The general models for intermediates quality analysis in the production process of Yaobitong capsule were established by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) combined with chemometrics, realizing the rapid determination of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rd and moisture. The spray-dried fine powder and total mixed granule were selected as research objects. The contents of five saponins were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the moisture content was determined by drying method. The measured contents were used as reference values. Meanwhile, NIR spectra were collected. After removing abnormal samples by Monte Carlo cross validation (MCCV), Monte Carlo uninformative variables elimination (MC-UVE) and competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) were used to select feature variables respectively. Based on the feature variables, quantitative models were established by partial least squares regression (PLSR), extreme learning machine (ELM) and ant lion optimization least squares support vector machine (ALO-LSSVM). The results showed that CARS-ALO-LSSVM model had the optimum effect. The correlation coefficients of the six index components were greater than 0.93, and the relative standard errors were controlled within 6%. ALO-LSSVM was more suitable for a large number of samples with rich information, and the prediction effect and stability of the model were significantly improved. The general models with good predicting effect can be used for the rapid quality determination of Yaobitong capsule intermediates.

The electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction(NO3RR)presents a sustainable pathway for large-scale ammonia production, yet it faces significant challenges due to proton supply limitations caused by the high energy barrier for water dissociation, which slows ammonia(NH3)generation.Herein,a palladium(Pd)-modified copper-cobalt(CuCo)hollow fiber penetration electrode that enabled H2 injection through its hollow structures, thereby enhancing proton availability for NO3RR was developed. The active Pd component efficiently dissociated H2,facilitating active hydrogen(*H)spillover and speeding up the cascade NO3RR process on Cu and Co sites. As a result,a half-cell energy efficiency of 39.53%and an NH3 Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 97.11%±1.17%at-0.1 V(vs RHE)were achieved, comparable to state-of-the-art systems.Importantly, the H2-assisted approach prevented the oxidation of active Cu and Co phases, demonstrating exceptional stability with less than 5.6%decay in current density(267 mA/cm2)and retention of NH3 FE at 94.8%after over 70 h of electrolysis. These findings offered valuable insights into proton supply pathways and design of NO3RR electrodes.

Forensic medicine has been designated as a first-level discipline, presenting new opportunities and challenges for the development of forensic medicine.Since the 1980s,the establishment of foren-sic medicine discipline and the cultivation of high-level forensic talents have become hot topics in the development of forensic medicine in China.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the forensic team of Shanxi Medical University has been aiming at the forefront, proposing the development goals of"Five First-class"and the discipline development path"Six Major Achievements".It has selected benchmark disci-plines,identified gaps in disciplinary development, unified thoughts, formulated completion timelines, concentrated superior resources, assigned tasks to individuals, and created an"Organized Fill-in-the-Blank Format"forensic medicine discipline construction model with the characteristics of the new era.The construction model of forensic medicine has achieved good results in the goals, discipline frame-work,scientific research, talent cultivation, discipline team and platform construction, forming a rela-tively complete discipline construction and management system, and accumulating valuable experience for the construction of first-level discipline and high-level talent cultivation of forensic medicine.

Objective To explore the potential contributors and obstacles of evidence translation for airway hu-midification management in hospitalized patients with laryngectomy tracheostomy and non-mechanical ventilation,so as to provide references for clinical evidence-based practice. Methods An interview outline and questionnaire were developed according to the consolidated framework for implementation research(CFIR).Using purposive sampling,12 healthcare professionals from Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery of a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province were recruited for semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis was applied to extract main themes. The interview themes were transformed into survey items, and a survey was conducted among 42 healthcare professionals in the same department. Results Totally 16 contributors and 20 obstacles were identified across 4 domains:the credibility of the evidence and research team, the external support environment for evidence-based practice, the internal conditions for evidence-based practice, and the role recognition of implementers.Contributors include efficient internal collaboration and communication, and rigorous processes for evidence acquisition.Obstacles include insufficient educational resources, low patient knowledge acceptance capacity, lack of professional value a-mong healthcare staff. Conclusion Evidence translation of the humidification management for patients with non-mechanical ventilation after laryngectomy and tracheostomy was influenced by various factors.Future efforts should focus on constructing targeted airway humidification education content and an evaluation index system, and enhanc-ing the professional value and practical leadership of nursing staff.

This study assessed the role and mechanism of the recombinant Bacillus Calmette-Gue?rin vaccine(rBCG)with c-di-AMP adjuvant in regulating metabolism and immunity in epididymal white adipose(eWAT)in mice.Male C57BL/6 mice were intravenously immunized with BCG and rBCG,and their body weights were monitored.eWAT was isolated from the mice, and the stromal vascular fractions(SVFs)cell number was counted with a hemocytometer.Sections of mouse adipose tissue were prepared, and the size, number, and morphology of eWAT adipocytes and crown-like structure(CLS)formation were compared under a microscope after HE staining. The transcription levels of lipid metabolism-associated factors, cytokines and aging-associated genes in each group were determined with qRT-PCR.The body weights of mice gradually increased after immunization with BCG and rBCG.The proportions of eWAT increased, and the SVFs cell number decreased,in rBCG immunized mice.HE staining indicated that BCG immunization promoted hyperplasia, whereas rBCG immunization promoted hypertrophy of eWAT adipocytes;moreover, both BCG and rBCG immunization induced CLS formation in eWAT.The qRT-PCR results indicated that rBCG immunization inhibited the expression of genes associated with lipolysis and energy expenditure in eWAT.BCG immunization had little effect on cytokine transcription, whereas rBCG significantly induced the transcription of IFN-γ and IL-1Ra,and inhibited that of IL-15 and IL-2,but did not induce the expression of aging-associated genes. Thus,rBCG immunization induced eWAT adipocyte hypertrophy, which was associated with the inhibition of eWAT lipolysis and the regulation of cytokine expression.

Aim To infer novel therapeutic and phar-macological targets related to lung cancer treatment through multiomics approaches,so as to provide new directions for developing more personalized and effec-tive treatment strategies. Methods Genome-wide as-sociation study(GWAS)data analysis,pan-cancer,single-cell,transcriptomics,and protein-protein interac-tion analysis were employed in this study. Results We analyzed biomarkers and therapeutic targets associ-ated with lung cancer. The study identified key bio-markers closely related to lung cancer progression and explored the interrelationships between these biomark-ers and viral infections.According to KEGG pathway annotation, the number of genes related to metabolic processes increased significantly. In particular,metab-olites such as alanine and isoleucine emerged as pivotal factors in therapeutic interventions. The IgD+CD24+and IgD+CD24-B cell subsets were identified as cen-tral elements in immune evasion and treatment re-sponse.Concurrently,the Lachnospiraceae and Prevo-tella were shown to modulate host immune responses and the tumor microenvironment by regulating short-chain fatty acid levels, thereby opening novel avenues for cancer research. Conclusions Through mul-tiomics analysis combined with transcriptomics and pro-teomics analysis,we identify several potential therapeu-tic targets for lung cancer, providing key insights for developing novel treatment strategies.
