ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and feasibility of intra-biliary drainage tube placement after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in elderly patients with choledocholithiasis， and to provide more options for surgical procedures in the clinical management of elderly patients with choledocholithiasis. MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 52 elderly patients with choledocholithiasis who were admitted to Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery， Affiliated Dalian Friendship Hospital of Dalian Medical University， from November 2021 to October 2024. According to the biliary drainage method after surgery， the patients were divided into internal drainage group with 24 patients and T-tube drainage group with 28 patients， and there were 19 patients in each group after propensity score matching. The two groups were compared in terms of perioperative parameters and postoperative complications. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups， and the chi-square test or the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. ResultsCompared with the T-tube drainage group， the internal drainage group had a significantly shorter length of postoperative hospital stay and a significantly lower volume of postoperative bile loss （Z=-2.845 and -5.633， both P<0.05）， while there were no significant differences between the two groups in time of operation， intraoperative blood loss， and drainage tube indwelling time （all P>0.05）. There were no significant differences between the two groups in postoperative bile leak， stone recurrence， biliary stricture， and drainage tube-related complications， and the internal drainage group had a significantly lower total complication rate than the T-tube drainage group ［1 （5.3%） vs 7 （36.8%）， P<0.05］. ConclusionFor elderly patients with choledocholithiasis， intra-biliary drainage tube placement after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration can shorten the length of postoperative hospital stay， reduce bile loss， and lower the incidence rate of postoperative complications， thereby helping to accelerate postoperative recovery.

Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a complex disease that is often accompanied by mental health disorders. However, the potential mechanisms underlying the heterogeneous clinical presentation of CP/CPPS remain uncertain. This study analyzed widely targeted metabolomic data of expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) and plasma to reveal the underlying pathological mechanisms of CP/CPPS. A total of 24 CP/CPPS patients from The Second Nanning People's Hospital (Nanning, China), and 35 asymptomatic control individuals from First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University (Nanning, China) were enrolled. The indicators related to CP/CPPS and psychiatric symptoms were recorded. Differential analysis, coexpression network analysis, and correlation analysis were performed to identify metabolites that were specifically altered in patients and associated with various phenotypes of CP/CPPS. The crucial links between EPS and plasma were further investigated. The metabolomic data of EPS from CP/CPPS patients were significantly different from those from control individuals. Pathway analysis revealed dysregulation of amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, and the citrate cycle in EPS. The tryptophan metabolic pathway was found to be the most significantly altered pathway associated with distinct CP/CPPS phenotypes. Moreover, the dysregulation of tryptophan and tyrosine metabolism and elevation of oxidative stress-related metabolites in plasma were found to effectively elucidate the development of depression in CP/CPPS. Overall, metabolomic alterations in the EPS and plasma of patients were primarily associated with oxidative damage, energy metabolism abnormalities, neurological impairment, and immune dysregulation. These alterations may be associated with chronic pain, voiding symptoms, reduced fertility, and depression in CP/CPPS. This study provides a local-global perspective for understanding the pathological mechanisms of CP/CPPS and offers potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets.

To clarify the occurrence and distribution of broad bean wilt virus 2(BBWV2) on Rehmannia glutinosa, this study collected 87 R. glutinosa samples with typical symptoms of viral disease such as chlorosis and crumple from Wenxian county and Wuzhi county in Jiaozuo city, Henan province and Qiaocheng district in Bozhou city, Anhui province. The BBWV2 CP target band was amplified from 37 R. glutinosa samples by RT-PCR technology. The total detection rate reached 42.5%, among which 43.0% was detected in samples from Henan province. The detection rate in samples from Anhui province was 37.5%. 37 BBWV2 CP sequences were obtained by cloning and sequencing of BBWV2 positive samples(data has been submitted to GenBank, accession numbers: PP407959-PP407995), and the sequence analysis of these CP sequences with 91 other BBWV2 isolates in GenBank showed a high genetic diversity with a consistency rate of 70.8%-100%. Meanwhile, phylogenetic analysis showed that BBWV2 could be divided into three groups according to CP sequences, among which the BBWV2 in R. glutinosa isolates obtained in this study were all located in group 3. This study identified the differences in the occurrence, distribution, and genetic diversity of BBWV2 in R. glutinosa from Henan province and Anhui province and provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of BBWV2.

