sudden hearing loss, diseases of newborns, coma, loss of consciousness, cerebral ischemia, spinal cord injury, cerebral hemorrhage, diabetes foot, etc.,as well as its application in the rehabilitation of patients following surgery. The Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine as the core periodical in the field of HBO research,is the one that has the largest amount of papers published within the years, with the medical journals on neural diseases and rehabilitation coming next. Conclusions Great progress has been made in the research and application of HBO in recent years, which is mainly manifested in the treatment of diseases that are more susceptible to HBO therapy. However, most papers are on clinical applications, few papers are associated with basic research. On the other hand, significant differences could be noted in the regional distribution of author population and research institutions.
