In 2025,the International Association of Pancreatology(IAP),in collaboration with the American Pancreatic Association,European Pancreatic Club,Indian Pancreas Club,and Japan Pancreas Society,released the International Association of Pancreatology revised guidelines on acute pancreatitis 2025.This edition represents a comprehensive revision of the 2013 guidelines,based on high-quality evidence accumulated over the past decade,particularly randomized controlled trials.The guidelines encompass 18 key areas-including pain management,fluid therapy,nutritional support,management of infected necrosis,complication control,discharge and follow-up,and recurrence prevention-offering a total of 96 recommendations that emphasize individualized treatment.These updates provide important guidance for standardizing clinical practice and improving outcomes in acute pancreatitis,while also indicating future research directions such as the development of targeted therapies.However,some recommendations remain limited by lower evidence quality,uncertain applicability in specific clinical settings,and insufficient consideration of economic burden and cost-effectiveness.

【Objective:】 To study the application and effect of peer education mode in the nursing of patients with urinary tumor, and explore the ways to improve the quality of clinical care and the humanistic significance of this mode in clinical nursing. 【Methods:】 84 patients with urological tumors who received surgical treatment in urology department of a third-class hospital from March 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 42 patients in each group. The subjects in control group adopted routine intervention mode.The subjects in experimental group integrated the peer education program into the routine nursing mode.SAS and SDS scales were used to evaluate patients’ state of anxiety and depression, and the degree of nursing satisfaction. 【Results:】 The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the experimental group before intervention and the control group after intervention (P<0.05).The number of very satisfied, moderately satisfied and dissatisfied cases in the control group was 12, 29 and 1 respectively, and in the experimental group was 19, 23 and 0 respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion:】 Adopting peer education with humanistic care significance can effectively alleviate patients’ preoperative anxiety, depression and other adverse mental state, reduce preoperative stress, and provide a new way for nursing quality.

Objective:To research the clinical effect of HeDanPian combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral in farction and the influence on serum levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ),promote angiogenin Ⅱ (Ang-2),homocysteine (Hcy).Methods:102 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,intravenous infusion of30mg edaravone,1 time in the morning and night;The experimental group was treated based on the control group treated with HeDanPian,oral HeDanPian 14.6 g,1 time in the early to middle.The curative effect,nerve function defect score (NIHSS),serum IFN-γ Ang-2,Hcy,propylene glycol (MDA),superoxide disproportionation alcohol (SOD),interleukin 6,10 (IL-6,IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,serum Ang-2,SOD,IL-10 levels of experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05),the NIHSS,serum IFN-γ,Hcy,MDA,IL-6,TNF-α levels of experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:HeDanPian combined with edaravone was effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which could regulate the expression of serum IFN-γ,Ang-2 and Hcy,improve the oxidative stress and inflammation.

Objective To investigate the risk factors for early hypoglycemia and its relationship with prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 273 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into the normal blood glucose(NBG) and severe hypoglycemia (SHG)and mild hypoglycemia(MHG) groups in our hospital.Biochemical indicators,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and mortality were compared between the three groups.According to prognosis,patients were divided into death group and survival group.The NIHSS score,blood glucose concentration and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between death and survival groups.Pearson relationship between hypoglycemia and NIHSS score,and spearman rank correlation between hypoglycemia severity and mortality were analyzed.Results Levels of lactic acid (6.3 ± 2.8) mmol/L,creatinine(268.7 ± 63.9) mmol/L,urea nitrogen (13.8 ± 3.7) mmol/L,albumin (25.6 ±4.9) g/L,alanine aminotransferase (150 ± 19.7) U/L,NIHSS (22.3 ± 9.2) scores,and mortality rates (38.1 ％)were higher in severe hypoglycemia group than in both NBG group and severe hypoglycemia group[(lactic acid:4.7±2.3 mmol/L and 3.3±1.5 mmol/L),(creatinine 134.8±51.3 mmol/L and 78.7±40.8 mmol/L),(urea nitrogen 7.9±4.2 mmol/L and 7.7±3.3 mmol/L),(albumin 36.9±3.8 g/L and 35.6±4.3 g/L),(alanine aminotransferase 85.8± 18.3U/L and 46.3± 13.8U/L),(NHISS 14.6±5.9 scores and 10.5 ± 5.4 scores)and(mortality rates 20.8％,11.0％)] (all P＜0.01).There was a negative correlation between hypoglycemia and NIHSS score(r=-0.45,P＜＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between hypoglycemic severity and mortality (r =0.41,P ＜ 0.05).Multiple Logistic regression showed that creatinine and alanine aminotransferase were correlated with hypoglycemia and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction(both P＜0.05).Conclusions Early hypoglycemia in patients with severe cerebral infarction is closely correlated with the liver and kidney insufficiency,and a severe cerebral infarction combined with hypoglycemia often indicate a poor prognosis.