Peri-implantitis is a pathologic condition associated with dental plaque that occurs in the implant tissue and is characterized by inflammation of the mucous membrane surrounding the implant, followed by the progressive loss of supporting bone. In this study, a case of guided bone regeneration therapy based on plaque control of peri-implant inflammation was reported. Four years after surgery for the left second premolar implant, the patient presented with "left lower posterior tooth swelling and discomfort for more than 2 years". The X-ray periapical film showed a decrease in distal bone mineral density of implant, and the clinical diagnosis was peri-implantitis of the left second premolar. Implants underwent guided bone regeneration and regular periodontal maintenance treatment. Re-examination at 3.5 months, 11 months, 18 months, and 7 years showed that the alveolar bone height and bone mineral density were stable, and the periodontal depth became shallow. However, the gingival recession was mild. In the present case, follow-up at 7 years demonstrated that the clinical periodontal indexes could be remarkably improved after complete periodontal treatment for peri-implantitis, and the alveolar bone could be well restored and regenerated.

Objective: To examine the mediating effect of positive coping style on health literacy and lifestyle among medical students, so as to provide the reference for health education and health promotion among medical students in universities. Methods: Medical students of six full-time medical colleges in Guizhou Province were sampled using a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method from April to June 2023, and their gender, age and educational level were investigated by questionnaires. The College Students' Healthy Lifestyle Scale, the Health Literacy Questionnaire and the Simplified Coping Style Scale were used to evaluate lifestyle, health literacy and coping style of students. The Process program was used to analyze the mediating effect of positive coping style on health literacy and lifestyle, and Bootstrap method was used to examine the significance of the mediating effect. Results: A total of 9 266 peoples were investigated, including 3 177 males (34.29%) and 6 089 females (65.71%), and had a mean age of (21.06±2.61) years. There were 2 775 junior college students (29.95%), 4 864 undergraduates (52.49%) and 1 627 master students (17.56%). The scores of lifestyle, health literacy and positive coping style among medical students were 118.34±19.06, 54.57±10.81 and 2.81±0.68, respectively. Health literacy had a direct positive effect on lifestyle (effect value=0.286, 95%CI: 0.257-0.316) and a indirect positive effect on lifestyle through positive coping style (effect value=0.215, 95%CI: 0.193-0.236), and the mediating effect contributed 42.91% to the total effect. Conclusion Health literacy could improve lifestyle indirectly through positive coping style among medical students.

【Objective】 To explore the effects of finasteride on the gene expression in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) through transcriptome analysis. 【Methods】 Postoperative prostate tissues from patients who underwent prostatectomy at Peking University Third Hospital during Oct.2020 and Oct.2021 were collected.The patients were divided into medication group and non-medication group based on whether they had taken finasteride for a long time before surgery, with 8 patients in either groups.Transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed and the results were validated with qPCR and immunohistochemistry analysis. 【Results】 Compared with the non-medication group, 857 up-regulated and 806 down-regulated genes were screened in the medication group.Pathway enrichment analysis showed that finasteride induced down-regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor D (VEGFD) expression in the focal adhesion pathway.Inter group network analysis suggested that the calcium signaling pathway was key in the entire process.GSEA enrichment analysis further revealed the up regulation of CD38 gene expression in the calcium signaling pathway.The qPCR and immunohistochemistry analysis supported the transcriptome results mentioned above, and found that androgen receptor (AR) expression was also increased. 【Conclusion】 Finasteride reduces prostate microvascular formation by downregulating the expression of VEGFD in the focal adhesion pathway, thereby reducing the risk of bleeding during prostate hyperplasia surgery. Long-term use of finasteride leads to the up regulation of CD38 expression in the calcium signaling pathway, which may lead to the development of finasteride resistance.

The congenital heart disease with decreased pulmonary blood flow is one type of congenital heart disease characterized by reduced pulmonary blood flow. Common clinical types include tetralogy of Fallot，pulmonary atresia，double outlet right ventricle，and other complex malformations associated with pulmonary artery stenosis. Due to the lack of pulmonary blood supply from the right ventricle，children with this condition often have major aortopulmonary collateral arteries（MAPCAs）or the ductus arteriosus participating in pulmonary circulation for blood supply. Research has revealed that MAPCAs are important factors which cause the increase of mechanical ventilation time，intensive care unit stay time，complication rate and mortality after radical surgical treatment of congenital heart disease with decreased pulmonary blood flow. Therefore，the treatment of MAPCAs in perioperative period is crucial. This article summarizes the research progress of MAPCAs distribution and influence，diagnosis and evaluation，and treatment methods，to provide the reference for clinicians to standardize MAPCAs treatment.

