Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of plasma exchange (PE) and double-filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) pretreatment regimens for high-titer ABO-incompatible kidney transplantation (ABOi-KT). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 31 cases of ABOi-KT with a follow-up period ≥1 year admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from April 2016 to August 2025. The efficacy differences between the PE combined with rituximab (RTX) + oral triple immunosuppressive regimen and the DFPP combined with RTX + oral triple immunosuppressive regimen were compared and analyzed. The titers of blood group antibodies and serum creatinine levels before and after the operation were monitored. The survival curves and cumulative risk occurrence curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method. The survival rates of recipients and transplanted kidneys and the occurrence of complications were analyzed. Results Both the PE regimen and the DFPP regimen may effectively reduce the preoperative blood group antibody titer of the recipients to ≤1∶16. The one-year survival rate of the recipients and the transplanted kidneys both reached 100% after the operation. The postoperative serum creatinine levels of recipients who received the DFPP regimen were lower and more stable. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two regimens during the same follow-up period. Conclusions Both the PE and DFPP regimens are effective pretreatment regimens for ABOi-KT. The DFPP regimen has more advantages in reducing treatment operations, lowering drug dosage and maintaining the stability of postoperative renal function. For recipients with a high initial antibody titer (≥ 1∶32), individualized determination of the number and frequency of plasma processing for pretreatment may achieve ideal therapeutic effects.

Organ Transplantation 2024;15(2):207-213
Immune repertoire is defined as the sum of T cells and B cells, which possesses high diversity and enables immune system to respond to various antigen stimuli. With the development of sequencing technique, immune repertoire sequencing can be utilized to deeply understand the changes of lymphocyte clones when rejection occurs at the gene level, and also provide the possibility for the emergence of novel non-invasive diagnostic techniques based on immune repertoire sequencing. In recent years, more and more attempts have been made to apply immune repertoire sequencing in solid organ transplantation, especially in the fields of kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, heart transplantation and post-transplantation infection. In this article, research progresses on the application of immune repertoire sequencing in these fields were reviewed, and current status of immune repertoire sequencing in organ transplantation and its potential as a novel technique for early non-invasive diagnosis of rejection were summarized, aiming to provide reference for subsequent development and clinical application of this technique.

Clinical Medicine of China 2023;39(4):287-291
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and genetics of a Chinese patient with Gitelman syndrome (GS) and improve the awareness and diagnosis of GS among clinicians. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the GS patient's clinical feature, laboratory examination, diagnosis, treatment and literature review admitted to Hebei General Hospital in September 2022.Results:A twelve-year-old boy was admitted to our department due to weakness of lower limbs. Laboratory tests after admission showed hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalcemia and metabolic alkalosis. Genetic testing showed tow compound heterozygous mutations in the SLC12A3 gene (c.1456G>A and c.634G>A), which ultimately diagnosed as GS. The patient is on the mend and allowed to leave the hospital after treated by potassium supplement. Conclusion:The rate of leak diagnosis is high. Genetic testing should be undergo earlier if the patients suspected GS.

At present, there is still no stomatology specialty in the training system of clinical pharmacists in China and the relevant research is still blank. The development of stomatological clinical pharmacy is also slow due to the lack of clinical pharmacists. By analyzing the national oral health policies, the characteristics of oral diseases and the clinical needs of stomatology, this paper provides theoretical basis for the setting of clinical pharmacist training specialty of stomatology specialty in China. This paper also makes a preliminary discussion on the construction of the training system of clinical pharmacists in the specialty of stomatology, so as to provide advice and references for the design and specific plan of the training system in the specialty of stomatology.

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(11):844-847
The canonical Wnt signaling pathway has been the hot spot in the signaling pathway studies which are related to ovary carcinogenesis in recent years, whose activation may induce the multiplication and self-renewal,survival and metastasis of ovarian cancer stem cells. The target gene mutations of key members in the canonical Wnt pathway and abnormal expresses of negative regulation molecules are closely associated with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.Deeply investigating the regulative mechanisms of canonical Wnt signaling pathway in ovarian cancer, and taking this as the therapeutic target to conduct the basic research and preclinical experiment may provide theoretical basis for treating better ovarian cancer patients in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):38-40
The original teaching of clinical pharmacy for stomatology course did not let students aware of the importance of drugs in the treatment of oral diseases. The original teaching framework was rearranged:decentralizing knowledge of oral diseased related clinical pharmacy into several mod-ules;setting general knowledge into the oral basic medical module;adding the practice of visiting the pharmacy and manufacturing laboratory. Teaching process was closely combined with clinics and was integrated with disease-centered oral medicine curriculum integration system. Students responded that the teaching effect was better. The rearranged teaching method can enhance students' attention on drug treatment for oral diseases, improve their ability of clinical medication and promote the teaching quality.