Objective To investigate the application of empowerment theory combined with graphic type health education in cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 100 cerebral infarction patients who admitted our hospital from April 2010 to June 2013, were treated as the objects of study and were averagely divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. The patients of control group were treated with graphic style health education mode, while the patients in the experimental group were used empowerment theory combined with graphic type health education nursing. We compared two groups of patients′ empowerment ability, self-care ability, degree of neurological deficit, daily life ability, health knowledge awareness and the recrudescence rate of cerebral infarction in six months. Results In the experimental group, the empowerment ability, self-care ability, health knowledge awareness and daily life ability were higher than those of the control group (t=2. 268, 2. 369, 2. 245, 2. 164;P<0. 05);but the control group was higher than experimental group in neurology deficit and cerebral infarction recrudescence in 6 months ( t=2. 137,P<0. 05; χ2 =5. 383,P <0. 05). Conclusions Empowerment theory combined with graphic style health education can improve self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction, empowerment ability, daily life ability and health knowledge awareness, and reduce neurological deficits and recrudescence rate in short term.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare epirubicin hydrochloride solid lipid nanoparticle(EPI-SLN) and investigate its physicochemical property. METHODS: EPI-SLN was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion technique with glyceryl behenate as matrix,and the appearance,particle size,? electric potential,and entrapment efficiency of the SLN were evaluated and its stability at 3 month storing at 4 ℃ was investigated. RESULTS: EPI-SLN assumed spherical shape with a particle diameter of (212.8?6.2) nm,? electric potential of (-24.7?0.3) mV and entrapment efficiency of 82 %. The EPI-SLN at 4 ℃ was stable after storing for 3 months,showing no marked change in mean diameter,? electric potential or entrapment efficiency. CONCLUSION: The prepared EPI-SLN is up to the standard.

OBJECTIVE: To prepare and evaluate the quality of clarithromycin microcapsules.METHODS: Clarithromycin microcapsules were prepared by emulsion-solvent volatilixation method using ethylcellulose as capsule wall material.The particle size,entrapment efficiency,the loading amount and the drug release property in vitro were investigated.RESULTS: The prepared microcapsules were well-distributed in particle size with average particle size at 33.0～38.0 ?m,encapsulation efficiency at above 87%,loading amount above 45%,and accumulative drug release rate of 75% at 6 h.CONCLUSION: The method is simple and feasible and the quality of prepared microcapsules is up to the standard.

Objective To observe the effects and its efficacy of Ozagrel on CD62p and CD63 expressions in platelets of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 64 patients with ACI were devided into two groups:Ozagrel group and Xuesaitong group(control group).The expression levels of CD62p and CD63 in 64 patients with ACI(before and after treating)and that in normal people(normal group)were measured with whole blood flow cytometry.The clinical effect of treatment in the Ozagrel group and the control group were observed and compared.Results The expression levels of CD62p and CD63 in patients with ACI were higher than those in the normal group(all P