Objective:To develop an integrated intelligent device of measurement and calibration for cardiopulmonary resuscitator,so as to improve the efficiency and reliability of measurement and calibration of cardiopulmonary resuscitators,and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of rescuing wounded.Methods:This device used modern sensor transmission technique,and adopted a systematically combined design with industrial control measurement and control module.This device could realize simultaneously automatic detection for a series of parameters included depth and frequency of pressure,single breath frequency,moisture volume and so on in the device of measurement and calibration.Results:The measurement and control of the measurement and calibration device of the integrated cardiopulmonary resuscitator are accurate,which average values of pressure depths were respectively(29.8±0.13)mm,(49.3±0.08)mm and(69.89±0.14)when standard values were respectively 30,50,70 mm.The pressure frequencies were respectively(79.30±0.08)times/min,(99.89±0.14)times/min and(119.94±0.24)times/min when standard values were respectively 80,100 and 120 times/min.The moisture volumes were respectively(347.99±2.77)mL,(546.18±1.89)mL and(746.67±2.14)mL when the standard values were respectively 350,550 and 750mL.The above results of this dive are consistent with the results of the standard device,and the errors of depth and frequency of pressure,and moisture volume were respectively±15%,±10%,±20%,which all were within the allowed range.Conclusion:The measurement and calibration device of integrated intelligence of cardiopulmonary resuscitators can complete various detection of related parameters within one pressure cycle of the cardiopulmonary resuscitator.The detection results of the device are highly consistent with those of the standard device,and the detection results are accurate and reliable.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic performance of the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2.1(PI-RADS v2.1)for clinically significant prostate cancer(CSPCa)in the peripheral zone(PZ),transitional zone(TZ)and multiple zones(MZs).Methods:We retrospectively studied the clinical data on 108 patients undergoing multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(mpMRI)and transperineal prostate biopsy in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.Using PI-RADS v2.1,we ex-amined the MR images of the patients with suspected PCa,compared the PI-RADS v2.1 scores with the results of prostate biopsy,and analyzed the correlation of the PI-RADS v2.1 scores with CSPCa.We calculated the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC),and described the diagnostic performance of PI-RADS v2.1 for CSPCa in the PZ,TZ and MZs.Results:Transperineal prostate puncture biopsy was successfully completed in all the patients,which revealed 66(61.11％)cases of CSPCa with Gleason score(GS)7-10.Suspected CSPCa was observed in 45(95.74％)of the 47 PZ lesions,8(47.06％)of the 17 TZ le-sions,and 40(90.91％)of the 44 MZ lesions.The PZ,TZ and MZ lesions diagnosed by PI-RADS v2.1 were significantly correlated with CSPCa(r=0.492,P＜0.001).The AUCs of PI-RADS v2.1 for PZ,TZ and MZs were 0.644,0.732 and 0.811,with specificities of 66.8％,57.6％and 62.1％,and sensitivities of 57.2％,78.4％and 93.2％,respectively.The negative predictive values were 46.5％,85.7％and 79.2％,and the positive predictive values 76.2％,43.4％and 84.8％,respectively.Conclusion:The PI-RADS v2.1 score has a high diagnostic value for CSPCa in the PZ,TZ and MZs,with the best performance for that in the MZs.

italic>Lonicera Linn. is the largest genus of family Caprifoliaceae, which has a long history and abundant resources in China. Due to its ornamental and medicinal properties, the species of Lonicera shows outstanding economic value. However, affected by the huge demand and high price stimulation, there is a serious mixing phenomenon on the market. In this study, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the analysis of L. angustifolia Wallich ex Candolle var. myrtillus (Hook. f. & Thomson) Q. E. Yang, L. myrtillus Hook. f. et Thoms. var. cyclophylla Rehd, L. szechuanica Batal and L. tangutica Maxim to sequence and assemble their chloroplast (CP) genomes, and to conduct structural comparisons and phylogenetic studies. The results showed that the chloroplast genomes of the four species showed a typical circular tetrad structure, with a total length of 154 608-163 413 bp and a total GC content of 37.93%-38.42%. A total of 128-129 genes were annotated, including 83-84 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNA genes, and 37 tRNA genes. A total of 53-68 SSRs and 133-745 long repeats were detected by chloroplast repeat structure analysis. Phylogenetic studies showed that 21 species of Lonicera medicinal plants could be significantly clustered into one branch, among which the relatives of L. angustifolia and L. szechuanica were close, and the kinship of L. myrtillus and L. tangutica was close. This study is the first comprehensive study of the chloroplast genome and phylogenetic relationship of Loicera species, and the experimental results provide a scientific basis for revealing the genetic information, species evolution and genetic diversity of Lonicera species.
