Lung cancer constitutes the most prevalent and lethal malignant tumor in China. Approximately 85% of lung cancer diagnoses correspond to the non-small cell histological subtype [non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)]. Despite surgery being the mainstay for early-stage disease, postoperative recurrence remains high and adjuvant chemotherapy offers limited benefit. In recent years, targeted therapy has demonstrated substantial advantages in driver mutation-positive NSCLC. To this end, the Lung Cancer Medical Education Committee of the Chinese Medical Education Association developed guidelines based on a systematic review of evidence through November 2025, using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations (GRADE) approach and a modified Delphi method. Focusing on epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), and addressing ROS proto-oncogene 1 (ROS1), B-Raf proto-oncogene serine/threonine kinase (BRAF) V600E mutation, and mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) exon 14 (METex14) skipping, the guideline covers molecular testing, neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapy, perioperative strategies, minimal residual disease monitoring, and postoperative surveillance. It defines testing requirements, specifies stage-directed and subtype-specific treatments, and standardizes minimal residual disease monitoring. These recommendations emphasize precision and feasibility to improve survival and quality of life.

Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of the core competence of neonatal specialist nurses, so as to provide reference for clinical training of neonatal specialist nurses.Methods:From January 2020, through literature review, theoretical analysis, interview, Delphi method and superiority chart, the evaluation index and weight of core competence of neonatal specialist nurses were determined.Results:Totally 28 experts in China were invited for 3 rounds of consultation. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 93.33%(28/30) in the first round. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 100.00%(28/28) in the second and third rounds. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.85 in the third round. The Kendall′s coefficients of concordance of the first-level indexes, second-level indexes and third-level indexes were 0.150, 0.221 and 0.161, respectively. The final evaluation index system of the core competence of neonatal specialist nurses included 5 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The evaluation index system of the core competence of neonatal specialist nurses constructed in this study has certain scientific, reliable and clinical application value, which is conducive to the training of newborn specialized nurses in China.

Objective:To explore the use of intracardiac electrocardiogram method for positioning the tip of neonatal peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) in 33 hospitals with neonatal beds in Zhejiang Province.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From May to June 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 52 head nurses or intravenous therapy specialist nurses from 33 hospitals in Zhejiang Province. The self-made "Neonatal Electrocardiogram Positioning Technology Use and Development Questionnaire" was used to investigate. A total of 52 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 100%.Results:Among the 52 respondents, 34.62% (18/52) used intracardiac electrocardiogram method for positioning the tip of neonatal PICC. A total of 49 nurses (94.23%, 49/52) preferred the vertebral body as the judgment basis of PICC tip. The factors that affected the accuracy of intracardiac electrocardiogram method for positioning the tip of neonatal PICC included poor pipeline signal transmission (83.33%, 15/18) , crying and noisy children (66.67%, 12/18) , insufficient mastery of electrocardiogram knowledge by medical and nursing staff (66.67%, 12/18) . A total of 28 nurses (53.85%, 28/52) said that their hospitals had no training on neonatal intracardiac electrocardiogram positioning technology, while 13 nurses (54.17%, 13/24) chose face-to-face teaching.Conclusions:The practice in the use, development and training of intracardiac electrocardiogram positioning technology for neonates in Zhejiang Province needs to be further improved. It is suggested that unified standards and norms should be formulated, and training on the use of intracardiac electrocardiographic positioning technology in neonates should be strengthened to improve the quality of nursing.

Objective To retrospectively assess the clinical manifestations and treatment of secondary syphilis with ocular impairment as the initial symptom. Methods Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed on secondary syphilis with ocular impairment as the initial symptom collected from September 1998 to October 2008. Results There were 11 syphilitic patients presenting acute ocular impairment as their initial manifestation. Skin eruptions developed simultaneously with ocular impairment in 2 patients, following ocular impairment in 9 patients. All patients were positive for rapid plasma reagent test (RPR) and treponema pallidum haemagglutination assay (TPHA), but negative for HIV. Of these patients, 9 suffered from uveitis (iridocyclitis, choroiditis or panuveitis), 2 from optic neuritis; 3 had unilateral ocular involvement, 8 had bilateral ocular involvement. After treatment with injected penicillin or ceftriaxone sodium, 9 patients experienced complete visual recovery, 2 partial visual recovery. Conclusions Ocular impairment occurs in patients with secondary syphilis at a low incidence, with no characteristic clinical manifestations. For patients who have no response to conventional ocular therapy, ocular syphilis should be considered and serological examination for syphilis is recommended.
