1.Advances,hotspots,and trends in traditional Chinese medicine treatment for Hashimoto's thyroiditis:Visualized analysis based on CiteSpace

Objective By quantitatively analyzing the relevant research literature on the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)with traditional Chinese medicine from 2005 to 2024,aim to understand the progress,hotspots and development trends of related research on the treatment of HT with traditional Chinese medicine,and thereby promote the development of the treatment of HT with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The clinical research literature on the treatment of HT with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from January 2005 to December 2024 were retrieved.The CiteSpace software was used to conduct knowledge graph analysis on the research progress,hotspots and trends of HT treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.Results The number of published papers on the treatment of HT with traditional Chinese medicine in China had generally shown an upward trend.The core authors and teams had been initially formed.Institutional cooperation was mainly led by traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.Highly cited literature focused on theoretical exploration and clinical experience summary.Research hotspots focused on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and mechanism exploration.Conclusion Research on the treatment of HT with traditional Chinese medicine in China shows a trend of deep integration of the experience of famous doctors and modern technology.The research themes increasingly emphasize deepening and innovation.Research in areas such as data mining and artificial intelligence-assisted analysis,collaborative treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and diversified themes has reached a certain scale.The research methods present a situation of multi-disciplinary intersection and diversified application.

3.Effect of Acupuncture Different Points on Unstable Bladder

Purpose To observe the effect of acupuncturing different points on unstable bladder. Method Fifty-one patients of unstable bladder were divided randomly into Shu-point group, Mu-point group, He-point group,observe the change of symptom score and urodynamics.Results Puncturing these points can improve the symptom score and urodynamics, but the different points can get different effect, and the effect of Sbu-point and Hepoint is superior to that of Mu-point, Conclusion The different points of bladder have different adjusting function and that function relates with nerves locating in points.
